Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of the game creative well to the ability to know geometry forms in children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District. This research aims to know the game of creative wells can improve the ability to recognize geometry in children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District. The samples in this research are children aged 5-6 years in the TK Aisyah of Rambah Sub-district Rokan Hulu District, which amounted to 17 children. The method used in this research is an experiment to see the influence between freely binding variables. The data collection techniques used are observation and poll. This data analysis technique is done by statistic T-Test technique with the help of SPPS Windows ver. 17.0 Technique statistic T-Test used to test the difference before and after treatment. From the research results before the treatment of creative well games there is the ability to know Geometric forms in children aged 5-6 years with a percentage value 42.22% and after a creative well-being treatment is a value of 77.52%. Based on the hypothesis test showing statistical test scores As of-28.918 the two-party test means absolute price, so the value (-) is not used (Sugiono,2010) so Thinung (28.918) because of the value of Sig. 2-tailed = 9.00 < 0.05. Then researchers can conclude that there is an influence to know the forms of geometry that are very significant after the game of creative wells.  Key Words: Game Creative Well, Ability to Know Geometry

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the correlation between psychological well-being and job satisfaction of the teachers at kindergarten in the Batu Hampar sub district Rokan Hilir. The population of this study is about 50 kindergarten teachers in the Batu Hampar sub-district. This study used quantitative correlation to determine the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. Data collecting technique used questioners on likert scale. The result of the test was analyzed by using likert scale trial through IBM SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 2o. From the analysis, it was showed that there is a positive correlation between psychological well-being and job satisfaction of the teachers at kindergarten in the Batu Hampar sub district Rokan Hilir. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient rxy= 0.486 with significance 0.000<0.05. The category is average with determinant coefficient KD= r2 x 100% = 0.486 x 100%= 23.62% it is mean that psychological well-being influences about 23.62 % to the teachers’ job satisfaction.Key Word: kindergarten’s teachers psychological well-being and kindergarten’s teachers job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the role of the principal as an educator and what are the obstacles in implementing it. To reveal the research focus, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. In this study using data triangulation which was carried out simultaneously by researchers when conducting interviews, observations, and documentation of the selected data sources, the subjects of this study were: the principal. While the technique used in data analysis is interactive data analysis, through data reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study and the conclusions of the study indicate that: the role of the principal as an educator plays a role in its performance in the form of the principal always guiding, directing, and advising the teachers in the school. For school principals teaching and learning activities are the core of the education process and teachers are the main implementers and developers of the curriculum in schools, for that principals will pay attention to the level of competence of teachers, and principals always facilitate and encourage teachers to continuously improve their competencies. So that teaching and learning activities can run effectively and efficiently. The obstacles for now are in the form of health conditions, unstable networks and indirect training for teachers, because during the pandemic everything is online.Key Words: Principal, role, educator

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk kesiapan membaca anak dengan menggunakan media dadu putar. Penelitian menggunakan metode ekperimen dengan desain one group pre-test post-test design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 15 orang anak usia dini. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t-test dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16. Berdasarkan analisis data sebelum diberikan perlakuan lima indikator pada kategori belum berkembang (BB), mulai berkembang (MB), untuk mengetahui lebih dalam tentang kesiapan membaca dan upaya efektif untuk meningkatkan perkembangan sesuai harapan (BSH) dan berkembangan sangat baik (BSB), terdapat pengaruh media dadu terhadap kesiapan membaca anak usia 3-4 tahun Di Pekanbaru Riau Indonesia yang signifikan yaitu sebesar 50,87%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media Scrabble Pola dalam meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal pola ABCD-ABCD untuk anak usia 5-6 tahun. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Penelitian dilakukan di TK Tahfizh Amanah Ilyas Kampar dengan dilakukan uji kelayakan oleh 5 ahli pendidik, 2 orang ahli materi dan media, dan Uji coba terbatas kepada 8 peserta didik. Hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi memperoleh nilai 94,3% dan 83,25% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Selanjutnya hasil uji kelayakan dengan 5 ahli pendidik memperoleh 82,4% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Kemudian pada uji coba terbatas terhadap peserta didik memperoleh nilai 87,5% dengan kriteria sangat layak. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa media scrabble pola layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal pola ABCD-ABCD anak usia 5-6 tahun dengan nilai 86,23% dengan kriteria “Sangat Layak”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of fun learning media on the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters of children aged 4-5 years in RA Azkiyah, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The subjects in this study were all kindergarten A students in RA Azkiyah, Kuantan Singingi Regency with a total of 27 children. The research method used, namely the Pretest-Posttest Design experiment to see the influence of fun learning media on the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters of children. The data analysis technique in this study is to use the t-test analysis using the SPSS statistical program series for window ver 23. From the analysis of the data, the tcount is 17,095, greater than ttable = 2,056 with sig 0,000 <0,05. The results of this study are there are significant differences in the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters of children before and after the use of fun learning media, it is concluded that there is an influence of Fun Learning media on the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters of children aged 4-5 years in RA Azkiyah Kuantan Singingi Regency by 48,29 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between self-efficacy and prosocial behavior for early childhood and teachers in the Tagbilaran Hulu sub-district Indragiri Hilir. The population of this study is about 42 early childhood and teachers in the Tembilahan Hulu sub-district Indragiri Hilir. This study used a quantitative correlation to determine the correlation between the independent and dependent variables. The data collecting technique used questioners on a Likert scale. the result of the test was analyzed by using Likert scale trial through IBM SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 23. from the analysis, it was showed that there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and prosocial behavior for early childhood and teachers in the Tembilahan Hulu sub-district Indragiri Hilir. It can be seen from the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,396 with significance 0.010<0.05. The category is low with determinant coefficient KD = r2 x 100% = 0,396 x 100% = 15,69% it is mean that self-efficacy influences about 15,69% to the prosocial behavior.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of the snake ladder educational game tool (APE) to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. The research method used is Research and Development (RND), which produces a product and can test the effectiveness of the product. The data analysis technique used by the researcher in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Data analysis for product feasibility uses the assessment of the results obtained from learning media experts and material experts in the form of a questionnaire instrument (questionnaire). The resulting product development in the form of an educational game tool (APE) snake ladder made of banner printing material with a size of 2.4 x 3 meters is used as a learning medium to improve gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. The validation results obtained in the development of the snake and ladder educational game tool (APE) are very satisfying. The results of material validation are in the "very feasible" category. While the results of media validation are having a "very feasible" validation category. The results of the two validation categories show "very feasible", therefore the development of the snake and ladder educational game tool (APE) is certainly very suitable to be used to improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud membuktikan adanya pengaruh buku cerita bergambar berkaitan dengan pengetahuan manajemen bencana anak. Adapun metode penelitiannya merupakan eksperimen dengan bentuk quasi eksperimental design. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah 48 anak yang berada pada usia 5-6 tahun. Data pengetahuan manajemen bencana anak dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes pengetahuan tentang manajemen bencana. Adapun hasil dari studi ditemukan pengaruh buku cerita bergambar berkenaan dengan pengetahuan manajemen bencana pada anak. Dengan nilai thitung= 25,790 dan probabilitas sig t= 0,000. Buku cerita bergambar memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan manajemen bencana pada anak sebesar 55,94%. Kebaruan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya memperkenalkan manajemen bencana kepada anak usia dini melalui sumber bacaan yang memiliki gambar sehingga pesan yang terdapat pada buku tersebut dapat tersampaikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan hasil pembelajaran melalui pelaksanaan penggunaan media gambar yang dapat meningkatkan kesiapan membaca anak usia dini di Taman Kanak-Kanak Pembina Negeri Tualang Kabupaten Siak, Riau. Metode penelitian ini adalah Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 19 orang anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus dan setiap siklus terdiri dari tiga pertemuan.Teknik analisis data digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data kualitatif dengan cara menganalisis data dari hasil catatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesiapan membaca anak melalui media gambar adalah rata-rata skor kesiapan membaca anak pada siklus I sebesar 47,37% dan siklus II meningkat sebesar 76,15%. Kesimpulan, penggunaan media gambar dapat meningkatkan kesiapan membaca anak usia dini
