Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan sangat berhubungan erat dengan kepuasan pasien. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dan analisis (harapan dan kenyataan) kualitas pelayanan di puskesmas Johor pada tahun 2024. metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif yang digunakan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Ketersediaan Fasilitas dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Puskesmas Johor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara. Informan penelitian ini adalah Kepala penanggung jawab sarana dan prasarana dan Kepala Tata Usaha yang bertugas di UPT Puskesmas Medan Johor serta 2 pasien yang merasakan fasilitas di UPT Puskesmas Medan Johor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas di Puskesmas Johor telah mengalami peningkatan. Upaya untuk memastikan ketersediaan fasilitas dilakukan melalui RUK dan evaluasi rutin berdasarkan keluhan pasien. Meskipun ada beberapa kendala, seperti akses login dan jaringan, secara keseluruhan pelayanan di Puskesmas Johor dinilai cukup memadai oleh pasien. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan fasilitas di Puskesmas Johor telah mengalami peningkatan. fasilitas dan pelayanan di puskesmas johor juga sudah baik, seperti fasilitas yang cukup lengkap dan tenaga kesehatan yang ramah.

Abstract

Company capital that is used from debt has a greater risk than the capital owned by the company itself. The company's capital used must be done optimally in order to minimize financial risks that can occur. The capital structure determines the use of debt by financial managers to fund company activities. Decisions on capital structure (capital structure) include the selection of sources of funds both from own capital and foreign capital in the form of debt. In this case, capital becomes an important element for the running of a strategic business where the company needs to conduct a study and determine the size of the company's needs and ability to provide capital to support the work or business that will be carried out.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of campus image, promotion, education costs on college seletion decisions through student satisfaction as an intervening variable at Batam University. This type of research uses quantitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were all active batam university students until 2024, namely 2703 students. By using the Slovin formula, the sample size is minimized, so the number of samples (n) in this study was 190.35 people rounded up to 190 people. This research uses Smart-Pls as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate Campus image has a significant positive effect on student satisfaction in choosing Batam University, therefore Hypothesis 1 in this study is accepted. Promotion has a positive but insignificant effect on student satisfaction choosing at the University of Batam, therefore Hypothesis 2 in this study is rejected. Education costs have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction choosing Batam University, therefore Hypothesis 3 in this study is accepted. Campus image has a positive but insignificant effect on the selection decision at the University of Batam, therefore Hypothesis 4 in this study is rejected. Promotion has a positive but insignificant effect on the selection decision at the University of Batam, therefore Hypothesis 5 in this study is rejected. Education costs have a positive but insignificant effect on selection decisions at Batam University, therefore Hypothesis 6 in this study is rejected. Student satisfaction has a significant positive effect on selection decisions at Batam University, therefore Hypothesis 7 in this study is accepted. Abstract

Dermatitis, which is often known as an inflammatory skin reaction, is a condition that commonly occurs among coastal communities in areas such as Kampung KB, Dusun 15, Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. Unique environmental factors and lifestyles associated with coastal living can be major triggers for the onset of this disease. This research aims to provide knowledge to the community regarding the prevention of dermatitis in KB Village, Hamlet 15, Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is analytical survey research using a Cross Sectoinal Study design. This research was conducted in KB Village, Hamlet 15, Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were fishermen in KB Village, Hamlet 15, Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency with a total of 10 fishermen as respondents. The instruments used in this research were skin disease symptom and personal hygiene questionnaires. The results of the research show that the majority of respondents have good knowledge about dermatitis and also 90% of the majority of respondents from coastal communities have good personal hygiene and there is a significant relationship between knowledge and efforts to prevent dermatitis in coastal communities.

Abstract

Public health plays a crucial role in determining the prosperity of a country. A high level of health reflects the government's success in organizing and implementing effective health policies. Optimal health services and community empowerment are important factors in creating a high level of health. In writing this article, a qualitative descriptive research method was used. This research was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews by interviewing research instruments (resources) in order to obtain the required information or data. The information obtained after conducting interviews is presented in the article using qualitative descriptive methods. In terms of service, the service provided at the Simpang Tuntungan clinic is a friendly welcome and listening to every complaint of patients who come for treatment. It has a suggestion box, which aims to enable patients who come for treatment to provide assessments, suggestions and also submit/complaints when seeking treatment here. Does not differentiate between general patients and BPJS patients. The Simpang Tuntungan clinic applies 5 qualities of service at the Simpang Tuntungan clinic: form/appearance (tangible), reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The health services provided by the Tuntungan Clinic are good and have a positive impact, namely patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This research focuses on the importance of the leader's role in motivating, directing and developing employees to achieve organizational goals, especially in the clinical context. Factors that influence employee job satisfaction are also in the spotlight, including leadership style, organizational policies, and quality of work life. The research objective to be achieved in this study is to determine and analyze the perceptions of health workers regarding leadership styles at Clinic midwife. Structured interviews were used to explore views and experiences regarding health services at the clinic. The results are understood to gain a deeper understanding of the research subject. The research results show that the leader of Clinic Leaders are also able to control subordinates with a positive approach and show good emotional control in difficult situations. In addition, leaders have a high responsibility in ensuring the quality of service and employee performance meet clinic standards. Based on the results of the interview, the leader of Clinic.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain the connection between the Pagar Merbau District Health Center's performance and the leadership style used in decision-making and problem-solving. In 2024, Deli Serdang. This study is cross-sectional and observational. Fifty individuals made up the sample size. A questionnaire is used as a data gathering tool in this study the test known as chi-square is the analysis that is employed. The study room demonstrates that 25 people (50%) are involved in problem-solving using a leadership style that emphasizes involvement. There are 25 individuals (50%) involved in the Making decisions process, which is more educational in character. Bivariate analysis results show that leadership style and health worker performance Community Health Center Pagar Merbau in Regency of Deli Serdang are associated, with a p-value of 0.001 and a related category since the value is greater than 0.05. The findings of the evaluation indicate that health professionals' performance, which includes their presence, teamwork, excellence of the work, professionalism, and knowledge mastery needs to be in harmony with the educational, consultative, participative, and delegative leadership style of the Pagar Merbau Health Center's chief executive. To maximize the performance of all healthcare professionals in problem-solving, The community health center's head should adopt a leadership style That's more adaptable and flexible to different circumstances.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the application of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in maternal and child health services, especially maternity services at RSIA Rosiva. Quality health services are one of the important aspects in ensuring patient safety and satisfaction, especially for mothers who are about to give birth. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and direct observation in the field. The results of the study show that administratively, SOPs have been prepared and socialized to health workers, but in practice there are still several obstacles. These obstacles include delays in medical treatment, a fairly convoluted administrative process, and a lack of coordination between service units. This shows that even though the SOP already exists, its implementation has not been fully effective and consistent. In addition, the satisfaction of maternity patients with the services provided is still not optimal, as can be seen from complaints related to waiting time and lack of information provided by medical personnel. This study concludes that improving the quality of services can be done by strengthening the implementation of SOPs, improving the competence of health workers through training, and improving the administrative system to be more responsive to patient needs. The results of this study are expected to be input for hospital management in efforts to continuously improve the quality of maternity health services.

Abstract

Kualitas dalam pelayanan kesehatan mencakup dua aspek: mutu teknis (klinis) yang berfokus pada keterampilan, akurasi prosedur, dan diagnosis medis; serta mutu fungsional (non-klinis) yang lebih menitikberatkan pada cara layanan kesehatan diberikan. penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi pada upaya meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur pelayanan kesehatan. Studi ini menyelidiki peningkatan kualitas layanan kesehatan menggunakan metodologi tinjauan pustaka. Sebanyak 18 artikel yang diterbitkan antara 2019 hingga 2024, yang diperoleh dari database Google Scholar. Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh integrasi antara aspek teknis dan non-teknis dalam pelayanan. Tidak cukup hanya memperbaiki fasilitas atau mempercepat proses administratif, tetapi perlu dibarengi dengan sikap empatik, komunikasi yang baik, dan keterlibatan aktif pasien dalam proses pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan kesehatan memainkan peranan yang sangat krusial dalam menentukan kepuasan pasien dan memengaruhi kesehatan masyarakat secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

Mutu layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menyajikan berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Dengan memahami faktor-faktor ini, kita dapat melihat bagaimana berbagai elemen, baik yang bersifat internal maupun eksternal, dapat berkontribusi dalam menciptakan layanan yang berkualitas. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur (literature review) bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu layanan kesehatan di rumah sakit peneliti mengakses berbagai sumber akademik yang terpercaya, termasuk jurnal nasional terakreditasi, artikel ilmiah, buku teks, dan laporan penelitian dari database seperti Google Scholar, ResearchGate, Garuda, dan Perpusnas. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu layanan kesehatan mencakup sumber daya manusia, fasilitas dan infrastruktur, manajemen rumah sakit, kepuasan pasien, proses pelayanan, serta budaya dan etika profesi. Mutu layanan yang tinggi berkontribusi langsung terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien dan memperkuat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap institusi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan secara komprehensif, baik dari sisi teknis medis maupun dari pendekatan pelayanan berbasis kebutuhan dan karakteristik pasien.
