Abstract

During the pandemic period, economic activities must adjust to limited interactions, minimizing physical contact during the buying and selling process. Of course, the ongoing pandemic period adds to the difficulty of MSME actors, not only to develop, even including maintaining a business. In order to help survive the pandemic, MSME players in Cimahi are deemed necessary to get digital marketing-based training for Cimahi City MSMEs. This service aims to describe the implementation of a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs. This research is a case study research on MSMEs who take digital-based training. To reveal the data and information, the researchers applied a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, namely revealing the depth of data and information based on research formulations and research questions, namely how to implement a digital marketing training program in increasing entrepreneurial motivation for Cimahi City MSMEs? The digital marketing training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Of the three cycles, the implementation of digital marketing-based training begins with a needs analysis, then a digital marketing training design is prepared which is followed by the development of digital marketing training materials, the implementation of training and ends with an evaluation

Abstract

The very rapid changes in society as a result of the revolution in communication technology have made all areas of life more competitive. Likewise with the determination of learning innovations must be adjusted to the consideration of approaches in learning in order to produce quality Human Resources (HR). Therefore, especially in the conditions of Covid 19 which require the holding of distance learning, it is necessary to increase the competence of managers and students by applying information technology-based learning such as the blended learning model. This service aims to describe the implementation of a blended learning training program for learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung. To reveal the data and information, the community service team conducted a blended learning training program on learning at the Nurul Falah Smart House, Bandung city by applying the lecture, question and answer, discussion, demonstration and brainstorming methods. The blended learning training system in its cycle is divided into three stages, namely, the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. In practice, it always begins with a needs analysis, then compiles a training design then develops blended learning training materials, conducts training and ends with an evaluation. The results of this training evaluation indicate an increase in the cognitive aspects of the training participants, an increase from before and after training.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to increase the competence of managers in supporting PKBM services and quality in Sukabumi Regency. The performance of the manager has not been optimal and the management efforts in developing programs in PKBM have not been maximized, which is one of the problems that exist in the manager. The competence of managers in managing the PKBM program is certainly the basis and principle in managing a professional PKBM program. Specifically, this service aims to: 1) describe the planning of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, 2) describe the implementation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving the quality of PKBM in Sukabumi Regency, West Java, and 3) describe the evaluation of competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving PKBM quality in Sukabumi Regency, West Java. The results of the service show that the training activities begin with the planning stage by conducting an analysis and identification of training activities, including the tools that must be prepared in the training activities, namely preparation, human resources, such as participants, resource persons, and other parties involved, infrastructure, guidelines for the implementation of training in planning competency-based manager training activities in supporting services and improving quality in PKBM Sukabumi Regency, Java West. The implementation stage of training activities is the implementation of the plan that has been prepared related to the training implementation model, approaches, strategies, methods, techniques and media used in the activity, as well as the time and place of the training. The evaluation stage is a stage to find out the extent of success in activities at the planning and implementation stage of the training activities, including reflecting on activities, distributing evaluation instruments and processing the results of the evaluation Keywords: training, manager, competence, and PKBM
