Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan antara kinerja reksa dana saham konvensional dengan kinerja reksa dana saham syariah yang diukur berdasarkan return reksa dana, return pasar, tingkat investasi bebas risiko, dan tingkat risiko reksa dana dengan menggunakan analisis perbandingan kinerja metode Sharpe, metode Treynor, dan metode Jensen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode uji beda dua rata-rata independent sample t-test dan man-whiteney test. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif komparatif. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan, jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 22 reksa dana saham konvensional dan 11 reksa dana saham syariah. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan uji beda dengan alpha (α) 5% menunjukkan hipotesis yang diuji dengan metode Sharpe, Treynor, dan Jensen menunjukkan bahwa kinerja reksa dana saham konvensional dan kinerja reksa dana saham syariah tidak ada perbedaan signifikan jika diukur dengan rasio Sharpe, Treynor dan Jensen.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence profit growth in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study were all banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2019, which were 33 banking sector companies with a research sample of 8 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the loan to deposit ratio (LDR) and return on assets (ROA) have a positive and significant effect on profit growth, operating expenses for operating income (BOPO) have a negative and significant effect on profit growth. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect perceptions about financial literacy factors against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang. The population in this study is the owner of life insurance in Palembang, the sampling in this study is using the Purposive Sampling method with 50 respondents as samples. The type of research used is quantitative research with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique in this research are descriptive and inferential statistical analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with smartPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. The results showed that the perception of age and gender has no significant effect against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang, meanwhile the perception of education level and income have a significant effect against the investment decisions on life insurance in Palembang. This study aimed to determine the effect of dividend policy, profitability, and firm size on the value of the company of plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) within period 2014-2020. The study used quantitative data type by using secondary data as the data source. The sampling in this study used the Purposive Sampling method with a sample of 5 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis using Eviews. The purpose of this study was determine and analyze the financial performance of Islamic Banks in Indonesia. The study used quantitative data type by using secondary data as the data source. Data type by using secondary data as the data source. The sample used in this research is 9 islamic commercial banks that’s was selected using purposive sampling method from a total population of 14 registered in Financial Service Authority from the period 2014-2018. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis using the RGEC method: Risk Profile is measured using NPF and FDR ratio, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Earnings is measured using ROA and BOPO ratio, and Capital is measured using KPMM ratio. The result showed that the NPF ratio in good category, FDR ratio in pretty good category, GCG in good category, ROA ratio in bad category, BOPO ratio in not good category and KPMM ratio in very good category. This study aims to explain the comparative analysis between the performance of conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds using the sharpe, treynor, and jensen methods. The population in this study were all registered conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds on the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) in 2017 – 2020. Based on the purposive sampling technique, 21 samples of equity funds were obtained as the samples of this study. The analysis technique in this study is comparative hypothesis testing (differential test). The results of this study indicate that there is no significant difference between the performance of conventional equity funds and sharia equity funds throught the sharpe, treynor, and jensen methods.

This study aims to determine the effect of endorsements and online promotions on purchase intention in the MSME culinary business in Palembang City. This study uses the Theory of Planned Behavior. The total population in this study was 1.66 million respondents. The sampling method is through the Slovin formula with a total sample of 399 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results obtained are endorsements and online promotions have a significant positive effect on purchase intention in the MSME culinary business in the city of Palembang. Suggestions that can be given for further research are so that MSMEs are more selective in choosing the role of influencers who can be trusted, have culinary knowledge, are honest with the message conveyed, and can display culinary qualities that are easy to understand when doing online promotions on social media.  Further researchers are expected to add other variables such as celebrity endorsement variables, word of mouth, online advertising, brand image, discount framing, and so on.

Saat ini dunia sedang menghadapi situasi pandemi akibat adanya wabah Corona Virus Disease2019 (COVID-19) yang berdampak mendalam terhadap berbagai sektor ekonomi terutama pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Dalam survey yang dilakukan oleh MicroMentor terhadap 250 UMKM, tercatat bahwa 67% pendapatan UMKM menurun. Dampak Pandemi COVID-19 juga turut dirasakan oleh pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang. Data pemerintah kota Palembang mencatat bahwa ada sekitar 35 ribu UMKM yang mengalami penurunan Omzet sejak pandemi COVID-19. Memasuki era New Normalterjadi perubahan perilaku konsumen dimana hampir sebagian besar kegiatannya menggunakan pemanfaatan teknologi. Hal ini menjadi tantangan bisnis kedepan sekaligus peluang besar bagi para pelaku UMKM khususnya di Kota Palembang untuk meningkatkan kembali penjualan produk yang mengalami penuranan cukup tajam selama masa pandemi COVID-19 melalui optimalisasi strategi pemasaran digital. UMKM harus memiliki daya saing yang unggul agar dapat mempertahankan bisnisnya. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk menjadi UMKM Unggul di era new normalini adalah dengan pemanfaatan dan pengoptimalisasian strategi pemasaran berbasis digital. Strategi pemasaran digital dapat berpengaruh hingga 78% terhadap keunggulan bersaing pelaku UMKM dalam pemasaran produk. Namun demikian, permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah tidak semua pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang yang dapat menggunakan pemasaran digital secara optimal, bahkan masih banyak pelaku UMKM yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam menjalankan usahanya. Sehingga dengan pelatihan strategi pemasaran digital di era new normal bagi para pelaku UMKM di Kota Palembang diharapkan dapat membantu pelaku UMKM dalam memahami dan menerapkan serta mengoptimalisasikan strategi pemasaran digital untuk menjadi “UMKM Unggul”.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the Effect of Budgetary Goal Characteristics (Budget Goal Setting, Clarity of Budget Objectives, and Budget Evaluation) on the Performance of the Muara Enim Regency Government. The number of samples taken is 50 local government employees who have activities in budgeting and at the same time as budget implementers who handle budget preparation at the Muara Enim Regency government office as respondents. The data used is primary data, namely data taken from a questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis method. The analysis data was processed using the SPSS (Sold Product Solution Statistics) computer program version 23. The results of this study stated that participation in budget preparation and budget evaluation had a significant positive effect, while the clarity of budget objectives had no significant effect on the performance of the local government of Muara Enim Regency.
