Abstract

This study aims to; (1) do need assesment of students and teachers for the development of learning media in form of comic; (2) do validation by media experts, material experts, and language experts; (3) examine the effectiveness of the developed comic toward enhancement of the ability to decipher messages in fairy tales. This research and development applied ADDIE Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model. The population of this study is 3rd grade students of SDN Sukorame 2 Elementary School. Data collection methods by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Evaluation of the validity of instructional media involved of five material experts and media experts. The result of this study find: (1) Teachers and students need the development of comic based on local wisdom. (2) The validation score by the material expert is 89%, by the media expert is 82%, and by the language expert is 84.44%. (3) The effectiveness of developed comic can be seen from the questionnaire and pre-post test result. The pretest score is 68 and the posttest score is 84. Meanwhile the teacher questionnaire score is 92% and student questionnaire score is 93.75%. Based on these results, the comic developed is needed for students and teachers, very valid, and very effective.

Abstract

This article aims to describe: the implementation of the SQ3R model to the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts in grade IV students of SDN Ganung Kidul 1 Nganjuk in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. This article is an descriptive qualitative research carried out through five stages, namely: (1) data collection; (2) determination of the sample; (3) recording data; (4) reduction; and (5) drawing conclusions. Data sources in this article are journals and books relating to the learning of the SQ3R model on learning to examine the characters contained in fiction texts. These data provide an overview of the application of the SQ3R model on the ability to examine the characters contained in fictional texts. Furthermore, the object of the research is the learning model SQ3R with a subject of 22 students. The conclusion of the article shows that: this SQ3R model is very good to be applied to the basic competencies of Indonesian language class IV semester II, namely the ability to examine the characters contained in fiction texts.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan modul kegiatan ekonomi di sekitarku berbasis kearifan lokal Kediri untuk meningkatkkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN Lirboyo 1 Kota Kediri. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE yang mencakup 5 tahap. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut yaitu Analyz (analisis), Design (desain), Development (pengembangan), Implementation (implementasi), dan Evaluation (Evaluasi). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji kevalidan berupa angket validasi yang meliputi validasi materi dan validasi bahan ajar, uji kepraktisan dengan menggunakan angket respon guru dan angket respon siswa, dan pengujian keefektivan menggunakan hasil rata-rata pre-test dan post-test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh data kevalidan produk dengan skor akhir 98% dan masuk dalam kategori sangat valid. Kemudian hasil kepraktisan dari respon guru dan siswa mendapatkan hasil akhir 93% dan masuk dalam kategori sangat praktis. Hasil keefektifan bahan ajar modul kegiatan ekonomi berbasis kearifan lokal Kediri yang diukur menggunakan hasil rata-rata pre-test dan post-test. Hasil akhir rata-rata post-test adalah 88,3 pada skala terbatas dan 87,8 pada skala luas dan masuk dalam kategori sangat efektif.

Abstract

Many elementary students still find it difficult to understand the literature content used and it automatically affects their reading and writing skills. However, the adjustment of literature with local wisdom-based content needs to be considered as a supporting tool. This study aimed to improve reading and writing skills using textbook based on local wisdom. The sample was grade 4 of elementary school students who selected using purposive random sampling. This research used a nonequivalent control group design through the experiment and control classes. Data were collected through writing and reading skills test of 32 students in each class and analyzed using N-gain to describe the treatment effect. The results showed that textbooks based on local wisdom were more effective than teaching materials that were not integrated by local wisdom at improving students' reading and writing skills. In the future, this study is a reference for teachers to apply local wisdom to other learning themes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe: (1) need assessment of students and teachers for the development of video media based on local wisdom, (2) validity of media experts from material experts. This research is a type of research development (Research and Development). The research development model refers to the ADDIE procedure with 5 stages: (a) Analysis; (b) Design; (c) Development; (d) Implementation; (e) Evaluation. Data collection methods by observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. Evaluation of the validity of instructional media involved five material and media expert lecturers. The results of this research show that; 1) teachers and students alike need the development of video media; 2) video media based on local wisdom based on the results of the validation of material experts obtained a score of 97.85 included in the very good category and media design experts obtained an average value of 97.14 which means that the developed media was included in the very good category, and 3) based on the results of small-scale trials the result is 73% classified in the feasible category and further on the large-scale trial yields 87% data, so it is declared feasible to be used in SDN Sukorame 2.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the learning outcomes of the STAD model in realizing the ability of students to elaborate personal opinions about the contents of literature books on aspects; 1) mention personal opinions about intrinsic elements, 2) identify personal opinions about intrinsic elements, 3) express personal opinions intrinsic elements. This research uses test, interview, observation and documentation methods. This article is a qualitative descriptive study with 31 students. From 31 students the researchers took 5 students who were interviewed to get the data that the technique can be done through three stages, namely: (1) Reducing Data; (2) Data Presentation; (3) Conclusion Withdrawal. The data source obtained in this article is a matter of description relating to the learning of the STAD model on the material outlining personal opinions about the contents of the literary book in fairy tales. In this study the STAD method can make students to develop skills, be more active in learning and respect the opinions of others. Based on the analysis found good learning outcomes. Based on the data obtained get a good percentage there are 60% of 31 with a value of 85.95 students and less good there are 40% of 31 students with a value of 65.70. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan hasil pembelajaran model STAD dalam mewujudkan kemampuan siswa menguraikan pendapat pribadi tentang isi buku sastra pada aspek; 1) menyebutkan pendapat pribadi tentang unsur intrinsik, 2) mengidentifikasi pendapat pribadi tentang unsur intrinsik, 3) mengemukakan pendapat pribadi unsur intrinsik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tes, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan jumlah subjek 31 siswa. Dari 31 siswa peneliti mengambil 5 siswa yang diwawancarai untuk mendapatkan data yang tekniknya dapat dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu: (1) Mereduksi Data; (2) Penyajian Data; (3) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Sumber data yang diperoleh pada artikel ini yaitu soal uraian yang berkaitan dengan pembelajaran model STAD (Student Team Achievement Devision) pada materi menguraikan pendapat pribadi tentang isi buku sastra pada dongeng. Pada penelitian ini adalah metode STAD (Student Team Achievement Devision) dapat membuat siswa untuk mengembangkan keterampilan, lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran dan menghargai pendapat orang lain. Berdasarkan analisis maka ditemukan hasil pembelajaran yang baik. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh mendapatkan presentase yang baik ada 60 % dari 31 dengan nilai 85,95 siswa dan kurang baik ada 40% dari 31 siswa dengan nilai 65,70. Kata Kunci : Model STAD, Pendapat Pribadi, Unsur Intrinsik

Abstract

The background of this research is the observation that 30% of students KKM and 70% KKM, students who are less disciplined in doing and collecting assignments, speak impolitely, do not care about the troubles of their friends. The aims of this study are (1) to determine the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the product development of teaching materials for students with the sub-theme of the beauty of cultural diversity in my country to improve the character of love for the homeland in fourth grade elementary school students in the 2020/2021 academic year? Research and development (research and development) ADDIE model. Subjects 40 students. The research site is Lirboyo 2 Elementary School, Kediri City. Statistical analysis analysis techniques. It was concluded that: 1) The validity of the product development of student teaching materials with the sub-theme of the beauty of cultural diversity in my country to improve the character of love for the homeland in students, with a score of 92-96. 2) The effectiveness of the product development of student teaching materials with the sub-theme of the beauty of cultural diversity in my country to improve the character of love for the homeland in students, with the average score of student test results being 83.12 > 75 above the KKM. 2) The practicality of product development of student teaching materials with the sub-theme of the beauty of cultural diversity in my country to improve the character of love for the homeland in students, with a score of 88.

Abstract

Penanaman nili-nilai karakter pada generasi anak Indonesia harus dilakukan sedini mungkin karena pendidikan karakter dapat membangun kepribadian anak di masa depan. Salah satu upaya penanaman nilai-nilai karakter pada anak sekolah dasar dapat dilakukan melalui internalisasi lagu-lagu anak. Lagu yang diteliti adalah lagu anak karya A.T Mahmud. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) mengetahui lagu karya A.T Mahmud yang ada dalam buku siswa SD, (2) mengetahui kandungan nilai-nilai lagu karya A.T Mahmud. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan empat tahapan yaitu reduction (reduksi data), data display (penyajian data), pendeskripsian dan data conclusion drawing and verification (penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi). Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat tiga puluh lagu anak karya A.T Mahmud yang terdapat pada buku siswa Sekolah Dasar dan tujuh belas nilai-nilai karakter berdasarkan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter menurut Kementerian Pendidikan Nasional pada UU N0.20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengembangan media, kevalidan, kepraktisan, keefektifan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dalam model pengembangan ADDIE yang memiliki lima tahap yaitu analisis (analyze), perancangan (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Uji coba skala terbatas dilakukan pada 10 siswa kelas V SDN Sambi 1 dan uji coba skala luas pada 36 siswa kelas V SDN Purwokerto 2. Data yang diperoleh berupa dokumentasi dan skor. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, need asessment, angket validasi, angket kepraktisan, dan post-test. Hasil kevalidan diperoleh kriteria sangat valid dengan skor ahli materi 95% dan ahli media 86%. Hasil uji kepraktisan media didapat kriteria sangat praktis dengan skor 93,75%. Hasil uji coba keefektifan skala terbatas didapat nilai rata-rata diatas KKM yaitu 82,5 dan pada uji coba skala luas di dapat nilai rata-rata 81. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media website berbasis google sites layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai Pancasila. Diharapkan media website berbasis google sites dapat dikembangkan kembali oleh guru atau peneliti lanjutan.
