Abstract

The decline in sales of Esteh Indonesia in Gorontalo is caused by healthy lifestyle trends, increased competition, and ineffective marketing strategies. This study evaluates the influence of lifestyle, brand equity, and marketing mix on purchasing decisions using the Structural Equation Modeling method. This descriptive quantitative research used purposive sampling with 324 respondents from a population of 1730 with an error rate of 5%. The data was analyzed using statistical tests and the Strucutral Equation Modeling model. The results show that lifestyle, brand equity, and marketing mix significantly influence the purchasing decisions of Esteh Indonesia consumers in Gorontalo City, with tcount greater than ttable and P-value below 0.05. The conclusion states that these variables, both partially and simultaneously, influence purchasing decisions. Suggestions for Esteh Indonesia management in Gorontalo City are to strengthen brand equity, adapt products to healthy lifestyle trends, and improve more effective marketing strategies.

Abstract

RSUD Toto Kabila Bone Bolango is one of two hospitals in Bone Bolango Regency. The hospital provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. Hospital quality can be measured by patient satisfaction. One way to improve the quality of the hospital is to reduce problems that can have an impact on the quality of the hospital. This study aims to measure the level of patient satisfaction, determine the attributes that are prioritised in improving the quality of emergency department services at RSUD Toto Kabila, and make a proposed improvement design. The methods used in this research are service quality (SERVQUAL) and six sigma DMAIC (define, measure, analyse, improve, control). Based on the results of the study, the quality of service has not met the needs and desires of patients, because there are several attributes that have the largest gap value and the smallest sigma value. Some of these attributes will then be made an improvement design using 5W + 1H.

Abstract

PT Royal Coconut Gorontalo is a company that processes coconut into coconut flour, coconut oil and meal products. This company has experienced cases of environmental pollution caused by less than optimal waste treatment. The purpose of this study is to determine the magnitude of the environmental impact of the production process in the company. One of the efforts to determine the magnitude of environmental impacts caused by the production process is using the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) method. The results of this method can determine the critical points that cause environmental impacts so that several alternative recommendations for improvement are obtained. Determination of the best alternative recommendations using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method. ANP is one method to measure the priority scale in making a decision. The results of environmental impacts using the LCA approach with eco-indicator 99 method are respiratory inorganics with a value of 8.2382 kPt, while the results of the ANP method concluded that the alternative use of briquettes as boiler fuel and environmental impact criteria as the top priority in environmental improvement.

Abstract

Abstrak: UMKM Zoellen merupakan usaha yang bergerak di bidang kuliner yang berada di Gorontalo. Selama menjalankan aktivitas rantai pasoknya UMKM ini pernah mengalami kendala dalam proses pengadaan produksi dan pengiriman yang tidak tepat waktu. Proses pengadaan UMKM pernah mengalami kekurangan penyediaan bahan baku sehingga berpengaruh terhadap proses produksi berupa tidak tercapainya target produksi dan terlambatnya pengiriman produk. Dalam upaya penyelesaian masalah maka dilakukan pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok UMKM dengan metode SCOR dan AHP yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kinerja rantai pasok dengan mengetahui indikator apa saja yang digunakan serta memberikan usulan perbaikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 13 indikator kinerja yang terpilih. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, maka diketahui indikator kinerja memiliki nilai 64,61 (average) dengan menunjukan 5 indikator kinerja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan.

Fentje Abdul Rauf, MT.Mengembangkan Alat Peraga Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) Sepeda Motor Pada Mata Kuliah Teknologi Sepeda Motor, Penelitian dan pengembangan  media alat peraga ini tidak menerapkan semua langkah-langkah penelitian R D dari  Borg and Gall, dalam penelitian ini hanya menerapkan beberapa langkah  mengingat  tujuan peneliti  sampai  di pengembangan  produk dan memvalidkan produk.  Pengembangan  Alat Peraga Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) Sepeda Motor sebagai media pembelajaran pada Mata Kuliah Teknologi Sepeda Motor ini sangat layak digunakan, dengan nilai persentase dari validator ahli media sebesar 98,67% dan nilai persentase dari validator ahli materi sebesar 90,67% artinya materi Alat Peraga Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) Sepeda Motor sangat layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Kata Kunci: Alat Peraga, Transmisi Otomatis/ CVT Sepeda Motor

Abstract

 Motorcycle Technology is a theoretical and practical course in the UNG Mechanical Engineering Education S1 Study Program in the automotive concentration. Based on the results of observations that have been made by researchers that in the laboratory there are Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) motorcycle props but do not yet have a module or guide so that how to use these props is still not understood, the authors took the initiative to develop a practicum module as an alternative to overcome this problem by using the Problem Based Learning learning model on the learning media of the motorcycle Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) teaching aid. The objectives of this development research are 1) Developer of the problem based learning practicum module on the Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) motorcycle prop using the RD (Research and Development) method and using the 4D model. 2) Knowing the feasibility of the Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) motorized vehicle module developed. The method used in this study is the RD (Research and Development) method and uses a 4D model (four-D model). The results of the development of a motorcycle Continously Variable Transmission (CVT) practicum module made using the 4D model research and development (RD) method consisting of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Based on the results of design validation that has been done with a percentage of 96%. The results were validated by material experts with 94% results. The results of the validation by media experts with the results of 85%. The results of the student response test instrument with a result of 81%. This shows that the motorcycle Continously Variable Transmissin (CVT) practicum module can be declared "Very Good" for use.Keywords: Practicum Module, Problem Based Learning, Motorcycle Technology.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut guru sebagai pendidik untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap berbagai inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran. Dua teknologi yang sedang berkembang pesat dan memiliki potensi besar dalam dunia pendidikan adalah Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Augmented Reality (AR). Kedua teknologi ini mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih interaktif, personal, dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Namun, masih banyak guru di sekolah belum memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam pemanfaatan AI dan AR. Hal ini disebabkan oleh keterbatasan akses pelatihan serta belum adanya pendampingan yang terstruktur. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan pada April 2025 di sekolah Mitra, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah masih kurangnnya literasi teknologi, khususnya dalam hal pemanfaatan AI dan AR dalam proses pembelajaran. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep dasar dan potensi pemanfaatan teknologi AI dan AR dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) Meningkatkan keterampilan guru dalam merancang, mengembangkan, dan menggunakan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis AI dan AR, (3) Mendorong integrasi teknologi tersebut ke dalam perangkat ajar formal, (4) Meningkatkan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis digital di kelas. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berdampak pada peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru di sekolah mitra pada pemanfaatan teknologi AI dan AR dalam proses pembelajaran, peningkatan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis digital di kelas.

Abstract

PT. Royal Coconut Airmadidi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di industri pengolahan kelapa menjadi tepung. Dalam proses produksinya, terdapat tujuh stasiun kerja yang dilakukan secara manual dengan postur kerja statis dalam waktu lama, yang berpotensi menyebabkan musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi postur kerja pada proses produksi tepung kelapa dengan menggunakan metode Workplace Ergonomic Risk Assessment (WERA) dan Novel Ergonomic Postural Assessment (NERPA). Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap tujuh stasiun yang dilakukan secara manual dan statis untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat risiko MSDs dan menentukan solusi ergonomis yang dapat mengurangi resiko terjadinya MsDs pada pekerja. Hasil evaluasi postur kerja menemukan stasiun kerja dengan skor akhir tertinggi ada pada Grinder yaitu dengan skor 39 untuk WERA dan 6 NERPA dengan tindakan perbaikan segera serta investigasi lebih lanjut. Solusi yang tepat untuk memperbaiki postur kerja pada stasiun kerja Grinder, yaitu memodifikasi mesin grinding dengan menambahkan mekanisme dorong otomatis atau pintu yang dapat mengubah jalur daging kelapa masuk kedalam mesin grinding agar pekerja tidak perlu mendorong kelapa secara manual. Serta menyesuaikan tinggi conveyor agar sejajar dengan pinggang pekerja untuk mencegah pekerja tidak perlu membungkuk.Kata kunci: WERA, NERPA, Postur Kerja

Abstract

The development of local potential–based economies in rural areas continues to face various challenges, particularly in business management and the utilization of digital marketing by MSME actors. This condition is also experienced by the community of Bukit Hijau Village, Bulawa District, which possesses potential marine-based processed products that have not yet been optimally managed. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of local entrepreneurs in business management and digital marketing to enhance product competitiveness and expand market reach. The implementation method included partner needs identification through observation and interviews, business management training covering simple financial recording, production planning, and resource management, as well as digital marketing training through the use of social media and online marketplaces. These activities were supported by continuous monitoring and mentoring to ensure practical application of the materials. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ ability to manage business administration, enhancement in promotional content quality, and an increase in market reach and digital-based sales transactions. This community service program has a positive impact on strengthening business management practices and fostering sustainable economic empowerment for the Bukit Hijau Village community.

Abstract

Thiis stiudy aiims to analyze customer loyalty at PT XYZ is using the Markov Chain approach and Customer Bonding strategy. The research method combines quantitative analysis through Markov Chain to predict customer switching and qualitative analysis through questionnaires to measure the effectiveness of the Customer Bonding strategy. The results showed that the probability of customers staying was 54%, while the probability of moving to competitors was 46%. The Customer Bonding strategy, especially in the aspects of relationship bonding and advocacy bonding, has proven effective in increasing customer loyalty. The strategies that can be carried out so that XYZ Workshop does not experience a drastic decline in customers are by implementing strategies such as: Customer Retention Strategy, Improving Quality and Differentiation, Expanding Market Access, and Reanalyzing Business Models. However, the availability of spare parts and product design are still weaknesses that need to be improved.This study provides practical implications for companies in designing more effective customer retention strategies.
