Abstract

This study aims to develop a Matific-assisted mathematics e-module to increase elementary school students' learning interest in plane geometry. The method used is research and development (R&D) with the ADDIE model. The resulting e-module product was validated by material experts and media experts to determine the level of validity, then tested through implementation to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the product on fourth-grade students at SDIT Al-Azhar Kediri. The results of the study indicate that the Matific-assisted mathematics e-module is valid, practical, and effective to be used to increase elementary school students' learning interest. The results of the material expert validation show a percentage of 80% in the "valid" category, while the media expert validation shows 86.4% in the "very valid" category. The practicality of the e-module is shown through the results of teacher responses of 86.6% and student responses of 85.7%, both of which are in the "very practical" category. The effectiveness of the e-module was analyzed by comparing the mean value of learning interest before and after using the e-module which showed an increase from 66.94 to 80.95 with a significance value of the Paired Sample T-Test of 0.001 < 0.05 and an N-Gain value of 0.40 in the "quite effective" category.

Abstract

Basic education is a fundamental phase in the formation of students’ character and personality, including the instillation of Islamic character values ​​from an early age. However, in practice, education often emphasizes academic achievement rather than the affective and spiritual dimensions. This condition demands a holistic curriculum based on the values ​​of love and compassion. This study aims to analyze in depth the concept, implementation strategies, and implications of a kurikulum berbasis cinta in madrasas. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach at MIN 3 Tulungagung. Respondents included Islamic Cultural History (SKI) teachers, second and third grade teachers, and two students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was obtained through triangulation of sources and methods to ensure the validity of the findings. Data analysis was carried out through the process of data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that: (1) the philosophical foundation of the love-based curriculum is rooted in the principles of rahmatan lil ‘alamin, humanism, and the value of compassion; (2) its implementation is realized through religious habits, integration of love values ​​in learning, co-curricular activities, and the creation of an empathetic and inclusive learning environment; and (3) a love-based curriculum has a positive influence on the formation of student character and on building a harmonious, religious, and humanistic madrasa culture. These findings recommend that a love-based curriculum be an alternative paradigm for contemporary Islamic education that balances the cognitive, affective, and spiritual dimensions.

Abstract

Indonesia has many traditional cultural practices, including traditional lurik cloth, which originates from the Klaten region. This cloth is considered part of the culture of the Klaten people, and its use is still valid today. The development of the textile industry also influenced the use of lurik. Prasojo, the main producer of lurik, is a key player in the industry. The company has used lurik as a raw material since the 1950s. Marketing strategy includes positioning, product development, marketing budget, and promotion. Segmentation, targeting, and positioning are three key strategies that contribute to a company's success in marketing. Segmentation helps identify target audiences and create more focused and effective marketing strategies. In conclusion, Indonesia's cultural heritage is rich and diverse, with a variety of traditions and practices that contribute to a unique culture and identity.

Abstract

The Certified Independent Study and Internship Program (MSIB) is part of the Independent Campus Learning (MBKM) policy by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). PT. Bank BTPN Syariah TBK is one of the partners of the MSIB Batch 5 program. Bank BTPN Syariah provides intermediaries as accompanying facilitators to support customers in achieving their expected goals. The role of the companion here is to help customers maximize sales. BTPN Syariah customers as ultra-micro actors receive facilities in the form of companions so they can help them in developing their business. The accompanying facilitators provided by Bank BTPN Syariah have the aim of supporting BTPN Syariah customer empowerment activities, especially women/mothers from productive underprivileged communities or micro business actors, who have the capacity and skills along with customer skills in running their businesses, so that they can develop more and opening wider market access, both offline and online.

Abstract

Wirausaha Merdeka adalah program KEMENDIKBUD yang memberikan manfaat kepada mahasiswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman melalui magang dan berwirausaha. Melalui program ini, mahasiswa dapat mengenbangkan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan bidangnya melalui proyek nyata dan memperoleh sertifikat sebagai bukti keterampilan yang telah diperolehnya. WMK sebagai bagian dari inisiatif MBKM, bertujuan memberikan peluang kepada mahasiswa untuk belajar dan mengembangkan diri mereka sehingga dapat menjadi calon pengusaha yang sukses. Program WMK ini diharapkan bisa menciptakan pengusaha muda mandiri dan sukses menjalani dunia bisnis. Metode ini menggunakan learning by doing yang dilakukan pada saat magang di Papa Cookies Kartasura. Selama 2 bulan magang menghasilkan pengetahuan dan juga pengalaman dibagian produksi dan juga marketing. Hasil yang diperoleh selama magang dapat meningkatkan kemandirian dalam dunia bisnis bagi mahasiswa dan juga mampu menciptakan SDM yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui menejemen produksi yang tepat guna meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas roti di Papa Cookies Kartasura.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategies of Posie Florist Solo in facing intense competition in the florist industry. Using a qualitative method and participatory approach, data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with employees and the store owner. The results indicate that Posie Florist combines digital and traditional marketing strategies, including the use of social media (Instagram, Facebook, website, TikTok) and participation in bazaars and workshops. The implementation of a marketing mix that includes product innovation, competitive pricing, strategic location, and effective promotions helps them maintain their market position and enhance competitiveness.

Abstract

Digital marketing is among the most successful and efficientmarketing models amidst the rapid and massive changes in technology. Compared to traditional advertising such as print or television ads, digital marketing is often more cost-efficient. The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of online advertising in growing sales at Posie Florist, a business engaged in floristry. Through a participatory research approach, which actively involves itself in Posie Florist's digital marketing activities, including content development and social media management like the website, Instagram, and TikTok. Additionally, this study reveals a number of implementation problems digital marketing in SMEs, as well as finding that digital marketing contributes much to creating a pleasant brand image and increasing customer loyalty. Effective digital marketing strategies can also help Posie Florist reach a wider target market and compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study offers a significant involvement in thedevelopment of digital marketing science, especially in the context of SMEs, and provides practical recommendations for business actors who want to increase sales through digital channels.

Abstract

The eco-friendly totebag business is growing in response to the increasing awareness of the importance of reducing plastic waste (Zero Waste). This study explores the digital marketing for the Barcode totebag business using a SWOT analysis approach, aiming to improve students' capabilities through the Independent Entrepreneurship program. The main focus of this study is the importance of creativity, independence, and innovation in entrepreneurship for students, as well as business opportunities that arise from the increasing public awareness of a sustainable lifestyle. By utilizing creative designs and quality materials, this totebag business has the potential to attract consumer interest, especially among young people. SWOT analysis is used to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and to formulate effective marketing strategies to increase competitiveness and minimize risks. The Independent Entrepreneurship program supports the use of natural materials and traditional batik designs, which appeal to young consumers and increase customer loyalty. With effective marketing strategies, such as the use of social media and collaboration, this business has the potential to grow and provide valuable entrepreneurial experience for students. In conclusion, the Barcode Totebag business has significant growth potential with the implementation of the right marketing strategy.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, pola konsumsi masyarakat mengalami perubahan signifikan, mendorong pelaku industri kreatif untuk beradaptasi dengan strategi digital guna mempertahankan daya saing dan keberlanjutan produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi keberlanjutan produk Pandawalovs melalui pendekatan SWOT serta inovasi teknologi digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan studi kasus pada Pandawalovs, sebuah produk berbasis kreativitas yang beradaptasi dengan transformasi digital. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan utama Pandawalovs terletak pada kreativitas dan fleksibilitas dalam mengikuti tren pasar, sementara tantangan utama mencakup keterbatasan sumber daya dan persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Inovasi digital dalam pencatatan keuangan, pemasaran berbasis media sosial, serta pemanfaatan e-commerce terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memperluas jangkauan pasar. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sinergi antara analisis SWOT dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing serta keberlanjutan produk di era digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Economic development in the ASEAN region is shaped by complex dynamics arising from globalization, market volatility, and external influences. Guided by the endogenous growth theory, this study examines the impact of foreign direct investment (FDI), exchange rate fluctuations, inflation, and net exports on economic growth. Using panel data from five ASEAN countries Indonesia,Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Brunei Darussalam covering the period 2015 to 2024, panel data regression analysis was employed. The results reveal that exchange rate stability and moderate inflation have a positive and significant effect on economic growth, whereas FDI and net exports are not statistically significant. These findings underscore the importance of maintaining monetary stability and adaptive economic governance to foster inclusive and sustainable growth in the ASEAN region.
