Abstract

Bank Syariah Indonesia is a bank that emerged from a merger between PT Bank BRI Syariah Tbk, PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, and PT Bank BNI Syariah. The consolidation between the three Islamic banks resulted in more complete services, greater coverage, and more optimal funding capacity. One of the services from BSI is the Gold Pawn Service, which is a lending product based on gold as collateral as a practical way to obtain cash. The purpose of the research that designed the Gold Pawn Service information system was to facilitate recording and reporting of all activities in the Gold Pawn Service. Technology in designing the Gold Pawn Service information system using Microsoft Visual Studio with Microsoft Access as database. This research resulted in the design of a Gold Pawn Service financing simulation information system that features news information and knowledge about calculations and explanations of gold pawn service financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia at Cimahi Branch Office.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find problems with PT's goods expedition services. The first Tiki Lintas Nugraha (JNE), as well as the solution to this problem, based on reviews on various social media about PT's performance and services. The first Nugraha Line Tiki (JNE). Sentiment analysis is the computational study of a person's opinions, behavior, and emotions toward highly debated events or issues in society. One of the highly debated issues in 2021 is the policy of the My JNE Application system and social media as customer service for shipping goods. Of the two classification methods, the one with the highest accuracy value was selected. In this research, the Naive Bayes Classifier method is used to determine class groups of text documents. This method shows a fairly high level of accuracy, with a value of 97.67%. Next, the most common problems found based on the appearance of negative words were analyzed using text association. There are four main topics of many problems. The Analytic Network Process (ANP) process is used in the next stage to determine the solution priority from the output of the first stage to determine the solution priority level. Solutions that can be applied to My JNE system policy problems and social media customer service related to freight forwarding services include system improvement strategies and application maintenance that many complain about. Strategy to improve the skills of couriers and employees, strategy to improve employee and courier performance, strategy to strengthen the lost package policy by replacing lost items with the same amount, and strategy to provide punishment to couriers and employees if they make a mistake.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penggunaan rasio keuangan dalam mengevaluasi kinerja finansial dua perusahaan ritel terkemuka di Indonesia, PT united Trators dan PT Astra, selama tahun 2021-2022. Rasio keuangan merupakan alat esensial dalam analisis keuangan karena memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang likuiditas, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan data dari laporan keuangan tahunan, penelitian ini menghitung berbagai rasio keuangan termasuk Rasio Lancar, Rasio Cepat, Profit Margin, Return on Assets (ROA), dan Return on Equity (ROE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua perusahaan telah menunjukkan peningkatan dalam beberapa rasio keuangan dari tahun 2021 ke 2022, dengan PT United Trators menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan PT Astra. PT United tratocsI berhasil meningkatkan Profit Margin dari 3.33% menjadi 11,02%, sementara ROA dan ROE juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang mencolok. Sebaliknya, PT Astra Tbk, meskipun memiliki Rasio Lancar yang tinggi, menunjukkan Profit Margin dan ROA yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan PT Tratocs. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa PT Tratocs memiliki manajemen aset yang lebih efektif dan strategi operasional yang lebih baik dalam menghadapi kondisi pasar yang dinamis. Analisis ini penting bagi investor dan pemangku kepentingan untuk membuat keputusan berdasarkan penilaian kinerja keuangan yang solid dan terinformasi.

Abstract

Pet World merupakan salah satu jasa pelayanan kebutuhan hewan peliharaan yang berada di Kabupaten Garut, namun pemenuhan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan belum dapat dilakukan secara optimal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitas yang diberikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta menghasilkan usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pada Pet World. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Mix Method dimana data kualitatif dilakukan untuk menguji validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk pengolahan metode Servqual untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan, metode ZOT untuk mengukur apakah pelayanan masih dalam batas toleransi, dan metode kano untuk mengukur prioritas.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa atribut layanan yang tidak memuaskan atau atribut yang memiliki gap score negatif yaitu dua atribut pada dimensi tangibles dalam segi kenyamanan dan keamanan, satu atribut pada dimensi reliability pada segi ketepatan dalam produk serta satu atribut pada dimensi responsivenes pada segi akses informasi. Selain itu, metode Servqual, ZOT, dan Kano relevan dengan penelitian yang dilakukan karena pada metode ini mengukur kualitas layanan berdasarkan pada dimensi kualitasnya serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Measurement of Service Quality Based on Service Quality (Servqual) Dimensions With Zone of Tolerance (ZOT) and Kano on Pet World] Pet World is one of the services for pet needs in Garut Regency, but the fulfillment of the customer satisfaction level has not been optimal. The purpose of this study was to know the level of service based on the dimensions of quality provided to customer satisfaction and to produce suggestions for improvements to improve service quality at Pet World. This study used a Mix Method approach. The Qualitative data was used to test the validity and reliability. The quantitative data was used for processing the Servqual method to measure customer satisfaction, the ZOT method to measure whether the service is still within tolerance limits, and the Kano method to measure priority. The results showed unsatisfactory service attributes or attributes with a negative gap score were two attributes on the tangibles dimension in terms of comfort and security, one on the reliability dimension in terms of product accuracy, and one on the responsiveness dimension in terms of access to information. In addition, the Servqual, ZOT, and Kano methods are relevant to the research conducted because this method measures service quality based on its dimensions and does orient to customer satisfaction.Keywords: Kano; Mix Method; service quality; zone of tolerance

Abstract

Microsoft Office mastery training has been conducted at SMAN 2 Tanjung Palas Timur, Bulungan Regency, to enhance students' skills in using Microsoft Office applications. The methods used in this training include delivering materials through brief lectures and self-paced exercises by the students. A significant finding from this training is the marked improvement in students' understanding of Microsoft Office applications. Students also demonstrated increased efficiency and creativity in using these applications for school assignments and extracurricular activities

Abstract

This community service discusses participatory communication strategies applied in a field school for pest and disease control and post-flood management in cocoa cultivation in Sajau Village, Bulungan Regency. The main focus of the field school was the participatory approach used, the methods applied, and the results achieved. The research shows how active community involvement can influence sustainable farming practices, with an emphasis on improving the effectiveness of pest control, disease management and post-flood recovery.

Abstract

Technological developments, on the other hand, have the impact of changing human civilization, which is starting to depend on technology. The term IT (Information Technology) which is currently popular is part of a long chain of developments in terms in the world of SI (Information Systems) or IS (Information System). Dasawisma is a group of mothers from 10-20 neighboring households. Dasawisma is part of the PKK cadre who plays a role in improving the quality of life of the community. The management of Dasawisma data in Maleer Village is still done manually, through the handwriting of the heads of Dasawisma per RW, of course this causes difficulties and inefficiencies in reporting data at the RW level. The main objective of this PKM is to create applications, socialization and technical guidance for the Dasawisma Data Filling System in the Maleer Village area, Batununggal District, Bandung City, Socialization of community service programs and implementation of the vision and mission of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Bandung in the surrounding areas, namely Maleer Village, Batununggal District, Bandung City, Establishing cooperation on the tridharma of higher education with the surrounding areas, namely Maleer Village, Batununggal District, Bandung City. It is hoped that the Dasawisma Application designed and initiated by the PKM team of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic can help to make data reporting more effective and easier.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper to gather insights on students’ experiences during their overseas internship program. This paper discusses the difficulties faced by the students during their overseas internship program and their approaches to overcome them. Insights might be useful as feedback and lesson learned for education institutions. This paper employs a qualitative approach. The data collected were secondary data. 12 (twelve) students’ internship reports were gathered with purposive sampling method. A thematic data analysis was employed. The results suggest that difficulties encountered by the students in three areas: cultural difference, language and communication, and task management. This paper offers insights on the students’ approach to overcome the difficulties. Educational institutions need to better understand the needs and expectations of the parties involved, to better prepare the students, and monitor the program from the beginning until its completion.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop a web-based inventory information system using the waterfall method, utilizing Unified Modeling Language (UML) for visual modeling to comprehend the involved business processes. Data collection techniques in this study were obtained through field observations, user interviews, and literature reviews. The implementation of this information system is carried out using the PHP web programming language with the Laravel framework, aiming to control inventory, monitor transactions, and present more accurate and rapid data reports. Previously, the Directorate of Infrastructure at Maranatha Christian University used manual methods and processes in managing inventory. The research results indicate that the effective use of web-based information systems can enhance efficiency and accuracy in inventory management. Thus, this research provides a solution that facilitates inventory management and improves operational efficiency in daily activities.

Abstract

Problems related to population administration and civil registration, such as identity falsification and duplicate data due to lack of accurate details of population data documents, the process of obtaining a Population Identity Card and issuing a civil registration certificate still takes a long time because the data input process is still done manually. In this regard, the Garut Regency government, in this case the Tarogong Kaler District, is trying to collect valid population data so that it can develop mapping to overcome this problem. Currently there is an information system that makes it easier to provide services for creating and issuing resident document certificates, namely by implementing a website-based integrated administration service system or PATENT. This research aims to analyze Effectiveness of the Integrated Administrative Information System (PATEN) in Public Service. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research with four informants.   Data collection techniques start from direct observation, interviews, and documentation.  The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the community can enjoy the quality of services provided in Tarogong Kaler District. This can be seen from several things. The reliability dimension can be seen from the district operators who are reliable in providing services to the community. The responsiveness dimension related to the ability to respond is said to be good if the PATENT system has immediate disruption. can be overcome by not reducing services to the community. The obstacles are that the availability of human resources is still insufficient, as well as the need for socialization to the community about understanding the system.
