Abstract

The community service program aimed to enhance the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Garut Regency through the implementation of digital wallet technology. Addressing the challenges of market access and financial management faced by MSMEs, the program developed an application called MitraREID. This application was designed to assist MSMEs in managing transactions, recording expenses, generating financial reports, and optimizing product management. The implementation process included socialization, intensive training, application deployment, and technical assistance involving the UMKM community, Mikromega, in Garut. The results indicated a significant improvement in the MSMEs' ability to utilize digital technology for daily operations. The MitraREID application facilitated business management, enhanced transaction efficiency, and allowed MSMEs to structure their financial management more effectively. The program's impact was quantitatively measured by pre- and post-test scores, which showed an increase from an average of 79/100 before training to 99/100 after training. This significant improvement demonstrated the enhanced digital skills and understanding of participants in utilizing digital wallet technology to support their business operations, enabling them to compete more effectively in local and national markets.

Abstract

This research designs and makes a sales accounting information system application program at A&W restaurant. The rapid development of technology affects many aspects, one of which is the economic aspect. Competition between business actors is getting tougher. In order to compete in the market, efforts are needed to improve the quality of work, service quality and data accuracy. Management of Sales Accounting Information Systems at fast food restaurant companies is still not optimal, namely still using manual recording and recapitulation on POS (point of sales) machines so that errors often occur due to inaccuracy between POS (point of sales) machines with sales recaps and the time used also inefficient. The research was conducted with data collection techniques using data triangulation based on observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study will be designed a web-based sales accounting information system using mysql data processing and implemented into the php programming language with the aim of providing the needs for managing sales information at fast food restaurant companies and producing the required reporting more effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

A product must have good quality by maintaining or improving its quality to satisfy customers. Good quality tempeh products must meet the standards of SNI 314:2015. Many Tempeh Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) still have been unable to meet it. This study aims to determine the production process that meets the quality requirements of SNI 3144:2015 and is feasible for use as a business. The method used is to compare local tempeh SMEs with tempeh entrepreneurs certified by SNI 3144:2015, as well as laboratory testing. For business feasibility analysis, the aspects analyzed are organizational and management, market and marketing, technical, environmental, legal, and financial aspects. The study results indicate that the quality of tempeh produced by local SMEs has met four of the eight SNI 3144:2015 standards. In the technical aspect, namely the production process, it is necessary to provide wet and dry areas for the production process. Wet area for processes that use much water such as boiling, soaking, breaking soybeans, washing, separating the skin, watering with warm water, cooking, rewashing, and fermentation. Dry area for packaging and fermentation process for tempeh production. The results of the business feasibility analysis, especially in the marketing aspect, show that the best scenario for SMEs is to combine marketing of SNI tempeh products and products without SNI to reach a larger market. The financial aspect analysis shows that Tempeh SMEs with SNI are feasible to run with NVP and IRR values that meet the requirements, and the investment return period is 1 Year 6 Months 19 Days.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze 1) the empowerment of communities through training in crafts (handcrafts) in increasing independence in Kriya Daun 9996 workshop with export scale in Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya, 2) supporting factors of community empowerment through training in crafts (handcrafts) in enhancing self-reliance in Kriya Daun 9996 workshop with export scale in Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya, 3) the inhibiting factors of community empowerment through training in crafts (handcrafts) in improving independence in Kriya Daun 9996 workshop with export scale in Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. Data subjects came from study residents, workers, managers and owners of BKD 9996. Data collection techniques used the method of observation participants, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used is data condensation, data display and data verification. While in testing the validity of the data using credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmation. The results in this study indicate that the implementation of community empowerment through handicrafts in increasing independence has helped the community involved to have awareness, knowledge, and attitude to produce dried leaf products by having the desire to learn, be responsible for every activity, be able to take decisions and initiatives facing problems; supporting factors, namely raw materials which are easy to get and affordable, the easiness of manufacturing process, the product has uniqueness which in the leaf layer on the outer surface with a competitive quality product, has a lot of variance and product innovation since the product can adjust the desires of consumers and the brand has been patented, creating jobs; inhibiting factors, namely the competence of human resources. The human resources is saturated to his work, the condition of the raw materials and production machinery, the constraints of production machines are not using the mower, and still using simple tools such as cutter and scissors, external constraints: (marketing) competition by competitors, market competition with competitors very tight both on pricing and product design.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis 1) pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan (handycraft) dalam meningkatkan kemandirian di Bengkel Kriya Daun 9996 skala ekspor Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya, 2) faktor pendukung pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan (handycraft) dalam meningkatkan kemandirian di Bengkel Kriya Daun 9996 skala ekspor Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya, 3) faktor penghambat pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan (handycraft) dalam meningkatkan kemandirian di Bengkel Kriya Daun 9996 skala ekspor Ngagel Mulyo Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek data berasal dari warga belajar, tenaga kerja, pengelola dan pemilik BKD 9996. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah kondensasi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Sedangkan dalam uji keabsahan data menggunakan kredibilitas, transferability, dependability dan konfirmability. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggaraan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan kerajinan tangan (handycraft) dalam meningkatkan kemandirian telah membantu masyarakat yang terlibat memiliki kesadaran, pengetahuan, dan sikap untuk menghasilkan produk daun kering dengan memiliki keinginan untuk belajar, bertanggung jawab dalam setiap aktivitas, mampu mengambil keputusan dan inisiatif menghadapi permasalahan; faktor pendukung yaitu bahan baku yang mudah dan murah di dapat, proses pembuatannya mudah, produk memiliki keunikan yaitu produk di lapisan daun pada permukaan luar produk dengan kualitas yang bersaing, memiliki banyak varians dan inovasi produk karena produk dapat menyesuaikan keinginan konsumen serta merk sudah dipatenkan, menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan; faktor penghambat yaitu kompetensi SDM. Sumber Daya Manusianya merasa jenuh terhadap pekerjaannya, kondisi bahan baku dan mesin produksi, kendala mesin produksi tidak menggunakan mesin potong, masih menggunakan alat sederhana yaitu cutter dan gunting, kendala eksternal: (pemasaran) persaingan dengan competitor, persaingan pasar dengan competitor sangat ketat baik mengenai harga maupun desain produk.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi kelengkapan berkas rekam medis agar dapat mempermudah perekam medis mengolah data pasien. Pemilihan topik didasari dari hasil peninjauan di lapangan bahwa belum tersedianya suatu sistem informasi yang terintegrasi untuk mengolah data yang berkaitan dengan rekam medis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara, sedangkan metode untuk sistem pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian ini digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dan evaluasi mengenai kegiatan tersebut. Adapun platform yang digunakan yaitu, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 dan Microsoft Access sebagai pengolahan database. Implikasi manajerial bagi rumah sakit adalah sistem informasi membantu pengelola mengumpulkan, menyimpan, hingga memperlihatkan data secara akurat, memastikan informasi diolah melului software yang tepat untuk kemudian disajikan melalui cara yang mudah dipahami

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to count the number of lodgings, map lodging density and its supporting facilities, and rank the county, as well as the lodgings available on the island of Bali during covid-19. Research methods: This study uses data related to lodging and its supporting facilities such as tourist attractions, gas stations, malls, and marts. The data were collected using the web scrapping method utilizing big data sourced from hotel.com and booking.com. The data were collected during the Covid-19 period is from August to September 2021. Spatial analysis is employed using Geographic Information Systems. Also, it uses the scoring of lodgings, their supporting facilities, and consumer reviews. Results and Discussions: The results showed that the number of lodgings on Bali Island during the Covid-19 period was 5,389 properties in a high-density area in South Bali. By taking into account the tourist supporting facilities of Badung, it has the highest level of competition. Implication: The property with high competition is the Sol House Bali Legian hotel by Melia Hotels International. Keywords: Big data, Covid-19, lodging, dispersion, competition.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi covid-19 ini, banyak sekali masalah yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat. Salah satu masalah yang dihadapi yaitu mengenai pembelajaran daring yang sekarang sedang di gerakan oleh pemerintah. Permasalahan yang utama dalam pembelajaran daring dimulai dari guru yang hanya memberikan tugas tanpa penjelasan yang jelas kepada siswanya, siswa yang tidak mempunya perangkat teknolologi seperti smartphone, tidak ada nya jaringan internet dan motivasi belajar siswa yang kurang dalam menghadapi pembelajaran daring ini. Program pelatihan dan pendampingan pembelajaran daring ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengolah materi pembelajaran dan meningkatkan kerjasama siswa dalam menghadapi pembelajaran daring. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metodologi Integrasi Relawan TIK , dimana dalam metode pelaksanaan nya menggunakan metode kombinasi, namun kegiatan offline lebih mendominasi dikarenakan pendampingan lebih efektif dilakukan dengan metode offline. Hasil yang dicapai yaitu dengan meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam mengolah materi pembelajaran daring dan siswa dapat mengakses dan memahami materi dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

Kasus Covid-19 di Indonesia tidak hanya berdampak negatif pada kesehatan namun juga ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan dan lainnya. Masyarakat desa Situgede, Karangpawitan juga merasakan dampak virus ini seperti dalam sektor ekonomi karena sebagian masyarakatnya adalah pelaku usaha dan petani. Seperti yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha batu bata, mereka mengalami penurunan harga jual karena dibatasinya order dari pihak penampung akibat semakin melonjaknya kasus covid-19 di Indonesia dan diberlakukannya PPKM (Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Mayarakat). Pelaku usaha hanya mengandalkan penjualan dari satu distributor, sementara itu semakin pesatnya perkembangan teknlogi pada smartphone yang tersedia saat ini bisa mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan pemasaran secara online. Namun ketidakterampilan para pelaku usaha terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital membuat mereka hanya megandalkan distributor. Maka kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Komunitas Maya ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan pelaku usaha dan petani di Desa Situgede dalam menggunakan platform-platform digital pemasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengadakan webinar series bertema “UMKM Goes To International” sebanyak empat kali berisi pengenalan sampai penggunaan teknologi untuk bertransformasi menuju ekonomi digital. Melalui kegiatan webinar series ini peserta dapat mengakses, membuat akun dan memasukkan data produk dan usaha pada platform-platform digital.

Abstract

Performance measurement is an evaluation of the implementation of activities to achieve the expected goals by assessing both financial and non-financial performance. The public perception of the programs carried out by the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service still reflects stereotypes and outdated mindsets, which impact the failure to meet the expected program performance targets. This research aims to analyze how performance measurement is conducted at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service using the Balanced Scorecard model through four perspectives. The research applies a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative methods using interactive data analysis and quantitative methods using descriptive analysis. Data collection was conducted through interviews, questionnaire distribution, and document analysis. The study results show that performance measurement at the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service, viewed through the Balanced Scorecard model using four perspectives, is considered good. This indicates that the Garut Regency P2KBP3A Service has carried out programs according to its duties and responsibilities. However, some programs still fail to meet the targeted performance objectives.
