Abstract

Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) adalah tanaman berkhasiat yang ditanam di lahan pekarangan yang dikelola oleh keluarga. Salah satu daerah penghasil TOGA di Indonesia khususnya di Kabupaten Blitar, Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah Desa Kotes, Kecamatan Gandusari. Peluang besar untuk mengembangkan makanan atau minuman olahan dari TOGA belum diimbangi dengan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang pengolahan TOGA menjadi produk olahan yang siap untuk dikonsumsi. Leather herbal dan minuman herbal dalam kemasan merupakan produk yang dihasilkan dari proses yang sederhana dan feasible diterapkan di Mitra Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) anggota BUMDes Manunggal Abadi. Proses produksi yang sederhana membuat produk ini diharapkan dapat diproduksi dalam skala rumah tangga. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini antara lain diversifikasi produk olahan TOGA, peningkatan pengetahuan mitra tentang prinsip-prinsip sterilisasi dan pengemasan aseptis, dan dihasilkannya produk baru olahan TOGA oleh mitra. Metode yang digunakan adalah Participatory Action Research (RAP) dengan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam program ini antara lain diskusi dengan mitra untuk rencana pengembangan produk, pelatihan produk leather herbal, pelatihan pengemasan minuman herbal TOGA dalam kemasan gelas plastik, dan pelatihan cara produksi pangan olahan yang baik. Dari hasil kegiatan, didapatkan bahwa KWT dapat mempraktikkan cara produksi leather herbal sampai dengan pengemasannya. Selain itu, KWT juga dapat memahami dan mempraktikkan cara pengemasan minuman herbal dalam kemasan gelas plastik sebagai variasi produk baru yang diproduksi oleh KWT.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and provide an overview of brand coolness that affects brand love and engagement. This research uses a Systematic Literature Review with the PRISMA method to synthesize scientific evidence to answer specific research questions. The database used comes from journals on Google Scholar. The results show that brand reliability, social value and emotional resonance are three aspects that can form brand coolness that positively affects brand love, namely in terms of brands, society and consumers themselves. Brand coolness has a positive impact on brand engagement through usability, originality in products and subcultural appeal. This research adds theoretical updates about several points that need to be considered for brand existence to survive in consumers, which need to be considered with emotional involvement with the brand. This research contributes to developing literature on brand coolness indicators to influence brand love and engagement and help brands design management strategies to present the value of coolness more effectively. Future research can examine consumer reactions to brand coolness, brand prestige, and brand authenticity to further understand brands today with consumers' rapidly changing consumption patterns and lifestyles.

Abstract

This study aims to explore how memorable experiences shape citizenship behavior, with the specific purpose of understanding the psychological mechanisms that drive voluntary positive behaviors among festival visitors. Focusing on the Batu Street Food Festival, this research draws upon the Stimulus–Organism–Response (SOR) framework to examine the mediating roles of place attachment and satisfaction in connecting memorable experiences to citizenship behavior. Utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data were collected from 222 festival attendees. The findings reveal significant positive relationships, showing that place attachment and satisfaction strengthen the impact of memorable experiences on behaviors. This research addresses theoretical gaps in the tourism literature and provides practical insights for enhancing visitor attachment at tourism festivals. While the study emphasizes the value of crafting meaningful experiences, its focus on a single festival highlights the need for further research in diverse contexts to validate and expand these findings.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review to identify the key factors influencing customer loyalty, focusing on ethical behavior, relational benefits, and customer satisfaction. Utilizing the PRISMA framework, a comprehensive search was conducted across multiple online databases, selecting and analyzing 57 relevant articles. The review synthesizes existing empirical evidence to examine how ethical practices—particularly in the banking sector—contribute to building long-term customer relationships. The findings reveal that ethical behavior significantly enhances customer satisfaction, strengthening trust and commitment and ultimately increasing customer loyalty. Relational benefits, such as confidence, social bonds, and special treatment, were also identified as mediating factors that enhance customer retention and encourage positive word-of-mouth. The study highlights the importance of aligning business practices with ethical standards to foster sustainable competitive advantage, particularly in service-oriented industries like banking. Drawing from Stimulus-Organism-Response (SOR) theory, the conceptual framework proposed in this paper illustrates the psychological process through which ethical stimuli influence internal customer states and subsequent behavioral responses. This review contributes to academic knowledge and managerial practice by offering a structured understanding of customer loyalty mechanisms. It also identifies gaps in current research and suggests directions for future studies, particularly in expanding the scope beyond the banking sector and developing more nuanced models of ethical influence in customer relationships.Keywords: customer loyalty, banking, relational benefits, customer satisfaction, systematic review

Abstract

Retailer require to “create” loyal and finatical buyer and also which comprehend the important of product quality without too confused by price tough a little higher than is other. He also have to can create “shopping culture” to consumer, so that can draw customer as much as possible passing effort of relationship marketing. Marketer expected can run correct tactics to play in every step enchain behavior of the expense so that consumer can satisfy and finally loyal to shop. Strive shop loyalty also require to be conducted because will affect shop business performance. This researchaim to depict Customer Loyalty in Retail Business From The Relationship Marketing Perspective and explain influence of Relationship Marketing to Customer Loyalty in Retail Business with Customer Satisfaction as intervening variable. The result of this of research expressed that in general applying of Relationship Marketing in Hypermart Malang Town Square have goodness. Conception the conducted sale in place by applying discount at certain days as effort pamper individual consumer which shop at there. Besides, going into effect also reward poin use Matahari Club Card (MCC) as exist in Matahari Department Store. Other program which do not fail drawing it is the existance of program check lotery and price which is very captivate customer to continue to go shopping. This kind of model it is true represent new metter to consumer in Malang City, so that do not surprise if more opting consumer of this place as family expense medium as well as recreation area with. Changing over of it consumer to shopping centre which is one this is not quit of applied effort to its consumer to give promise in the form of guarantee will the quality of product, price, promotion program and better service

Abstract

Since a long time, leadership considered as “biologically given” “. Many perspective that relate between individual ability in leading with biologic aspect that is pursuant to sex difference between men and woman. But a number of empirical finding express that woman have equal potency in leading than men. The similarity between man leader and woman leader not so surprise because what we consider to be results of biology are really reflections of culture. Sex Difference that seen in population become blurry. If there is a little difference of leadership style between woman and men, is because of emphasis that adapted by situation that expand. Abstract

This study aims to discuss and test the role of permission email marketing that have an impact on purchase intention and purchase decision in the marketplace. Permission email marketing is one marketing tool that has many advantages, including the ability to reach a wider area and different market share but also the ability to make marketing deals with a small amount of investment. The researcher used the questionnaire as the primary data source given to 168 respondents, namely subscriber at Lazada Indonesia. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) which is a causal modeling approach that aims to maximize the variance of latent variables which can be explained by predictor variables. The results showed that there was a strong influence between email marketing permissions with purchase intention and purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada produksi dan pendapatan usahatani apel di Desa Tulungrejo Kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besar produksi, biaya, pendapatan hasil komoditi dibanding buah lain dan mengetahui peekembangan sektor pertanian maupun menciptakan peluang baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder, metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengamatan(observasi)oleh partisipan, kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang dilakukan yaitu menganalisis data primer yang didapat dari kuesioner kemudian diolah dengan rumus tertentu untuk mendapatkan hasil pendapatan usahatani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jika harga jual semakin tinggi, maka akan meningkatkan total penerimaan. Supaya hasil produksi komoditi dari Kota Batu khususnya apel dapat memiliki daya saing yang tinggi dibanding buah lain. Dengan demikian sektor pertanian khususnya apel akan dapat lebih berkembang dan menciptakan peluang baru.Kata kunci: produksi, pendapatan, usahatani
