Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the competitive advantage of coconut flour products at PT. Putra of Karangetang as measured by Low Cost Strategy, Product Differentiation and FocusStrategy. Research conducted at PT. Putra Karangetang located in Popontolen Village, Tumpaan Sub-District, South Minahasa Regency, in March 2017 until May 2017. The data used are primarydata through direct interview and filling questionnaire with sampling using simple random sampling method as much as 30 respondents who bought the product in PT. Putra of Karangetang, South Minahasa. The data is measured using Likert scale. The results showed the process of measuring the competitive advantage of coconut flour products at PT. Putra Karangetang South Minahasa total data retrieval 1517 which shows the index rate measuring consumer satisfaction of 72.23% and quite satisfied. This indicates that the company in PT. Putra Karangetang Minahasa Selatan aware about the benefits of coconut flour products in PT. Putra of Karangetang seen from low cost strategy, product difference strategy, focus strategy.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effectiveness and performance of Motor Vehicle Taxation (PKB) and Motor Vehicle Tranfer of Ownership Fee (BBNKB) in BP2RD North Sulawesi Province. The study was conducted at Samsat Office of North Sulawesi Province. The study period lasted from October 2017 to March 2018. This research used qualitative method through primary data and secondary data. Sampling is done used purposive sampling method. Data collection was done by observation, interview, and documentation study. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The result of the research shows that (1) the effectiveness of motor vehicle taxation and motor vehicle refund in BP2RD North Sulawesi Province is very effective so as to increase Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) of North Sulawesi Province. This can be seen from the calculation of each type of provincial tax with an average percentage above 100%. (2) The performance of motor vehicle taxes and the transfer of motor vehicle name at the Regional Tax and Retribution Board (BP2RD) of North Sulawesi Province, shows very well as the realization exceed the specified target.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the consumer behavior based on individual, environmental, and marketing strategy factors in the buying decision of Martabak Itang in Pakowa, Manado. This study was expected to be the source of information to entrepreneurs about the consumers behavior in buying Martabak Itang in Pakowa, Manado, so that companies can determine and improve the strategy in dealing with the competition.The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The sampling method in this study was Accidental Sampling, which was taking the sample that accidentally met with the researcher. The total of sample taken in this study was 60 people. The sampling process was conducted in 6 days, which was the number of samples taken was 10 buyers for day for a week, from Monday until Saturday. The result of this study showed that individual factors measured by need and motivation did not affect the buying decision. Environmental factors measured by family and friends influencethe buying decision. While marketing strategy factors measured by product, price, promotion, location, and service influencethe buying decision.*lrr*.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the consumer perception of “Nasi Kuning Saroja” from aspects of price, taste, service, cleanliness, packaging and color. This study was conducted for 2 months by taking 70 respondents. The sampling process is conducted by purposive sampling. The results showed that the “Nasi Kuning Saroja” has advantages in several aspects such as color, cleanliness, packaging, service and taste. While the price aspect is categorized as expensive.*lrr*.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leading sectors in the absorption of labor and to know the contribution of the leading sector in the absorption of labor in south Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for two months starting from months January to months Ferbruay 2018. The date used in this study is secondary date obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) South Minahasa Regency. The date is processed using location quotient analysis (LQ) and the date is presented in table and described descriptively. The research results show that the leading sectors in the absorption of labor in South Minahasa Regency are the processing industry sector, electricity, gas and drinking water sector; and agriculture sector. The first sector with the highest average LQ is the processing industry sector with an average value of LQ 2.22. The second seeded sector is the electricity, gas and dringking water sector with an average LQ of 1.50 and the third leading sector is the agricultural sector with an average LQ of 1.23. The processing industry sector, electricity, gas and dringking water sector and agriculture sector become the leading one because it has LQ value more dominant in the absorption of manpower that the sector the same in north sulawesi province.*er*.

Abstract

This study aims to know the Market Orientation (market intelligence, market intelligence dissemination, responsiveness of market intelligence). This research was conducted for three months from May until July 2017. The data used are primary data which is quantified by using Likert scale. The data taken by using survey method and use questioner to be distributed to 6 respondents in company. Questionnaires are used to identify market intelligence, market intelligence spread, responsiveness to market intelligence. Based on the results of research conducted at PT Gunung Hijau Masarang, the company's market orientation value was 67.29 percent. The company's market intelligence carried out customer service activities to know the consumer's response to the product. In the Market Intelligence Spread, Company companies understoodmarket integrations such as informally discussing competitor strategies, formal and informal discussions of needs. Whereas in the responsiveness of market intelligence the Company understood market orientation towards the response to market integrity. The company received complaints such as if there is a defectiveproduct, a change of packaging This is an opportunity for the company to correct the performance of the company as well as the service system like this makes it easier to encourage companies to more sharply looked at consumer needs.*jnkd*.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact due to the development of Megamas Regions on the condition of the community in South Wenang Urban Village. This study requires secondary data and primary data taken from kelurahan and community as respondents. Data collection is done by survey based on questionnaire compiled. The number of samples taken 30 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis by explaining all aspects related to the impact caused by Megamas area development. The results of the research show that the development of the Megamas Area has a good social and economic impact, in the form of positive and negative impacts. Some positive impacts are increased income and welfare, employment, business opportunities and recreation, while negative impacts are decreasing income, consumptive, commotion/discomfort, job loss and reduced hygiene.*lrr*.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the rentability of Agribusiness Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted for 2 months from May to June 2018. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from 3 companies, namely PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), PPLondon Sumatra Tbk (LSIP) and PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), the data collection has been reported to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) Manado City Branch. The results of the study show that PT. SSMS Tbk has a rentability that consists of ROA, ROE, GPM, NPM, which is higher than PT. AALI Tbk, and PT. LSIP Tbk. This means that PT SSMS gets the highest profit.*lrr+eprm*.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the magnitude of the added value and benefits obtained from the home industri of Shanghai Nut Conenci in Paslaten, Tomohon City. This research was conducted from March to May 2018, in household businesses in Paslaten Village, Tomohon City. The method used in this study, survey method with direct interview techniques to business owners using a list of questions that have been prepared in advance. The results showed that the value added of peanuts to Shanghai beans hated from three production processes a week of Rp 2,094,917, while the added value in each one kilogram of peanuts was Rp. 41,988, - Benefits of a Shanghai Konenci bean processing business with three the productionprocess amounted to Rp. 69,264. *lrr+eprm*

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how much profit the farmers get in the activities of scallion farming in North Bongkudai Village, Mooat District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study was conducted for 3 months from October to December 2018. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data collection is through direct interviews with 60 respondents using the stratified random sampling method. Interviews were conducted based on a previously prepared questionnaire, and secondary data was obtained from the Bolaang Mongondow East Agriculture Office, North Bongkudai Village Office, Sam Ratulangi University Faculty of Agriculture Library, and Local Book Stores. The analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitativeanalysis presented in table form and then described descriptively. The results showed that the amount of profit of the scallion farmers per bed in Bongkudai Utara village in the first strata (lower layer) was Rp.426,664, while for the second strata (middle layer) was Rp.439,185 and for the third strata (upper layer) was Rp. 1,227,853. The highest profit of scallion farmers in Bongkudai Utara Village is in the third strata, reaching Rp1,227,853 per bed.*lrr+eprm*
