Abstract

The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study at the school. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with the school principal, administrative staff, and teachers, as well as direct observation of the existing archive management processes. The findings show that although SMAN 1 Cibungbulang has started to implement a digital system for archive management, there are still significant challenges, such as the lack of technical skills among some staff members, as well as issues in integrating physical and digital archives. However, the study also identifies the potential for improving efficiency and accuracy in archive management through optimization via information technology-based training, the implementation of an integrated archive management system, and improvements in digital infrastructure. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the school enhance staff training, strengthen secure digital storage systems, and develop policies that support the transition to comprehensive digital archive management.

Abstract

This community service program was carried out by Institut Agama Islam Sahid Bogor in collaboration with the Directorate General of Plantations, aiming to strengthen educational cooperation in the plantation sector through the implementation of effective public relations communication strategies. Using a participatory approach, the program involved a needs analysis and the design of communication strategies based on two-way communication principles and mutually beneficial relationship management. The findings revealed a communication gap between the Directorate General of Plantations and educational institutions, which hindered the development of a workforce aligned with the needs of the plantation industry. The implementation of dialogical and inclusive communication strategies proved to improve coordination and the overall effectiveness of collaboration among stakeholders. This initiative highlights the crucial role of public relations communication strategies in building sustainable synergy and offers a model for developing stronger cooperation between educational institutions and the plantation industry in Indonesia.

Abstract

The enhancement of teaching skills among teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Ibnu Sina Pamijahan Bogor in the digital era is crucial for ensuring relevant and effective educational quality. This study aims to analyze teachers' needs, design, and implement a training program focused on integrating technology into learning. The implementation method consists of six steps: needs analysis, program design, training execution, evaluation, community of practice formation, and monitoring and assessment. The needs analysis revealed that the majority of teachers felt insecure about using technology, prompting the training program to focus on improving skills in utilizing educational software, interactive teaching techniques, and virtual classroom management. The training was conducted through both face-to-face and online sessions, receiving positive feedback from participants, with 85% of teachers finding the training highly beneficial. Evaluation indicated significant improvements in the application of technology in teaching, as well as increased student motivation and engagement. The community of practice formed post-training served as a sustainable support system, enhancing collaboration among teachers. Monitoring six months after the training showed that 75% of teachers remained active in using technology, with improved student learning outcomes. These findings suggest that enhancing teaching skills in a digital context benefits not only the teachers but also significantly elevates the overall quality of education, which is essential for addressing future educational challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the RADEC (Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, Create) learning model integrated with Nearpod media in enhancing elementary students’ cultural and citizenship literacy. The research involved 60 students from two public elementary schools using a quantitative pre-experimental design with a one-group pre-test and post-test approach. The results showed an increase in students’ average scores from 59.5 (pre-test) to 83.5 (post-test), with a t-test significance value of 0.01 (p < 0.05), indicating a statistically significant improvement. Each literacy indicator cultural understanding, civic awareness, responsibility, and participation demonstrated consistent growth throughout each stage of the RADEC model. The learning process, supported by interactive Nearpod features such as quizzes, polls, collaboration boards, and digital projects, encouraged students to actively engage, internalize cultural and citizenship values, and express their understanding creatively. Observation results showed an average implementation rate of 85.41%, categorized as “very good.” These findings confirm that integrating the RADEC model with Nearpod media not only improves student learning outcomes but also fosters meaningful engagement with cultural and civic issues, making it a valuable approach for broader educational application.

Abstract

Teacher work creativity is the teacher's ability which is manifested by an action in creating new ideas and ideas or modifying existing ideas and ideas into something different and unique with creative and innovative aspects in optimizing all capacities, abilities and skills. The teacher in carrying out his duties as a teacher, such as creating a framework or strategy that fits in realizing a learning plan, provides motivation to students to improve learning achievement, makes the learning atmosphere more enjoyable, and designs interesting, creative and innovative learning media. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on teacher work creativity. This research was conducted in SDN’s throughout Cibungbulang Bogor District. The number of population in this study was 104 with a sample taken as many as 78 teachers, with probability sampling method with simple random sampling technique. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that self-efficacy had a significant positive effect on teacher work creativity. This shows that the stronger the effect of self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's work creativity. Therefore, to foster work creativity in teachers, it is expected that they pay more attention to self-efficacy.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and analyze the management of Independent Curriculum planning at MTs Al Amin. In its implementation, curriculum planning is carried out through systematic stages that include needs analysis, preparation of learning programs, and curriculum development that integrates Islamic values and local character. The results of the study show that curriculum management at MTs Al Amin is carried out with a flexible and collaborative approach between the head of the madrasah and teachers. Despite the challenges related to the limitations of digital facilities, teachers in this madrasah have successfully implemented a curriculum with high adaptation to the principles of Freedom of Learning. The implementation of a project-based curriculum and strengthening the profile of Pancasila students are also reflected in the learning practices in this madrasah. The findings of this study provide an overview of how the planning management of the Independent Curriculum can be adapted and implemented effectively in the madrasah environment, taking into account internal and external factors that affect its success.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the leadership style of principals who are oriented towards technopreneurship on the quality of education and the development of entrepreneurial skills at SMP Unggul Darul Uchwah. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that school principals have succeeded in creating an innovative and collaborative learning environment, increasing student participation in entrepreneurial activities, and encouraging creativity and practical skills. In addition, the application of technology in the learning process is also a key factor in improving the quality of education. However, challenges related to facilities and resources still need to be addressed to ensure the sustainability of the program. This study recommends the need for closer collaboration with higher education institutions to support the development of relevant curricula and strengthen connectivity between theory and practice in entrepreneurship education. It is hoped that these findings can be a reference for the development of education policies that are more responsive and adaptive to the needs of students in facing global challenges.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and compensation on teacher performance in Private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in Pamijahan sub-district bogor accredited B. This study used quantitative research. The collected data in the form of numbers are analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. This study used a questionnaire that was non-test. The questionnaire is systematically prepared by the researcher by submitting a written statement, answered by the respondent and returned to the researcher (Sugiyono, 2018). The questionnaire in this study was a closed questionnaire. The questionnaire in this study contained a series of statements, including five alternative answers to both positive and negative statements answered by teachers. Based on the regression test, a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between recruitment, compensation on teacher performance.

Abstract

The historical discourse on Southeast Asia often centers on the introduction, dissemination, and impact of Islam within the Malay-Indonesian Archipelago. Scholars continue to debate whether Islam first entered the region in the 13th century or at an earlier time; whether its origins were rooted in India or came directly from Arabia; and whether its spread was primarily driven by merchants, wandering Sufi mystics, or organized missionaries. Another key question is whether conversion to Islam merely overlaid the existing cultural fabric while leaving traditional practices largely intact, or whether it fundamentally reshaped society’s structures and worldview. This article aims to “decolonize” the historiography of Islam’s arrival and influence in the Malay world by re-examining the claims of European Orientalists alongside those of so-called “Revisionist” historians. The latter have introduced new evidence and reinterpretations that seek to challenge established narratives, distinguish historical fact from constructed myth, and reframe the debate on Islam’s role in shaping the region.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between clinical supervision and teachers’ work motivation at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Bogor City. A quantitative approach was employed using a correlational survey method, with data analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample consisted of 92 permanent teachers selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire with indicators of clinical supervision covering planning, observation, and feedback, while work motivation indicators included intrinsic, extrinsic, and professional goal motivation. The findings revealed that clinical supervision has a significant effect on teachers' work motivation, with a path coefficient of β = 0.676 and R² = 0.457. Clinical supervision implemented through collaborative and reflective approaches significantly enhances teachers’ sense of professional responsibility, emotional involvement, and enthusiasm for work. These results indicate that improving the quality of clinical supervision is an effective strategy to encourage teachers’ motivation in fulfilling their professional duties. This research contributes to the development of education management practices that emphasize constructive and continuous professional development.
