Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of supervision on employee work productivity, whether there is an influence of work safety on employee work productivity, and whether there is an effect of supervision and work safety on employee work productivity at PT. Pinago Utama Tbk Musi Banyuasin. The population in this study were field and production employees at PT. Pinago Utama Tbk Musi Banyuasin, totaling 60 people. The research sample was determined using purvosive sampling, namely determining the sample with certain considerations and calculated using the slovin formula. Data analysis techniques using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that, first, supervision does not have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Pinago Utama Tbk Musi Banyuasin. Second, work safety has no positive and significant effect on employee work productivity at PT. Pinago Utama Tbk Musi Banyuasin. The three supervision and work safety do not have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PT. Pinago Utama Tbk Musi Banyuasin. Abstract

Dalam berinvestasi, tidak terlepas dari adanya fluktuasi harga saham yang mempengaruhi besarnya return dan besarnya risiko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan saham-saham yang membentuk portofolio optimal dari saham-saham perusahaan yang tergabung dalam IDX 80 di BEI periode Februari 2019-Januari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan Single Index Model, populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang termasuk ke dalam IDX 80 selama periode Februari 2019-Januari 2023, sedangkan sampel penelitian adalah saham yang memiliki nilai kapitalisasi pasar yang tertinggi pada masing-masing sektor. Data yang digunakan adalah harga saham penutupan, IHSG dan BI Rate selama periode Februari 2019-Januari 2023. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 4 perusahaan yang termasuk kedalam portofolio optimal, yaitu saham ACES sebesar 0,115862 atau 11,59% , saham CPIN sebesar 0,119642 atau 11,96% , Saham KLBF sebesar 0,140043 atau 14,00%, dan Saham UNVR sebesar 0,624452 atau 62,45% dengan return portofolio sebesar sebesar 0,012921 atau 1,29% dan risiko portofolio sebesar 0,003610 atau 0,36%.

Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of management information systems and competency on work effectiveness. The research model used is quantitative associative. The population of this study is all 50 civil servants (PNS) employed at the Department of Education in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a saturated sample method. Data for this research were collected using primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents and secondary data by collecting relevant documentation and literature studies related to the research. Data analysis techniques used include normality test, heteroscedasticity test, and multicollinearity test. Hypothesis testing used t-test and F-test. The results of the t-test show that the value of management information systems is 5.495 > 2.01174 and competency is 4.224 > 2.01174. Meanwhile, the results of the F-test also show a value of 142.955 > 3.20, indicating that both management information systems and competency significantly influence work effectiveness, both partially and simultaneously. This is further supported by the coefficient of determination, which indicates that 85.3% of the work effectiveness is influenced by the variables studied, while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically the effect of work design,work environment on employee performance at the Class I Navigation District Office in Palembang. Factorc influencing work performance of employees of the ministry of transportation marine Navigation Class I District Palembang. In this study the type of data used was primary data and the method used was quatitative method, the data collection technique used was documentation, questionnaires. The population in this study were127 employees of the maritime transportation office of the Navigation District of Class I Palembang and the sampling technique used in this research was saturated sample, the research data were analyzed using multiple regression SPSS program software. Analysis of the data used in this study using multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and determination coefficient analysis. The hypothesis test used is the t test f test.

Abstract

This Community Service activity aims to increase the understanding and motivation of SMA Negeri 1 Payaraman students in utilizing digital media for entrepreneurship. The program was held on November 18, 2025 and was attended by grade XII students. The methods used include interactive lectures, entrepreneurial motivation, discussions, and evaluation using the Likert scale questionnaire. The material was delivered by eight speakers from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of PGRI Palembang, including the introduction of digital business, online marketing strategies, business plan preparation, product innovation, and entrepreneurial ethics. The results of the evaluation showed that the participants had a good understanding of the concept of digital entrepreneurship, with an average score in the range of 4.0–4.4. The majority of students were in the category of agree to strongly agree with all evaluation statements, indicating that the activity was effective in fostering digital entrepreneurship literacy and motivation. This program is recommended to be continued through more in-depth applicative training.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the effect of human resource competence and work ethic, both partially and simultaneously, on the professionalism of employees at the Palembang Food and Drug Administration. Methodology/approach: The population consisted of 106 employees, including 83 Civil Servants (PNS) and 23 Non-Civil Servants (PPNPN). The sample comprised 83 Civil Servants (PNS) selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 20 with validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), t-test, and F-test. Results: The t-test results show that human resource competence has a positive and significant effect on professionalism, while work ethic has a less significant negative effect. The F-test indicates that both human resource competence and work ethic significantly affect employee professionalism at the Palembang Food and Drug Examination Center. Conclusions: Human resource competence positively influences employee professionalism, whereas work ethics have a less significant negative effect. Together, these two factors significantly contribute to professionalism at the center. Limitations: The study was limited to Civil Servants (PNS) at the Palembang Food and Drug Administration and may not apply to other institutions or employee types. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of how human resource competence and work ethic influence employee professionalism, particularly in public sector institutions such as the Food and Drug Administration.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Maksud  ulasan ini untuk mengenal kekuasaan pengetahuan dan tentang kreativitas karyawan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan (BPKAD). jalan akan dipakai dalam ulasan ini adalah teknik kuantitatif dan jumlah contoh yang diteliti 95 karyawan. jalan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda, analisis kepastian, serta uji t dan f dengan menggunakan program software SPSS 24. Dari reaksi tes-t (Persial), hitung mengiringi faktor bagi training daya produksi adalah 0,911 > 0,05. Artinya dijawab dan benar yang akan, kemudian peroleh dipastikan bukan subgguh dominasi yang substansial. Pendidikan dan kreativitas tenaga keharusan mengubah kreativitas tenaga keharusan. meskipun, dari perspektif produktivitas tenaga kerja, pengalaman kerja adalah 0,000 < 0,000 Skor 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman kerja dan produktivitas memiliki dampak besar pada skor Anda. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tata ruang kantor dan ruang kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah (BPPD) Kota Palembang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah 68 karyawan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji-t dan uji-F dengan menggunakan software SPSS 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat ruang kantor (X1) dengan nilai 0,0 dan lt; nol,05 yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penampilan kantor memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan perubahan kesempatan kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 danlt; nol,05, yaitu HO ditolak dan Ha diterima, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian ruang kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Hasil diskusi simultan uji-F memperoleh nilai signifikan sebesar nol,00 danlt; nol,05 berarti HO ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara tata letak (bentuk) kantor dan ruang kerja terhadap produktivitas pegawai di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Daerah (BPPD) Kota Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Tata Ruang Kantor, Ruang Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja               ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of office layout and work spaces on employee work productivity in Palembang City Regional Tax Office (BPPD) area. The method used in this work is a quantitative method, where the number of samples studied was 68 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test using SPSS 21 for Windows software. The results of the t-test study show that there is no office space (X1) with a value of 0.0 and lt; 0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the appearance of the office has a significant impact on work productivity. Although changing work opportunities with a significant value of 0.00 andlt to the productivity of the employee; 0.05, that is, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that, in part, workspaces have a positive and significant influence on labor productivity. The F-test discussion results at the same time received a significant value of 0.00 andlt; 0,05 means Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. Abstract

This study aims to test the hypothesis of the influence of Communication and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a total sample of 69 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t-test, and F-test using SPSS software. The results of the t-test show a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 (5%), thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Communication and Work Environment each have a significant partial effect on Job Satisfaction at the Class II South Sumatra Land Transportation Management Office. The results of the F-test conclude that there is a significant simultaneous influence of Communication and Work Environment on Job Satisfaction at the Class II South Sumatra Land Transportation Management Office.
