Abstract

This study is an Ex Post Facto study because the independent variables are not manipulated or subjected to specific treatments; instead, they are analyzed based on symptoms that appeared in respondents before the study's initiation. Adopting a cause-and-effect approach of "if x then y," this study does not involve direct control over the independent variables. Three variables are examined: two independent variables, Multimedia and Critical Thinking, and one dependent variable, the Effectiveness of the e-module. The relationship between the variables is analyzed using the correlation method, while the module's effectiveness is assessed through a quasi-experiment involving four control classes and four experimental classes. The study's results indicate that: (1) Multimedia and Critical Thinking collectively influence the Effectiveness of the E-learning Module, (2) Multimedia has a significant individual effect, whereas Critical Thinking has only a minimal impact, and (3) the Paired Samples t-test reveals an increase in learning outcomes, with an average difference of -13.92 between the Pre-Test and Post-Test. The regression analysis yielded a value of 71.314, categorizing it as effective. This e-learning module has demonstrated considerable effectiveness in enhancing understanding related to Multimedia.

Abstract

Kinerja guru mencerminkan performance seorang guru dalam melaksanakan tugasnya untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif non ekperimen dengan populasi seluruh guru PNS dan Kepala Sekolah SMK yang ada di Kabupaten Pangkajene Kepulauan dengan jumlah 170 guru dan 7 orang Kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunkan angket dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan anlisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah berada pada kategori baik 61,90%. Dengan analisis regresi sederhana diketahui, terdapat pengaruh postif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Pangkep sebesar 6,5%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the direct and indirect relationship between experience as a victim, observation, and microaggression statements with Bugis regional microaggression behavior moderated by aspects of understanding microaggression in South Sulawesi. The study population was all Bugis students in South Sulawesi enrolled in the 2019/2020 academic year at public and private universities. The purposive sampling method was used to select 207 students who met the inclusion criteria. The instruments used consisted of adaptations of the Racial Microaggression Scale (RMAS) and the Bugis-South Sulawesi Regional Microaggression Scale. The results of data analysis using path analysis showed that experience as a victim of microaggression has a significant direct influence on Bugis regional microaggression behavior. Observation of microaggression also acts as a significant factor in reinforcing microaggression behavior. However, microaggression statements do not have a significant direct influence on microaggression behavior. Understanding of microaggression did not play a significant moderating role in the relationship between exogenous variables and microaggression behavior. These results demonstrate the complexity of the microaggression behavior phenomenon and suggest that there is a cycle to microaggression behavior that is similar to bullying. This cycle involves the roles of perpetrator, victim, bystander. Microaggression and bullying behaviors, although having different forms and expressions of behavior, have in common the impact of demeaning, harming, or discriminating against the victim and tend to occur repeatedly and consistently against the victim, reinforcing the cycle of microaggression behavior.

Abstract

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi saat ini sangat pesat. Salah satu aspek perkembangan teknologi dalam era globalisasi ini adalah semakin maraknya penggunaan internet untuk memenuhi segala kebutuhan informasi. Hampir semua kalangan menggunakan internet dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, termasuk di sekolah Akan tetapi penggunaan internet juga mempunyai dampak negatif bagi para mahasiswa . Banyak ditemukan kasus-kasus yang melibatkan mahsiswa dalam kejahatan dalam dunia maya tersebut. Misalnya banyak mahasiswa yang melihat informasi yang negatif di internet.contohnya dani melihat situs porno. Hal ini mungkin salah satunya dikarenakan tidak adanya filter pada jaringan yang telah dibuat baik itu di lab jaringan jtik, rumah dan warnet. Untuk itu perlu dibangunnya sistem jaringan yang sangat aman dan terproteksi sehingga kita tidak perlu khawatir dengan adanya situs-situs yang tidak bermoral pada sekolah kita. Dengan dibangun sebuah jaringan dengan menggunakan router mikrotik maka kita bisa memblokir, memproteksi, mengendalikan, dan memaksimalkan kinerja jaringan komputer untuk lebih efisien

Abstract

The teaching campus is part of MBKM which provides opportunities for students to learn to become teacher partners and help with literacy and numeracy learning at assigned schools, one of which is PGRI Salemo Island Middle School, Liukang Tupabbiring Utara District, Pangkajene Islands Regency, South Sulawesi Province. The literacy program carried out at PGRI Salemo Island Middle School is one of the work programs of student activities. This program includes activities such as creating a reading corner, book reading, creative writing, book discussions and other literacy activities. This research used a qualitative method by conducting direct observations at the implementation location in coordination with the school, as well as field supervisors for students. The results of the observations found that students needed school facilities to be used as reading facilities. Therefore, to overcome this problem through the Teaching Campus program, it is done by creating a reading corner in the classroom which is hoped to build a culture of student literacy.

Abstract

The development of teaching modules aligned with the Merdeka curriculum for junior and senior high schools is essential to improving the quality of education. Several studies have highlighted the importance of supporting teachers in creating teaching modules based on the Merdeka curriculum to address the challenges faced by educators who may not fully understand the concepts and techniques required. These studies emphasize the importance of training sessions and workshops to equip teachers with the skills needed to develop effective teaching modules that are aligned with the principles of the Merdeka curriculum. In addition, integrating 21st-century skills into teaching modules is essential to prepare students for the challenges of the modern era. The Merdeka curriculum emphasizes the freedom to design learning experiences that are tailored to students' needs and encourage deeper understanding of the material. It also encourages the use of innovative approaches, such as problem-based learning, to enhance the effectiveness of teaching modules. In addition, mathematics teachers' readiness to implement the Merdeka curriculum was assessed as positive, indicating a willingness to embrace a new educational paradigm. However, challenges remain, such as the need for further support in developing instructional materials that are aligned with the thematic nature of the Merdeka curriculum. The development of teaching modules that are aligned with the Merdeka curriculum is an important aspect of modern education. By providing teachers with the necessary training and resources, schools can ensure that students receive high-quality education that is aligned with the principles of the Merdeka curriculum.

Abstract

Kurikulum merdeka merupakan pendekatan yang memberikan kebebasan dan fleksibilitas kepada sekolah untuk menyesuaikan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan lokal dan karakteristik siswa. Di sekolah kejuruan, pelaksanaan program Merdeka menekankan pada pengembangan keterampilan praktis dan kreativitas untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi dunia kerja. Proses pembelajaran proyek rill mencakup berbagai tahap, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perencanaan, produksi, hingga evaluasi dan layanan purna jual. Siswa belajar untuk menganalisis, membuat, dan mempresentasikan produk berdasarkan pengalaman nyata. Model ini juga mendorong kolaborasi antara sekolah dan industri, memastikan bahwa pembelajaran relevan dengan kebutuhan pasar. Dalam kegiatan PKM pelatihan pembelajaran berbasis project rill pada SMK. Guru dilatih membuat model pembelajaran yang outputnya merupakan produk/jasa yang menjadi ciri khas setiap sekolah misal Siswa jurusan Teknik Mesin membuat komponen mesin yang dipesan oleh industri lokal. Proyek ini melibatkan seluruh proses dari desain, produksi, hingga pengujian kualitas. Project rill berupa Jasa misalnya siswa jurusan Tata Boga membuka layanan katering untuk acara-acara lokal. Mereka bertanggung jawab atas perencanaan menu, persiapan makanan, dan layanan kepada pelanggan. Proyek-proyek ini tidak hanya mengembangkan keterampilan teknis siswa, tetapi juga meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam bekerja sama, memecahkan masalah, dan berkomunikasi secara efektif.

Abstract

This study is designed to develop a two-tier multiple-choice diagnostic assessment tool to identify students' misconceptions in chemistry, particularly on the topics of conductive and non-conductive solutions, as well as reduction and oxidation processes. The development method follows the adapted framework of Wilson, Orindo, and Antonio, streamlined into three core phases: planning, feasibility assessment, and field testing. Validation was conducted through expert evaluation and the application of Rasch statistical analysis. The assessment tool demonstrated excellent content quality, with an Aiken score of 0.86, confirming its alignment with learning materials and the objective of enhancing students' analytical skills. Field testing confirmed that the tool meets all Rasch measurement criteria, including unidimensionality, answer independence, parameter consistency, model fit, and item difficulty variation. The tool also exhibited strong measurement consistency, performing optimally in assessing students with intermediate ability levels. Thus, this instrument is deemed suitable for identifying conceptual errors in chemistry learning and serves as a guide for formulating effective instructional strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Prestasi Belajar Praktik Kerja Industri terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Siswa kelas XII Teknik Pengelasan SMK Muhammadiyah Bungoro. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Prestasi Belajar Praktik Kerja Industri. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah Siswa kelas XII Teknik Pengelasan yang terdiri 41. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dari hasil dokumentasi nilai prestasi belajar praktik kerja industri dan sebaran kuesioner kesiapan kerja siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat Pengaruh prestasi belajar praktik kerja industri terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII Teknik Pengelasan SMK Muhammadiyah Bungoro. Hal ini di buktikan dari pengujian dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana diperoleh Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa Y = 53,275 + 0,385 X, karena nilai koefisien regresi bernilai positif (+) maka dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin meningkat prestasi belajar praktik kerja industri maka semakin meningkat pula kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

Seiring sejalan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah penduduk, kebutuhan energi listrik semakin besar pula. Apalagi dengan pesatnya pertumbuhan  industri dan semakin beragamnya peralatan konsumen yang menggunakan tenaga listrik. Semakin berkembang sistem tenaga listrik dapat mengakibatkan lemahnya performansi system peralatan tenaga listrik ketika mengalami gangguan. Objek penelitian ini adalah bekerjanya relay penutup balik (auto recloser) tiga fasa diakibatkan oleh gangguan pada gardu induk di PLN Sektor Tello dalam jangka periode Juni 2018 – Mei 2019. Adapuncara atau  teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik analisis deskriptif, yaitu mendeskripsikan data dengan memanfaatkan table jumlah gangguan dan lama waktu gangguan guna memutuskan keandalan sistem proteksi feeder relay penutup balik (auto recloser). Total daya yang tidak tersalur diakibatkan oleh gangguan pada feeder yang tidak memakai auto recloser yaitu 58 kali gangguan dengan jumlah waktu pemutusan atau pemadaman 0,94 jam. rata-rata beban feeder yang tidak menggunkan auto recloser adalah 63 Ampere, sedangkan jumlah daya yang tidak tersalur karena akibat gangguan pada feeder yang menggunakan auto recloser yaitu 146 kali gangguan dengan jumlah waktu pemadaman 2,45 jam Kata Kunci: Analisis. relay penutup balik.
