Abstract

Abstrak : Pengembangan Modul Biologi berorientasi literasi sains dibuat berdasarkan masalah yang ada di SMA Negeri 2 Sekampung yaitu bahan ajar yang digunakan tidak sesuai dengan latar belakang sekolah dan hasil belajar pada materi Komponen Ekosistem perlu adanya perubahan penyampaian materi tersebut secara literasi sains. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul biologi berorientasi literasi sains pada materi komponen ekosistem dan efektif meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran peserta didik kelas X. Pengembangan modul ini menggunakan motode pengembangan Research and Development model pengembangan ADDIE . Subjek penilaian yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, ahli bahasa, praktisi pendidikan, dan peserta didik kelas X. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah tersusun modul Biologi berorientsi literasi sains pada materi komponen ekosistem untuk peserta didik kelas X. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kualitas modul diperoleh kategori baik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman peserta didik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul biologi yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar mandiri untuk peserta didik kelas X. Abstract : Development of Biology Module oriented science literacy is based on the problems that exist in SMA Negeri 2 Sekampung namely teaching materials used are not in accordance with school background and learning outcomes in the Ecosystem Components material needs to change the delivery of these materials in scientific literacy. Based on these problems, this study aims to produce biology modules oriented towards science literacy on ecosystem component materials and effectively improve the understanding and awareness of class X students. The development of this module uses the development model of the Research and Development ADDIE development model . Subjects of assessment are material experts, media experts, linguists, education practitioners, and class X students. The instruments used were questionnaires and test results for learning. The results of this study are arranged a Biology module oriented in science literacy on ecosystem component material for class X students. Based on the results of the module quality assessment, it is obtained a good and effective category in increasing the awareness and understanding of students. So it can be concluded that the biology module developed is suitable to be used as an independent teaching material for grade X students.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of various feed mixtures and fermentation time on silkworm biomass. The method used is an experimental method using a completely randomized design (CRD). The treatment in this study was the provision of a mixture of chicken manure and tofu dregs with a mixture of A = 50% tofu dregs mixture of chicken manure 50% B = 100% tofu dregs mixture of chicken manure. C = 75% chicken manure mixture to 25% tofu dregs. D = 25% chicken manure mixture to 75% tofu dregs. E = 0% chicken manure mixture 100% tofu dregs. The parameters measured in this study were silkworm biomass, with supporting data in the form of water temperature and pH. The data obtained were tabulated and analyzed by Two Ways Analysis Of Variance (ANOVA) or TWO WAY ANOVA. Based on the results of the analysis, the sig. 0.005. eISSN 2716-473X p ISSN 2716-4748 Received: September 2020 Approved: Published: 2 Because of the sig. 0.005 from α 0.05, then H0 is accepted, which means there is no difference in silkworm biomass between A, B, C, D, and E, the variation in feed and fermentation time of 6 days and 10 days has no effect on the biomass of silk worms. Abstract

Abstract: This research is an experimental research, which aims to determine the effect of variation dosage in of organic pineapple liquid waste fertilizer, on the growth and productivity of red lettuce (Lactuca Sativa L) and its potential as learning resources of biology learning. This research uses a Completely Randomized Design with 1 control and 3 treatment combinations and 5 repetitions. This research was conducted for 30 days. The parameters which is used in this research include plant height and wet weight of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L), with supporting data in the form of number of leaves and stem diameter. The main data is tabulated and analysed using the SPSS 25.0 application which includes Multivariate Analysis of Variance. The results of this research can be concluded that the application of organic fertillizer from pineaplle liquid waste has a significant influence on the growth and product of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L). The results of the research be used as a practical guide on plant growth and development materials.

Abstract

Abstrak: Media pembelajaran adalah segala alat dan bahan yang dapat digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan, media pembelajaran berfungsi sebagai alat komunikasi dalam mengatasi keterbatasan pengalaman siswa, media dapat memberikan pengalaman yang holistik dari hal yang konkrit ke hal yang abstrak. Media multimedia interaktif berupa flashdisk dapat dikemas secara menarik baik dari segi gambar, animasi, teks, maupun audio sehingga dapat timbul respon positif dari siswa dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, berpikir kritis merupakan proses berpikir intelektual dalam dimana pemikir sengaja menilai kualitas pemikirannya, pemikir menggunakan pemikiran reflektif, mandiri, jernih, dan rasional. Peran media sangat besar dalam melakukan komunikasi dan interaksi yang efektif antara guru dan siswa serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sangat penting dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin ketat. Keterampilan berpikir kritis pada peningkatan daya saing siswa berupa pengetahuan dan keterampilan global. Abstract : Learning media are all tools and materials that can be used to achieve educational goals, learning media function as a communication tool in overcoming the limitations of students' experiences, the media can provide a holistic experience from concrete to abstract things. Interactive multimedia media in the form of flash can be packaged attractively both in terms of images, animation, text, and audio so that positive responses can arise from students and can help improve the ability to think critical, critical thinking is an intellectual thought process in which thinkers deliberately assess the quality of thought, thinkers use reflective, independent, clear, and rational thinking. The role of the media is very large in making effective communication and interaction between teachers and students and increasing critical thinking skills. The ability to think critically is very important in the face of increasingly fierce global competition. Critical thinking skills are aimed at increasing students' competitiveness in the form of global knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Pepper cultivation has not been maximally empowered by the community because paprika chili will grow well at a temperature of 210C degrees Celsius to a temperature of 270C. This study aims to determine the effect of using compost and pumakal liquid fertilizer from pineapple waste on the growth of paprika chili from the results of article review. This research is a qualitative research with several articles related to the effect of liquid waste on the growth of paprika plants. Results Based on the research that has been done, there is a significant effect of using compost and pumacal liquid fertilizer from pineapple waste on the growth of chili peppers.

Abstract

The learning process in higher education, especially biology education, cannot be separated from practicum activities. The process of practicum activities with various observations of course requires a proper practicum guide so that the development of a microtechnical practicum guide is needed. The practical guide accompanied by the android system is expected to help students to more easily carry out practicum activities. Of course, these studies require a valid theoretical study to support scientific work to be better. Abstract

Nata de mushroom is one of the products produced by fermenting boiled water of white oyster mushrooms. White oyster mushroom boiled water has a high carbohydrate content of about 57.6%-81.8% dry weight and a high water content of 86.6%. So that it can be used in the manufacture of nata de mushrooms with the addition of red dragon fruit peel extract. The purpose of this study was to determine the organoleptic and chemical characteristics of nata de mushroom. This research uses descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Data analysis using One Way Anova. The results of the study are expected to be well received by the public as well as the previous nata de leri, besides that the organoleptic test of nata can be liked and has high fiber and water content. This research is expected to be a source of learning biology at the high school level.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan protein nabati dari daun singkong dan juga pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan kelinci. Potensi sebagai hewan ternak pedaging dan juga hias menjadi suatu daya pikat bagi masyarakat untuk memilihara kelinci. Hal ini juga didukung dengan produktifitas kelinci yang baik dan memiliki gizi yang tinggi untuk di kosumsi. Pakan adalah faktor penting yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan kelinci. Sumber pakan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kelinci salah satunya daun singkong karena mengandung nilai nutrisi yang cukup tinggi dan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan kelinci. Kandungan gizi yang terdapat pada daun singkong meliputi BK 25,30%, PK 25,10%, LK 12,70%, SK 11,40%, BETN 46,10%, Ca 1,10-1,40%, dan P 0,25-0,30% sedangkan Kandungan asam amino arginin 5,9%; histidin 1,9%; isoleusin 4,4%; leusin 8,0%; lysin 5,6%; metionin 1,5%; penilalanin 5,7%; treonin 4,0%; tirosin 4,0%; valin 5,3%.

Abstract

Riset di SMAN 5 Metro Tanggal 14 Juni - 30 September 2017. X1 (STAD dan TGT), X2 (Kemampuan Akademik Tinggi dan Rendah), Y (Biologi Kognitif). Eksperimen Faktorial 22. Sampel STAD 28, TGT 28 berdasarkan kemampuan akademik tinggi dan rendah. Pengambilan sampel acak bertingkat. Dokumentasi dan tes. Anova 2 jalur, uji t independent dan berpasangan. Tujuan: 1) membedakan biologi kognitif STAD dan TGT. Menunjukan hasil 0.689 > 0.05 tidak ada perbedaan dikeduanya. 2) membedakan biologi kognitif dari kemampuan tinggi dan rendahnya akademik. Hasilnya 0.891 > 0.05, artinya tidak berbeda. 3) berdasarkan akademik tinggi, digunakan model STAD dan TGT, membedakan biologi kognitifnya. Hasilnya Sig 0,854 (p > 0,05) artinya tidak berbeda. 4) berdasarkan kelompok akademik rendah, digunakan model pembelajaran STAD dan TGT, membedakan biologi kognitif. Perhitungan SPSS nilainya Sig 0,833 (p > 0,05) berarti tidak berbeda. 5) mengetahui interaksi STAD dan TGT berdasarkan kemampuan akademik tinggi dan rendah terhadap biologi kognitif. Uji ANOVA 2 arah hasil X1 kepada Y Sig. 0.205 > 0.05 interaksi X2 kepada Y Sig 0.233 > 0.05 intraksinya tidak signifikan. Interaksi X1 dan X2 terhadap Y Sig. 0.443 > 0.05 interaksinya tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama fermentasi dan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai terhadap mutu bekasam ikan wader. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan model Rancangan Acak lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial 3x3 dengan 3 kali ulangan terhadap lama fermentasi dan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai. Perlakuan penelitian yaitu pembuatan bekasam dengan menggunakan kerak nasi sangrai (30%, 40%, dan 60%) dan lama fermentasi (5, 7, dan 10 hari). Parameter yang diamati adalah kadar protein dan pH . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama fermentasi dan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai berpengaruh terhadap kadar protein dan pH. Kadar protein tertinggi dihasilkan sebesar 20.0253% dengan lama fermentasi 10 hari, sedangkan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai terbaik dihasilkan sebesar 20.0889% pada perlakuan kerak nasi 60%. Untuk nilai pH yang terbaik adalah 5,1233 (rendah/asam) pada lama fermentasi 10 hari, dan konsentrasi kerak nasi terbaik dihasilkan pH 5,1744 (rendah/asam) pada perlakuan kerak nasi 60%.Lama fermentasi dan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kadar protein dan pH. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, lama fermentasi 10 hari dan konsentrasi kerak nasi sangrai 60% dapat dijadikan sumber informasi dalam membuat bekasam ikan wader.
