Abstract

Ekstrakurikuler Rohis, yang digagas oleh pemerintah dan sekolah, diharapkan menjadi wadah yang efektif dalam membentuk dan mengasah kecerdasan spiritual siswa hal tersebut dilatarbelakangi karena fokus pendidikan saat ini cenderung mengedepankan kecerdasan intelektual. Sehingga dalam penelitia ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui implementasi dari rohis yang ada di SMA Negeri 14 Medan dalam aspek kecerdasan spiritual. metode penelitian kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian yaitu, (1)Implementasi ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan sudah berjalan dengan baik namun memang harus ditingkatkan lebih baik lagi. (2)Bentuk kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa di SMA Negeri 14 Medan meliputi 4 bidang yaitu bidang ibadah bidang Alquran bidang sosial dan bidang dakwah. (3)Faktor pendukung ekstrakurikuler Rohis dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan spiritual siswa yaitu dukungan penuh dari sekolah orang tua dan kemauan diri sendiri sedangkan faktor penghambat atau kendala yang dihadapi Rohis yaitu pengelolaan dana yang kurang optimal kedisiplinan waktu yang tidak efektif, pengaruh teman dan lingkungan luar sekolah.

Abstract

The evaluation of this training program is in the form of a questionnaire that has been filled out by the training participants. As a determination of the passing of the participants will be conducted an evaluation test / exam. Assessment of the final results of the exam/test in the form of participant answer sheets will be given in the form of a different code that is useful for educators to provide effective and objective scores. After the results of the exam come out, a meeting will be held for a graduation meeting which will later determine which training participants deserve a score from the participant's activeness, attendance and final result scores. Researchers conducted and succeeded in collecting the results of the questionnaire obtained from the form of training and education carried out for several days. The results of this study use the Kickpatrick evaluation method which greatly facilitates researchers in conducting research. Evaluasi daripada program pelatihan ini berupa hasil angket yang telah diisi oleh peserta pelatihan. Sebagai penentuan lulusnya peserta akan dilakukannya tes evaluasi/ ujian. Penilaian hasil akhir ujian/ tes yang berupa lembar jawaban peserta akan diberikan berupa kode yang berbeda yang berguna untuk pendidik agar memberikan nilai yang efektif dan obyektif. Setelah hasil dari ujian tersebut keluar akan dilakukan pertemuan untuk rapat kelulusan yang nantinya untuk menentukan peserta diklat tersebut pantas mendapat nilai dari keaktifan peserta, presensi dan nilai hasil akhir. Peneliti melakukan dan berhasil mengumpulkan hasil angket yang didapat dari bentuk pelatihan dan pendidikan yang dilakukan selama beberapa hari. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi Kickpatrick yang sangat memudahkan peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian.

Abstract

Evaluation is one of the tools that can be used to assist planning, improvement and development as well as improvement of an activity. Evaluation is a basic need in a training program, so evaluation has an important role in management programs, especially training programs in the realm of education or non-formal. The researcher conducted and succeeded in collecting the results of direct interviews with the informants. The results of this study using qualitative research methods are research that provides an overview of the real and systematic conditions regarding the phenomena that are around. Therefore, for the results of this study, the author made observations on one of the KSJ organizations (Sedekah Friday Community) which held training. Evaluasi merupakan salah satu alat yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu perencanaan, perbaikan dan pengembangan serta penyempurnaan suatu kegiatan. Evaluasi dianggap sebagai kebutuhan pokok dalam suatu program pelatihan, sehingga evaluasi memiliki peranan penting dalam manajemen program khususnya program pelatihan pada ranah pendidikan ataupun nonformal. Peneliti melakukan dan berhasil mengumpulkan hasil wawancara langsung kepada narasumber. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif merupakan penelitian yang memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi secara nyata dan sistematis mengenai fenomena yang ada di sekitar. Oleh karena itu, untuk memperluas hasil penelitian ini, penulis melakukan pengamatan terhadap salah satu ketua organisasi KSJ ( Komunitas Sedekah Jumat) yang mengadakan diklat pelatihan.

Abstract

Organizational culture has a significant influence on how employees perceive their organization, their responsibilities and commitments. Leaders influence their subordinates both directly through interactions and also through organizational culture. While job satisfaction is a person's general attitude towards his work. A person with a high level of satisfaction shows a positive attitude towards his work, while someone who is dissatisfied with his job shows a negative attitude towards his work. This study uses the Research and Development method. The main purpose of Research and Development is not to test hypotheses, but to produce effective products for use in schools. Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi manajemen kurikulum 2013 di MAS Teladan BATUBARA. Dikarenakan pada saat ini masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang belum sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum 2013. Masih banyak yang menggunakan kurikulum 2013 akan tetapi didalam pelaksanaanya masih menggunakan KTSP. Pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yang cukup rumit baik dalam perencanaannya maupun pelaksanaannya didalam kelas, dan pada penilaiannya membuat implementasinya disekolah belum maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan disalah satu lembaga pendidikan di BATUBARA yaitu di MAS Teladan BATUBARA yang lokasinya didaerah pesisir. Letak lokasi yang cukup strategis membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out by researchers entitled "Implementation of Personnel Administration Affairs carried out at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan" which aims to find out: (1) Programs for implementing personnel administration affairs on daily, monthly, semiannual, and yearly at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Inhibiting factors or obstacles in the program for implementing personnel administration affairs at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Solutions for overcoming obstacles or obstacles in the program for implementing personnel administration affairs at the Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan Preparation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method, which aims to make a systematic and accurate description of the facts that are currently happening in the field regarding the Implementation of Personnel Administration Affairs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Then the researchers carried out data collection techniques with observation, interviews and documentation studies. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti berjudul “Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kepegawaian yang dilaksanakan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan” yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian pada harian, bulanan, semesteran, dan tahunan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Faktor penghambat atau kendala dalam program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan atau kendala dalam program pelaksana urusan administrasi kepegawaian di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi secara sistematis dan akurat dengan fakta-fakta yang sedang terjadi dilapangan tentang Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kepegawaian di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Kemudian peneliti melakukan Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi.

Abstract

Research on the Implementation of Curriculum Administration Affairs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation aims to find out (1) How is the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs on a daily, monthly, semiannual, and annual basis at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation, (2) What are the inhibiting factors in the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation, (3) What are the solutions in overcoming obstacles in the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation. The method used is a qualitative research method through a descriptive approach using direct observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were vice principals in the field of curriculum, and administrative heads and staff. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Assurance of the validity of the research data uses credibility testing, transferability testing, dependency testing and firmness testing. Penelitian Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kurikulum di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum pada harian, mingguan, semester-an, dan tahunan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Apa faktor penghambat dalam program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Bagaimana solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Adapun metode yang gunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik observasi secara langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah di bidang kurikulum, dan kepala dan staff tata usaha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penjamin keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan pengujian kredibilitas, pengujian keteralihan, pengujian ketergantungan dan pengujian ketegasan.

Abstract

This article examines madrasas that are significant in supporting the achievement of national education goals. Efforts to improve the quality of madrasas as superior and quality educational institutions, always innovate and take concrete steps in developing the vision and mission of madrasas and collaborate with all madrasa stakeholders. Therefore, the role of stakeholders is very important in formulating policies that aim to improve the quality of education in educational institutions. The study was conducted using a qualitative method with in-depth interview techniques on madrasa stakeholders. The qualitative approach is used to describe the reality of the events studied so as to obtain objective data. The results of this study indicate that each stakeholder has a complementary role in improving the quality of education at MAN Asahan. Therefore, participation from various stakeholders is very important to improve madrasas. Stakeholders are also able to mobilize all elements of the madrasa to realize a quality vision and mission in the madrasa. It can be concluded that the role of stakeholders in building madrasas at MAN Asahan must involve all stakeholders to build quality madrasas with positive synergy between the head of the madrasa, teachers, students, and parents who together form an effective support system for the progress of madrasas at MAN Asahan.

Abstract

This study focuses on the importance of the role of monthly religious studies in shaping students’ religious attitudes at SMAS Budi Agung Medan, considering that religious studies are one of the effective means to teach religious values, strengthen faith, and shape students’ character and morals in everyday life. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through documentation, observation and interviews. The subjects of the study were the principal, vice principal for student affairs, Islamic Religious Education teachers, and students. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that (1) Monthly religious studies activities at SMAS Budi Agung Medan are carried out once a month on the first week starting at 08.00 to 11.00 WIB at the Al-Huda Marelan Mosque. The three activities carried out in this monthly religious study are the opening, core and closing. (2) The materials discussed include faith, jurisprudence, morals, as well as the Qur’an and Hadith of the Prophet. (3) The role of monthly religious studies in forming the religious attitudes of SMAS Budi Agung Medan students includes spiritual, moral, social and educational roles. (4) The monthly religious study program held at SMAS Budi Agung Medan is considered to have a positive impact on SMAS Budi Agung Medan students, because the religious studies are able to gradually improve the students’ religious attitudes.
