Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure is in achieving the goals of early childhood education. Facilities and infrastructure is a tool that has a very important role in a process in order to achieve success and achievement in the end result. Abstract

In order for a good school management to be implemented, it is necessary to have organizational elements that cannot be separated from an educational institution. The elements in an organization are in the form of vision and mission, facilities and infrastructure, cooperation between the school and the local government or other agencies. However, some schools still think that the elements in education are something that is not important, this can be seen from the many schools that have not made significant progress even though these schools have been around for a long time. The aim of the research is to be able to improve the management of school principals in empowering elements of school management. This study uses a qualitative method with the approach of observation, interviews and documentation. To obtain complete data, the researchers used the direct observation method. In developing an understanding of quality, the role of the principal as a manager is to make plans, organize all types of activities, carry out the plans to be achieved. The principal as a leader in the institution must be able to direct, build togetherness, realize the school's vision and mission to advance the school, have a strong determination to change institutions in a better direction, namely the realization of quality schools..

Abstract

Organizational culture has a significant influence on how employees perceive their organization, their responsibilities and commitments. Leaders influence their subordinates both directly through interactions and also through organizational culture. While job satisfaction is a person's general attitude towards his work. A person with a high level of satisfaction shows a positive attitude towards his work, while someone who is dissatisfied with his job shows a negative attitude towards his work. This study uses the Research and Development method. The main purpose of Research and Development is not to test hypotheses, but to produce effective products for use in schools. Pada penelitian kali ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi manajemen kurikulum 2013 di MAS Teladan BATUBARA. Dikarenakan pada saat ini masih banyak lembaga pendidikan yang belum sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum 2013. Masih banyak yang menggunakan kurikulum 2013 akan tetapi didalam pelaksanaanya masih menggunakan KTSP. Pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yang cukup rumit baik dalam perencanaannya maupun pelaksanaannya didalam kelas, dan pada penilaiannya membuat implementasinya disekolah belum maksimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan disalah satu lembaga pendidikan di BATUBARA yaitu di MAS Teladan BATUBARA yang lokasinya didaerah pesisir. Letak lokasi yang cukup strategis membuat peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the madrasah head's strategy in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum at MAN Batu Bara, focusing on the understanding of the madrasah head and teachers, strategic implementation steps, and competence in using technology. The research method used is qualitative with a Phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations of the madrasah head, teachers, students and related documentation. The results showed that the level of understanding of madrasah principals and teachers about the concept and objectives of Merdeka Curriculum is relatively high, which is reflected in the implementation of daily learning practices. Strategic steps such as the formation of a curriculum development team, intensive training, and adjusting the madrasah's vision and mission are key to successful implementation. In addition, the competence in using technology by madrasah principals and teachers has supported the effectiveness of teaching based on the Merdeka Curriculum, although there are challenges in adopting technology by a small number of teachers.

Abstract

This research was conducted because teachers at the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Asahan rarely prepare lesson plans (RPP), are less active in conducting assessments, do not develop learning materials, and do not optimally explore student potential. In addition, there are problems related to teachers' low work motivation. Supervision conducted by the madrasah head is not very effective, because only a small proportion of teachers are supervised. The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive type of correlational study with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables into two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable Before the research questionnaire is used to obtain data, content validity is first carried out, then tested to see the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. To test the validity, namely by calculating the correlation coefficient (r) of the item with the total score. The item is said to be valid (valid) if the correlation value (r) > the critical price of r product moment with a significant level of 5%. There is a significant relationship between madrasah head supervision and teacher pedagogical competence. This confirms the important role of supervision carried out by madrasah principals in improving teachers' pedagogical competence. The support, guidance and direction provided through supervision are proven to contribute positively to the improvement of teachers' pedagogical skills, which in turn can improve teachers' pedagogical competence.

Abstract

This research aims to describe (1) to determine the Madrasah Management at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang in supporting and optimizing the implementation of extracurricular activities as an effort to improve student learning achievement (2) to determine the extent of the contribution of extracurricular activities to increasing student learning achievement at MTs N 2 Deli Serdang (3) to find out the obstacles faced by madrasas in managing extracurricular activities and how they affect student learning achievement. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The subjects in the research were the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Extracurricular Advisor and students. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection analysis carried out data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. And based on the results of research that researchers have conducted, extracurricular activities have run well in accordance with the planning, organization, implementation and supervision that the madrasah has carried out.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain the role of the headmaster as an educational leader in MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa, the method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings of this research emphasize the importance of the headmaster in providing effective leadership, formulating a clear vision, mission, and goals, as well as planning educational activities in accordance with Islamic values. Leadership strategies include selecting qualified students and teachers, using innovative teaching methods, developing relevant curriculum, and conducting regular monitoring and evaluation of educational outcomes. The essence of headmaster leadership involves comprehensive management, positive influence on individuals and groups, and building good relationships with relevant stakeholders. These findings provide a deeper understanding of the role, strategies, and essence of headmaster leadership in improving the quality of education in MTs Yp. Ummul Quraa.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain Islamic Leadership to Improve the Quality of Islamic Education Institutions at Mts Yp. Ummul Quraa, the method used in this research is a descriptive research method using qualitative. Data was obtained from interviews, observation and documentation. The findings from this research indicate that improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions, for example, will be greatly influenced by the leadership produced by the people tasked with managing Islamic educational institutions. Islamic leadership includes many features that can be used by leaders of Islamic educational institutions to carry out leadership tasks. Islamic leadership is a concept of balancing worldly leadership with the concept of the afterlife; achieving the organization's ultimate goals is more than just a temporary goal; This requires a strong commitment to Islamic principles, and the task of leadership is not just a humanitarian task that is not accountable outside the members, but must also be accountable before God Almighty.

Abstract

The current principal’s leadership cannot be said to be good because this can be seen from the performance that has not been optimal. Principal leadership plays an important role, but some principals are not able to carry out their duties properly. This of course will greatly affect school activities that have an impact on the quality of education. This study aims to analyze the principal’s leadership in improving the quality of education. This type of research uses literature review which uses 6 articles. The data analysis technique used qualitative analysis. The results showed that the leadership of the principal who had changes was able to improve the quality of education. Change by seeking innovation programs. Improve student management in school culture and discipline it. The principal’s leadership is formed by his nature that gives a sense of comfort to all school members. A good principal is able to cultivate a school culture and discipline, become a work partner, create cooperation among all school members to form a friendly and purposeful school environment. Thus, the leadership of the principal improves the quality of education.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the condition of educational facilities and infrastructure, the management of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as what supporting and inhibiting factors exist in implementing existing facilities and infrastructure at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Deli Serdang. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations supported by data and documentation such as photos of madrasa facilities and infrastructure. The research subjects are the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa for facilities and infrastructure and curriculum as well as administrative staff at MTsN 2 Deli Serdang. Data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity techniques with research expansion, increased persistence, and triangulation.
