Abstract

Manajemen peserta didik merupakan setiap usaha yang bertujuan untuk mengelola berbagai kebutuhan yang berhubungan dengan peserta didik mulai dari awal peserta didik masuk dan mengenal lingkungan sekolah hingga peserta didik menyelesaika masa study-nya dan dinyatakan lulus dari sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep dasar dari manajemen peserta didik. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode telaah kepustakaan yang dilakukan dengan mendalami bebrbagai literatur yang membahas tentang manajemen peserta didik. Abstract

Abstrak ini mengkaji bagaimana suatu gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam lembaga pendidikan. Yang di mana pada fokus penelitian ini ialah mengidentifikasi serta menganalisis bagaimana gaya suatu kepala sekolah dalam memimpin lembaga pendidikan dimana bertujuan agar dapat mencapai suatu lembaga pendidikan yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di suatu lembaga pendidikan. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam seperti observasi dan analisis dokumen. Pada hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasanya seorang kepala sekolah menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik, di mana pula bertujuan pada satu. Tujuan pada lembaga pendidikan yang telah difokuskan serta direncanakan oleh Kepala Sekolah agar menuju suatu lembaga pendidikan yang baik dengan menerapkan gaya pemimpin yang baik serta mengaitkan guru dan tenaga pendidik dalam mewujudkan suatu lembaga pendidikan yang baik. Kepala sekolah juga memastikan bahwasanya gaya kepemimpinan yang telah ia terapkan telah menjadi suatu gaya kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan tujuan pada lembaga pendidikan menuju lembaga pendidikan yang baik dan terus mengikuti zaman perkembangan pada lembaga pendidikan pula. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi para praktek pendidikan dan pembuat kebijakan dalam upaya satu gaya seorang kepemimpinan pada lembaga pendidikan yang di mana berfokus pada suatu kebijakan dalam upaya peningkatan pada mutu pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan serta gaya kepemimpinan oleh Kepala Sekolah tersebut menjadi model bagi kepala sekolah lain dalam menjalankan tugas mereka agar dapat mencapai suatu pendidikan yang lebih berkualitas.

Abstract

Abstract The learning organization is a concept in which an organization continuously improves its capacity to create the future. Designing a learning organization involves a variety of key elements, including an organizational culture that supports learning, leadership that encourages learning, an organizational structure that facilitates the exchange of information, and a reward system that rewards learning. First, an organizational culture that supports learning is characterized by a spirit of openness, a sense of security to explore, and an encouragement to continue learning. Leaders play an important role in building this culture through example and supportive policies. Second, organizational structures that facilitate learning enable smooth information flow, cross-functional collaboration, and access to knowledge resources. This can be achieved through team design, effective communication systems, and adequate technology infrastructure. Third, a reward system that appreciates learning encourages individuals to engage in self-development activities and share knowledge. Incentives can take the form of compensation, recognition, or career development opportunities. By designing these elements in an integrated manner, organizations can create an environment conducive to continuous learning and adaptation, enabling them to respond to environmental changes quickly and innovatively.

Abstract

This study was conducted to explain how the principal affects the performance of teachers at MAN Karo, as well as the factors that support or hinder the leadership of the principal in improving the performance of teachers in the school. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with case studies, which means that the researcher will collect in-depth information about how the principal's leadership affects the performance of teachers in the school. The subjects in this study are school principals and teachers at MAN Karo. To collect the data, researchers used observations, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study show that the leadership of the Principal at MAN Karo is quite good in fostering teacher performance. They provide motivation, supervision, and evaluation of teachers' performance well. On the other hand, the teacher's performance is also quite good in preparing learning plans, managing learning activities, and evaluating learning.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze how the importance of inclusive education towards innovative in facing the substance and alpha generations in the 5.0 era. the research method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results showed that MTS Al Wardah tembung provided an in-depth understanding of the principal's view of effective strategies in z and alpha generation education. Educational leaders need to consider the needs of generation z and alpha in developing holistic strategies for a bright future in the 5.0 era. Educational leaders also need to understand the unique needs of these generations such as collaborative learning the use of technology, and active engagement in the educational process. Responsive and innovative strategies and creating inspiring and inclusive learning environments are key in supporting the electric growth of generation z and Alpha.

Abstract

The research that has been done is entitled "Analysis of the Role of Librarianship to Improve Library Services at Pondok Pesantren Al-Yusriyah Sei Meran Pangkalan Susu Langkat Regency", which is motivated by the background that the Library is useful for improving the quality of education in schools, with the aim of supporting the general education curriculum and developing interest in reading. To achieve the goal of quality service, the library is required to meet the needs of its librarians. Not only the fulfillment of information sources, but it is also necessary to pay attention to physical facilities, service quality, and technology that can help the service process so as to achieve user satisfaction. A descriptive qualitative research method was used to conduct this research, providing a more thorough explanation of the research topic. Three data collection methods were used: documentation, interviews, and observation. Interviews in the form of guidelines with several questions were used as study aids. Data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions were used in data analysis techniques, triangulation, including triangulation of sources and theories. The results of the study revealed that (1) The role of librarians at AlYusriyah Islamic Boarding School in improving the quality of library services is very good, it's just that it is necessary to compile a more detailed budget plan and submit it to the school or government, (2) Develop and implement appropriate strategies to attract students and increase visits to the library, (3) and face various significant obstacles, such as limited funds, lack of funds has an impact on inadequate facilities and infrastructure, such as narrow library space and lack of reading facilities. Based on the research findings above, improving the quality of library services is worth applying and implementing as a solution to improve the quality of a more disciplined library to create a quality educational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of strengthening character education through extracurricular activities of reading and writing the Qur'an (BTQ) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning at school. Strengthening character education is the main focus in an effort to form students who have religious values, discipline, and the value of reading. BTQ activities are chosen as one of the effective methods to instill these values systematically and sustainably. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects of this study consisted of principals, BTQ extracurricular teachers, deputy curriculum, and students. The results showed that BTQ extracurricular activities are effective in strengthening student character. Through learning to read and write the Qur'an, students not only develop religious skills but also experience strong character building, such as religious values, discipline, and love of reading. This implementation is supported by the active role of PAI teachers and the support of the school environment, but also faces several obstacles, such as time constraints and lack of student motivation. This study suggests an increase in parental involvement in supporting BTQ activities at home as well as additional time and adequate facilities to support the smooth running of these activities. Thus, it is expected that strengthening character education through BTQ can run more optimally and have a greater positive impact on students' character development.

Abstract

This research examines the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education in schools. The focus of this research is the identification and analysis of effective strategies used by school principals in achieving these goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study methods in several leading schools. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. The research results show that school principals who are successful in improving the quality of education generally implement several main strategies. First, they develop a clear vision and mission and encourage the active participation of all school members in achieving it. Second, they implement school-based management by involving teachers, staff, students and parents in decision making. Third, they focus on teacher professional development through training, workshops and collaboration between teachers to improve the quality of teaching. Fourth, the school principal ensures a conducive learning environment by providing adequate facilities and resources. Fifth, they carry out regular evaluation and monitoring of the teaching and learning process and student performance. The results of this research provide insight for educational practitioners and policy makers in efforts to improve the quality of education in schools. It is hoped that these strategies can become a model for other school principals in carrying out their duties to achieve quality education.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Al-Washliyah Teluk Nibung Tanjungbalai Private Islamic High School. This study aims to determine the Impact of Social Media on Students' Morals Towards Peers at Al-Washliyah Teluk Nibung Tanjungbalai Private Islamic High School. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection in this study through observation, interviews and document studies. The information collected was analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and data verification. This study used 1 Akidah Akhlak teacher, the principal and students. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the morals of students at Al-Washliyah Teluk Nibung Tanjungbalai Private Islamic High School are some that are bad, namely using cellphones during learning, wearing trendy clothes that do not reflect the way madrasah students dress. There are some that are good, namely honest and disciplined behavior practiced by some students. The impact of social media on students' morals towards peers is that they waste a lot of time because they are busy playing social media, forgetting study time, procrastinating on assignments and not caring about the people around them.

Abstract

Research on the Implementation of Curriculum Administration Affairs at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation aims to find out (1) How is the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs on a daily, monthly, semiannual, and annual basis at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation, (2) What are the inhibiting factors in the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation, (3) What are the solutions in overcoming obstacles in the program for implementing curriculum administration affairs at Madarsah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Medan Preparation. The method used is a qualitative research method through a descriptive approach using direct observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this study were vice principals in the field of curriculum, and administrative heads and staff. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Assurance of the validity of the research data uses credibility testing, transferability testing, dependency testing and firmness testing. Penelitian Implementasi Urusan Administrasi Kurikulum di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum pada harian, mingguan, semester-an, dan tahunan di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (2) Apa faktor penghambat dalam program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan, (3) Bagaimana solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan dalam program pelaksanaan urusan administrasi kurikulum di Madarsah Tsanawiyah Persiapan Negeri 4 Medan. Adapun metode yang gunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melalui pendekatan deskriptif yang menggunakan teknik observasi secara langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala sekolah di bidang kurikulum, dan kepala dan staff tata usaha. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penjamin keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan pengujian kredibilitas, pengujian keteralihan, pengujian ketergantungan dan pengujian ketegasan.
