Abstract

“Futsal merupakan permainan beregu yang memiliki intensitas permainan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, untuk menunjang permainan yang berjalan dengan cepat maka pemain harus mempunyai kelincahan dan kecepatan berlari yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan variasi speed ladder terhadap kemampuan kelincahan dan kecepatan berlari dalam kegiatan ektrakurikuler futsal siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan one group pretest and posttest design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa ektrakurikuler futsal SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang yang berjumlah 16 peserta dengan teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes shuttle run dan tes lari sprint 30 meter. Berdasarkan hasil analisi data menunjukan bahwa latihan variasi speed ladder memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan kelincahan dengan nilai t hitung 15.246 > t tabel  2.131 dengan nilai p = 0.000. dan kecepatan berlari dengan nilai t hitung 24.406 > t tabel  2.131 dengan nilai p = 0.00. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan variasi speed ladder terhadap kemampuan kelincahan dan kecepatan siswa ektrakurikuler SMK Taruna Karya 1 Karawang.”

Abstract

This research aims to explore how the Merdeka Belajar curriculum is applied in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) learning at Ciasem 2 elementary schools. This research highlights the problem where the Ministry of Education and Culture has issued regulations regarding the Merdeka Belajar curriculum. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the main data source involving the school principal, PJOK teachers and students. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis involving data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data collection instrument also involves testing the validity of the data and testing credibility. The results of the research show that the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PJOK learning has been carried out optimally. However, there are obstacles related to teachers' understanding of the concept of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum and the lack of preparation by teachers in implementing it. The successful implementation of the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in PJOK learning is very dependent on the willingness to change in accordance with government regulations and the ability to see existing potential. However, Merdeka Belajar learning planning is not fully in accordance with theory and does not demonstrate the use of CP (Learning Outcomes), ATP (Learning Objective Flow), and MA (Teaching Modules) in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, analyze, and identify the Influence of SportEducation Mode in Volleyball Learning on the Self-Confidence of Students atSMPN 4 Klari. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach and usingan experimental method with a research design of The Randomized Pretest andPosttest Control Group Design. The population in this study was class VIII ofSMPN 4 Klari totaling 478 students. The sample used in this study was ClusterRandom Sampling, after the lottery was conducted, the sample in the study wasclass VIII I and VIII J totaling 80 students. The research instrument used a studentself-confidence attitude questionnaire instrument. The results of this study werethat the average before and after treatment experienced a significant increase,namely the mean pretest 135.10 to the mean posttest 149.18. The results of thecalculation of the Paired Sample T Test hypothesis test with the data obtainedfrom this study were a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. While theresults of the calculation of the Independent Samples T Test hypothesis test,namely the data obtained from this study are a significance value (2-tailed) of0.000 < 0.05. This means that from the two hypothesis tests there is a significantinfluence between the average value before treatment and the average value aftertreatment. It can be concluded that the Sport Education Model can have an effecton volleyball learning on the self-confidence of class VIII students of SMPN 4 Klari.

Abstract

The challenge of implementing learning from home (BDR) during the COVID-19 pandemic at the early childhood level is that the focus of learning is no longer to stimulate 5 aspects of early childhood development but to focus on cognitive aspects. In addition, the BDR phenomenon also results in high screentime activity in children and makes children lazy to do gross motor skills or gross motoric activities. Therefore, an idea emerged from the proposer team through a community service grant to the community of Singapernagsa Karawang University to propose workshop activities for making CB Hoop Multisize learning media in increasing interest in learning in children through activities during the COVID-19 pandemic for PAUD teachers in Karawang Regency. The multisized card board hoop is an innovative learning media in the form of an educational game tool (APE) which has a shape resembling a hula hoop. The novelty of this learning media is that the Multisize CB Hoop is made from used goods in the form of cardboard that is printed to resemble a hula hoop. CB Hoop Multisize has four types of diameter 8, 35, 50 and 70 centimeters. Playing activities that can be done using CB Hoop Multi Size media include jumping, relay running, creeping, throwing, catching and other gross motor activities. This PKM activity was successfully held on November 15, 2020 with 500 participants consisting of early childhood teachers in Karawang Regency.
