Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan. Sosial media tidak hanya digunakan sebagai alat komunikasi, tetapi juga memiliki berbagai fungsi lain, termasuk sebagai platform untuk menyajikan konten pembelajaran digital. Penggunaan sosial media untuk menyajikan konten edukasi atau pembelajaran digital dapat membantu mengidentifikasi materi tambahan, memperluas materi pembelajaran, dan berbagi pengetahuan dengan pengguna lainnya. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Pemanfaatan Sosial Media Sebagai Media Penyajian Konten Pembelajaran Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Tujuan penelitian metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) untuk mengevaluasi, meninjau dan mengenali penelitian yang relevan sehingga mampu menjawab pertanyaan pada penelitian yang ditentukan. Hasi penelitian menunjukkan bahwa platform sosial media seperti Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, dan TikTok dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media penyajian untuk konten edukasi atau pembelajaran digital, yang membantu pengguna menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan baru.

Abstract

Pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif yang mengintegrasikan short video learning dengan aplikasi Articulate Storyline merupakan upaya peneliti untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di SMPN 32 Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan model 4D, yang terdiri dari empat tahap: define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 38 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas yaitu kelas kontrol (kelas VII A) dan kelas eksperimen (kelas VII B), sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas eksperimen sebanyak 19 siswa. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan meliputi wawancara, observasi, angket, dan tes. Hasil data dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Temuan dalam riset memperlihatkan media pembelajaran interaktif yang dibuat mendapat kategori "sangat layak" dari validasi ahli media dengan skor 94% dan kategori "layak" dari validasi ahli materi dengan skor 75%. Selain itu, penggunaan media ini berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, ditunjukkan oleh skor N-gain di kelas eksperimen sebanyak 0,72 dengan kategori “tinggi”. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan short video learning dalam media pembelajaran interaktif berdampak positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa, sehingga dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam di SMPN 32 Banjarmasin.

Abstract

The important role of teachers in educational institutions includes the Al-Qur'an Education Institution (TPQ), as well as the demand for teachers to have the capacity and capability in learning the Qur'an. So the researchers took the initiative to solve the problem using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The focus of this assistance is the UMMI Method of Al-Qur'an Teacher Training Procedures and how the impact of the UMMI Method of Al-Qur'an teacher training in Pisang village. The results of this assistance are First, the increasing awareness of TPQ teachers about the importance of the teaching methods used in the process of teaching reading and writing the Qur'an. For example, with the application of 4 models of learning Al-Qur'an, the UMMI Method which includes: private/individual, individual classical, classical reading and listening, and classical reading and listening purely, can improve students' skills in reading and writing the Qur'an quickly and easily. dynamic. Second, the growing fighting spirit of the TPQ teachers in teaching their students using the UMMI method. The application and implementation of the UMMI Method in the Al-Quran learning process at assisted TPQs is guided by the program and learning stages that have been set by the UMMI Foundation. Among them; Implementation of the 7 Basic Ummi Method Programs which include: Tashih, Tahsin, Teacher Certification, Coaching, Supervision, Munaqasah, and Khataman.

Abstract

Guru menghadapi tantangan dalam mengintegrasikan kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk menunjang pembelajaran, khususnya dalam pengembangan konten literasi dan numerasi digital. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru sebagai content creator berbasis AI. Pelatihan dilaksanakan melalui metode praktik langsung dan studi kasus, yang memperkenalkan tools AI seperti pembuat materi otomatis, infografis berbasis AI, dan analisis data pembelajaran. Output kegiatan meliputi video pembelajaran interaktif, modul digital adaptif, dan soal latihan berbasis AI yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru sebesar 23,65% berdasarkan perbandingan nilai pre-test dan post-test. Guru menunjukkan kemampuan lebih baik dalam menggunakan AI untuk menyusun konten digital secara efektif. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berdampak positif terhadap pengembangan keterampilan digital guru dan meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi transformasi digital pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan interaktif.

Abstract

Kapanewon Turi merupakan salah satu Kapanewon yang menjadi sentra buah salak di Kabupaten Sleman. Produksi buah salak yang melimpah menyebabkan harga salak menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan teknologi pengolahan buah salak. Salah satu KWT yang mengelola buah salak menjadi produk adalah KWT Kusuma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal KWT Kusuma dalam menjalankan usaha olahan salak dan menentukan strategi prioritas dalam pengembangan usaha olahan salak. Penelitian dilakukan di Kapanewon Turi, Kabupaten Sleman, Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kombinasi yang menggabungkan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan Focus group Discussion (FGD) dan analisis SWOT yang melibatkan 10 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang dianalisis menggunakan matriks IFAS memperoleh total skor “2,46” dan faktor eksternal yang dianalisis menggunakan matriks EFAS memperoleh total skor “2,95”. Berdasarkan skor IFAS dan EFAS, diketahui bahwa matriks SWOT KWT Kusuma berada pada kuadran III yaitu strategi WO. Strategi WO adalah memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan tujuan untuk mengatasi kelemahan untuk pengembangan usaha olahan salak. Strategi yang dipilih antara lain (1) Mengembangkan berbagai variasi produk keripik salak, (2) mengoptimalkan penggunaan platform digital seperti media sosial dan marketplace, melalui dukungan aktif dari pemerintah daerah dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan KWT (3) Menjalin kerja sama dengan toko-toko oleh-oleh, pariwisata dan stakeholder/pemerintah sebagai upaya perluasan pemasaran.

Abstract

The development of the era demands the optimization of the use of the Instagram platform as a strategic digital empowerment tool in supporting the effectiveness of information dissemination, increasing community participation, and strengthening the management of sustainable urban agriculture in the context of digital transformation. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by collecting data and analyzing it in depth to describe the facts systematically, factually, and accurately. The qualitative approach allows researchers to understand the phenomena that occur based on experience and interpretation of data in the form of speech, writing, and behavior. Instagram insight analysis was carried out on data on impressions, reach, and content interactions recorded during the period from November 20, 2023 to April 28, 2025. The informant selection technique was also carried out purposively, involving six informants consisting of four key informants and two additional informants. The results of the study show that the Instagram account @great.andgreen experienced positive growth with a total of 1,335 followers, dominated by users aged 18–24 years. This encourages the use of a non-formal language style that is adjusted to the characteristics of a young audience. The total number of impressions obtained was 130,413 with the highest impressions coming from the promotional content "Holiday Farm". The content reach reached 18,991, with the highest reach on the educational video on maggot cultivation. The high reach shows great potential in expanding influence beyond the main followers. Content interaction also showed positive results reaching 2,215 interactions through the number of likes, saves, comments, and shares. Digital utilization includes elements such as brand story, brand mission, product samples, community development, memorable content and packaging, and differentiation.

Abstract

The Independent Rural Agricultural Training Center (P4S) plays a strategic role in enhancing farmers' empowerment through various training programs, mentoring, and strengthening agricultural business networks. This study aims to analyze the impact of P4S Tranggulasi’s role on the level of farmers' empowerment in Batur Village, Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The role of P4S in this study consists of four main variables: training, consultancy function, farmer regeneration, and business network development. Farmers' empowerment is measured based on three main aspects: technical farming skills, business management skills, and market access and marketing capabilities. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to farmers involved in P4S Tranggulasi programs and analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each variable on farmers' empowerment. The results indicate that, simultaneously, the role of P4S has a significant impact on farmers' empowerment. The variables of farmer regeneration and business network development have a significant influence on improving technical farming skills, business management, and market access and marketing. The empowerment strategy through P4S needs to be optimized, particularly in the aspects of farmer regeneration and strengthening business networks, to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of agricultural enterprises.Keywords: The Role of P4S Tranggulasi, Farmer empowerment, multiple linear regression

Abstract

This study examines the Willow Project, a major oil drilling initiative in Alaska, to assess its compatibility with international environmental law and its implications for global climate change. The research aims to determine whether the project aligns with the United States’ obligations under the Paris Agreement and key principles like the precautionary approach and international environmental responsibility. Utilizing a normative and comparative qualitative methodology, the study analyzes legal frameworks, international treaties, and the project’s environmental impacts. Findings indicate that the Willow Project significantly increases greenhouse gas emissions, undermining global climate goals and violating the principle of non-harm by risking transboundary environmental damage. These outcomes highlight a conflict between economic interests and environmental obligations, challenging the enforcement of international law. The study advocates for robust global policies, including stricter standards and enhanced monitoring, to ensure large-scale energy projects support climate change mitigation. By addressing these legal and environmental challenges, the research contributes to strengthening international governance to combat climate change effectively.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions are needed by the community, but their existence requires good management for the sustainability of the Islamic boarding school itself. This sustainability can be realized by improving the performance of employees in a pesantren, with improved performance it will have an effect on the sustainability of the pesantren itself. This good performance can be obtained by providing workloads that are adjusted to their competence. In addition, good performance can be influenced by high employee motivation. The research sample consisted of 33 employees using smart PLS data analysis. with the results of research 1) workload has no significant effect on employee performance. 2) Workload has a positive and significant effect on work motivation. 3) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) Work motivation is capable of mediating between workload and employee performance.

Abstract

The Cakap Baca literacy program is a program that has been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin as part of the Teaching Assistance activities. This literacy program falls under the category of basic literacy, specifically reading literacy. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cakap Baca program at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin, which is designed to improve participants’ abilities to understand, analyze, and evaluate reading texts, using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The method used is qualitative, employing the model developed by Donald Kirkpatrick, which consists of four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. Observations were conducted in stages: during the preparation of the teaching assistance work program, during the implementation of the Cakap Baca program, and after the program was completed. Interviews were conducted throughout the research process, involving 27 students and 2 educators as respondents to obtain in-depth data about their experiences and perceptions of the program. Document studies focused on analyzing students’ work as material for evaluating the program’s success. The study showed positive results across all four levels of the Kirkpatrick evaluation. At the reaction level, students responded enthusiastically and enjoyed the fun and interactive methods. At the learning level, there was an improvement in reading ability and communication skills, although challenges remained in summarizing and critical thinking. At the behavior level, positive changes were observed in reading habits and increased visits to the school’s literacy facilities, although ongoing support is still needed. At the results level, the program impacted the improvement of subject comprehension, especially in Indonesian language, and encouraged the growth of a literacy culture. The positive outcomes of the Cakap Baca program demonstrate its potential as a sustainable literacy initiative that effectively enhances reading skills and fosters a culture of literacy among students. Further support and development are necessary to address challenges in critical thinking and summarizing skills.
