Abstract

This research raises issues related to the Judicial Review of Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation which was declared conditionally unconstitutional by the Constitutional Court through Decision Number 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. So that after the decision has legal implications and impacts in several fields. To answer the problem, the authors conducted research using a normative juridical research methodology. Then the results in this study are that the Job Creation Law after the Constitutional Court ruling has legal implications, including: it must accommodate the omnibus law method in forming statutory regulations, make improvements within a period of 2 years, and suspend all strategic policies/actions. Then the decision also has an impact on the field of law, domestic and foreign investment and employment. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dampak pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja oleh Mahkamah Konstitusi Inkonstitusonal bersyarat melalui Putusan Nomor 91/PUU-XVIII/2020. Ugensi penelitian ini adalah bahwa putusan Mahkaman Konstitusi tersebut berimplikasi hukum dan berdampak dibeberapa bidang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Undang-Undang Cipta Kerja, setelah putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi, memiliki konsekuensi hukum seperti berikut:  metode omnibus law masuk dalam pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan, melakukan perbaikan dalam waktu dua tahun, dan menahan semua kebijakan atau tindakan strategis. Selanjutnya, keputusan tersebut berdampak pada bidang hukum, ketenagakerjaan, dan penanaman modal dalam dan luar negeri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi 3D sebagai sarana edukatif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kebersihan lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya pendidikan lingkungan di jenjang sekolah dasar, yang masih didominasi oleh metode ceramah sehingga menyulitkan siswa memahami konsep abstrak. Pengalaman peneliti di PT Stechoq Robotika Indonesia dan di SDN Sungai Miai 5 Banjarmasin turut memperkuat urgensi pengembangan media inovatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui tahapan PRISMA dan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan VOSviewer terhadap 15 artikel terpilih. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa video animasi 3D terbukti efektif dalam menyampaikan konsep kebersihan lingkungan karena mampu menarik perhatian, meningkatkan pemahaman, serta mendorong partisipasi aktif siswa. Visualisasi yang menarik dan alur cerita yang kontekstual menjadikan animasi 3D sebagai media yang mampu menyampaikan pesan moral dan edukatif secara lebih mudah dipahami oleh siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan media pembelajaran inovatif yang relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

Huanglongbing, inflicted by Candidatus Liberibacter asiaticus in Asia region, is a destructive disease affecting citrus productions worlwide. Several studies have identified resistance genes that play essential roles in the citrus defense system against this pathogen. The goals of this study were to design the specific gene primers from the WRKY70 gene sequence and analyze the nucleotide variations and genetic diversity among several citrus genotypes. Genomic DNA from nine citrus genotypes were amplified using WRKY70-specific gene primers and the products of PCR were sent to Sanger sequencing, while the sequences of the other 12 genotypes were collected from Citrus Genome Database. The results revealed a total of 282 nucleotide variations which consisted of 157 SNPs, 28 insertions, and 97 deletions, were identified in the WRKY70 gene fragment sequence. There were three notable SNPs detected, with only one SNP [C/T] in first intron area at the position of 524 bp downstream from START codon that showed its ability to distinguish between susceptible and tolerant/resistant citrus genotypes. The phylogenetic analysis also revealed the clearly separation among citrus genotypes in two main clusters. The discovery of this SNP is useful for designing a functional marker as a screening tool in citrus breeding program in the future.

Abstract

Solidaritas Yaman-Palestina kini menjadi fokus penting dalam dinamika politik Timur Tengah. Ketegangan Yaman-Israel menarik perhatian global, menunjukkan komitmen Yaman membela Palestina. Penelitian ini menganalisis pidato perang Yahya Saree menggunakan kerangka metodologi tafsir Abu Hayyan dari kitab Bahrul Muhit. Studi ini menerapkan pendekatan tekstual, linguistik, sosio-historis, logis, dan sistemik untuk mengungkap dimensi solidaritas dan resistensi dalam pidato tersebut. Penelitian bertujuan memahami solidaritas Yaman-Palestina dalam konteks regional yang lebih luas, sekaligus membuktikan efektivitas metode Abu Hayyan untuk menganalisis karya kontemporer seperti orasi politik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pidato Saree menggunakan konstruksi argumentatif kompleks dan diksi formal untuk menekankan solidaritas kemanusiaan dan penegakan keadilan. Analisis tekstual menemukan penggunaan istilah kunci seperti "wajib" dan "kita" yang mencerminkan kesatuan dan ketegasan sikap. Secara linguistik, pilihan diksi seperti "respons," "dukungan," dan ekspresi religius memperkuat pesan solidaritas. Analisis sosio-historis membuktikan pidato ini mencerminkan realitas politik serangan Yaman terhadap Israel, persaudaraan Islam, dan semangat melawan penindasan Palestina. Pemeriksaan logis mengungkapkan tindakan Yaman berlandaskan tanggung jawab moral, kewajiban agama, dan aspirasi rakyat dengan kepercayaan pada Allah. Secara sistemik, semua komponen pidato saling terkait menyampaikan tema solidaritas dan penolakan agresi Israel secara kohesif, memvalidasi efektivitas metodologi Abu Hayyan untuk teks politik kontemporer.

Abstract

The Cakap Baca literacy program is a program that has been implemented at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin as part of the Teaching Assistance activities. This literacy program falls under the category of basic literacy, specifically reading literacy. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Cakap Baca program at SMP Negeri 1 Banjarmasin, which is designed to improve participants’ abilities to understand, analyze, and evaluate reading texts, using the Kirkpatrick evaluation model. The method used is qualitative, employing the model developed by Donald Kirkpatrick, which consists of four levels: reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document studies. Observations were conducted in stages: during the preparation of the teaching assistance work program, during the implementation of the Cakap Baca program, and after the program was completed. Interviews were conducted throughout the research process, involving 27 students and 2 educators as respondents to obtain in-depth data about their experiences and perceptions of the program. Document studies focused on analyzing students’ work as material for evaluating the program’s success. The study showed positive results across all four levels of the Kirkpatrick evaluation. At the reaction level, students responded enthusiastically and enjoyed the fun and interactive methods. At the learning level, there was an improvement in reading ability and communication skills, although challenges remained in summarizing and critical thinking. At the behavior level, positive changes were observed in reading habits and increased visits to the school’s literacy facilities, although ongoing support is still needed. At the results level, the program impacted the improvement of subject comprehension, especially in Indonesian language, and encouraged the growth of a literacy culture. The positive outcomes of the Cakap Baca program demonstrate its potential as a sustainable literacy initiative that effectively enhances reading skills and fosters a culture of literacy among students. Further support and development are necessary to address challenges in critical thinking and summarizing skills.

Abstract

The important role of teachers in educational institutions includes the Al-Qur'an Education Institution (TPQ), as well as the demand for teachers to have the capacity and capability in learning the Qur'an. So the researchers took the initiative to solve the problem using the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The focus of this assistance is the UMMI Method of Al-Qur'an Teacher Training Procedures and how the impact of the UMMI Method of Al-Qur'an teacher training in Pisang village. The results of this assistance are First, the increasing awareness of TPQ teachers about the importance of the teaching methods used in the process of teaching reading and writing the Qur'an. For example, with the application of 4 models of learning Al-Qur'an, the UMMI Method which includes: private/individual, individual classical, classical reading and listening, and classical reading and listening purely, can improve students' skills in reading and writing the Qur'an quickly and easily. dynamic. Second, the growing fighting spirit of the TPQ teachers in teaching their students using the UMMI method. The application and implementation of the UMMI Method in the Al-Quran learning process at assisted TPQs is guided by the program and learning stages that have been set by the UMMI Foundation. Among them; Implementation of the 7 Basic Ummi Method Programs which include: Tashih, Tahsin, Teacher Certification, Coaching, Supervision, Munaqasah, and Khataman.

Abstract

The waste sorting process produces organic and inorganic waste. It can be converted into Solid Recovered Fuel with the addition of a maximum of 20% plastic, which can be used for co-firing coal combustion in steam power systems. High humidity levels and the condition of organic waste with its various constituent components require drying and other treatments to increase the calorie content. Types of organic waste treatment, methods of drying, and decomposition of organic waste went through a fermentation process. The research aims to identify the effect of fermentation, addition of biomass, and plastic shreds of BBJP products on density, ash content, chlorine, and calorific value. Dimensions of organic waste powder at a level of 50 mesh and plastic shreds of 5-10 mesh are aimed at increasing the pellet/SRF bond. Mechanical testing data in the form of compression testing resulted in a level of resistance that exceeded pellet strength requirements and increased by 67%. Chlorine and sulfur levels are approaching the limit, but ash levels are still high. The calorific value of pellets in the fermented organic waste specimen treatment produces a higher calorific value compared to other treatments. Research on converting waste into co-firing fuel in solid form with the criteria for calorific value and physical properties that comply with the technical requirements for co-firing steam-powered systems can still be optimized to produce fuel with a higher calorie content. Reducing chlorine, sulfur, and ash levels is done for a low-carbon and environmentally friendly combustion process.

Abstract

Self-directed learning is a process of organizing, finding, and even evaluating information or learning messages without help from others. MilleaLab is a VR-based application that can provide an immersive learning experience to support learners when doing independent learning. The purpose of writing this article is to conduct a literature study related to the utilization of MilleaLab application to support independent learning. The research method used is qualitative literature study. Data collection techniques through literature study of 25 relevant research articles within the last five years. Findings: (1) MilleaLab can be used anytime and anywhere according to one's own learning initiative. (2) MilleaLab can improve the understanding of abstract concepts, learning motivation, and learning outcomes of students, (3) MilleaLab is used as an immersive and interesting VR-based alternative learning media. The results of this study not only describe the MilleaLab application, but also the utilization of VR technology through the MilleaLab application to support immersive and interesting independent learning of students.

Abstract

Media short video learning merupakan inovasi pembelajaran digital yang menawarkan konten singkat, mudah dipahami dan menarik. Short video efektif karena fokus pada pada satu topik secara ringkas sehingga memudahkan pemahaman, meningkatkan daya ingat, serta pengembangan keterampilan siswa. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah menjelaskan potensi dan manfaat media short video learning dalam mendukung pembelajaran, khususnya dalam konteks self-paced learning, di mana siswa mengendalikan waktu dan kecepatan belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur, yang datanya berasal dari artikel ilmiah, dan penelitian relevan. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa media short video learning meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pembelajaran, serta memungkinkan siswa untuk mengulang materi sesuai kebutuhan meraka, dalam pengembangan keterampilan metode Metode Self-Paced Learning. Kesimpulanya, media short video learning sangat signifikan dalam mendukung pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, memungkinkan siswa belajar secara mandiri, fleksibel, dan personal, sesuai kebutuhan. Potensinya menjadikan short video learning sebagai salah satu media yang relevan dan strategis dalam pembelajaran modern.

Abstract

This paper examines the effect of transformational leadership and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach is used to examine the relationship or influence between (X), (Y), and (Y1). The population in this study was 50 respondents. The results showed a significant partial effect of the transformational leadership variable on job satisfaction. The organizational culture variable has a partially significant influence on job satisfaction. The transformational leadership variable has a partially significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. There is no significant partial effect of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior. This study has implications for the importance of cultural awareness of organizational citizenship behavior for each individual to build a good work team so that the achievement of organizational performance can be better than before.
