Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of demand forecasting on inventory management efficiency, focusing on the implementation of the ARIMA method in the context of a manufacturing company in Indonesia. Using a quantitative case study approach, the research explores the relationship between forecasting accuracy and key inventory performance metrics. Results indicate that improved forecasting accuracy significantly enhances inventory efficiency, with the ARIMA method outperforming traditional methods. The implementation of ARIMA resulted in a 36.8% increase in Inventory Turnover Ratio and a 53.3% decrease in stockout rate. Time series analysis revealed a long-term improvement trend in inventory efficiency with significant seasonal components. This research provides valuable insights for practitioners and academics on the critical role of demand forecasting in optimizing inventory management and the potential of the ARIMA method in improving companies' operational efficiency.

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi masyarakat Desa Bandung, Kabupaten Serang, adalah minimnya penerangan di sepanjang jalan akses menuju pemakaman, sehingga mengakibatkan kondisi malam hari yang gelap dan tidak aman. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan sistem penerangan jalan umum yang aman, efisien, dan mudah dikelola dengan memasang unit lampu penerangan jalan umum yang dilengkapi pengatur waktu elektronik. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan lapangan, perancangan instalasi menggunakan diagram garis tunggal, penyiapan material dan peralatan, serta pemasangan sistem pada enam titik lampu yang telah ditentukan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa semua lampu berfungsi dengan baik dan pengatur waktu elektronik dapat mengatur lampu menyala dan mati secara otomatis, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi energi.

Abstract

 The oil-draining machine at UMKM Jabal Dinar experienced excessive vibration issues, rendering it inoperative for approximately four years. This problem impacted the quality of the spinach chips produced. This study aims to identify the main causes of unstable vibrations in the oil-draining machine, analyze their effects on product quality, and develop improvement strategies to enhance the machine's vibration stability. The method employed was experimental, with initial vibration measurements reaching 20,83 mm/s, classified in Zone D (red) according to the ISO 10816-3 standard, indicating very high vibrations that could lead to severe damage if not addressed. Modifications were made by replacing the shaft, bearings, and pulleys, as well as performing proper alignment. The improvements resulted in a significant reduction in vibration, positively impacting product quality and extending the machine's lifespan. The study concludes that component modifications and alignment corrections effectively reduced excessive vibrations in the oil-draining machine, ultimately increasing production efficiency and reducing damage to the spinach chips.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine how the phonological features of the Javanese language represent Javanese culture through the short film Uba Rampe (2025). This study used a qualitative descriptive method; the analysis focused on spoken utterances in the film that reflect elements of Javanese cultural representation. The research applied Chomsky’s theory of sound change to explain how specific phonological adaptations function as markers of cultural identity within the Javanese linguistic system. In addition, Poedjosoedarmo’s theory of linguistic politeness provides a framework for understanding how phonological variation can embody social values, particularly those related to respect and refinement in Javanese speech. The findings revealed several distinctive phonological phenomena, including phoneme alternations, allophonic variations, and aspiration patterns, which symbolize unique culturalcharacteristics of the Javanese language. Moreover, the presence of pre-nasalization in the utterances is a salient indicator of politeness, reflecting the Javanese emphasis on harmonious social interaction and deference. These phonological features were not merely linguistic markers but also served as representations of deeper cultural meanings embedded in everyday communication. Overall, this study demonstrated that the phonological system of Javanese plays a vital role in maintaining and expressing cultural identity, illustrating the intricate intertwining of language and culture within Javanese society.

Abstract

Akhir-akhir ini terdapat banyak lagu-lagu populer dalam dunia hiburan. Dari hasil observasi, lagu-lagu seperti Rapsodi (2019) dan Magic Hour (2024) yang dibawakan oleh JKT48 mengandung banyak bentuk afiksasi yang menarik untuk dianalisis, terutama dalam hal penggunaan prefiks ber- dan ter-. Selain karena kedua lagu tersebut mengandung banyak bentuk derivasi dengan prefiks ber- dan ter-, lagu Rapsodi (2019) dan Magic Hour (2024) juga menarik untuk dikaji dari segi linguistik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis proses derivasi prefiks ber- dan ter- serta makna gramatikalnya dalam lirik lagu orisinal JKT48 Rapsodi (2019) dan Magic Hour (2024). Dengan berlandaskan pandangan bahwa morfologi tidak hanya membahas struktur kata, tetapi juga makna yang muncul melalui afiksasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik simak dan catat. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teori pada pembahasan prefix ber- dan ter-. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ber- dan ter- tidak hanya membentuk kata, tetapi juga menghasilkan variasi makna gramatikal yang memperkaya struktur dan pesan dalam lirik lagu orisinil JKT48 Rapsodi (2019) dan Magic Hour (2024). Prefiks ber- menciptakan tiga pola derivasi berupa (1) transformasi nomina ke verba aktif, (2) verba bermakna "mengeluarkan sesuatu", dan (3) penambahan makna aktivitas tanpa perubahan kelas kata. Prefiks ter- memiliki dua fungsi primer yang membentuk verba pasif dari nomina dan menandai makna keadaan dari verba. Derivasi ini menggambarkan subjek dalam lirik sebagai pasien atau entitas yang mengalami kondisi tertentu.

Abstract

Accelerating digital transformation has fundamentally reshaped employee competency requirements and work-related behaviors, compelling organizations to develop workforces that are both digitally proficient and highly adaptive. This study aims to systematically synthesize empirical evidence regarding the influence of digital competence and employee agility on employee performance across diverse organizational contexts. A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA guidelines. Relevant peer-reviewed articles published between 2021 and 2025 were identified through comprehensive searches of Scopus- and Sinta-indexed databases. A rigorous multi-stage screening and eligibility process resulted in the selection of ten high-quality studies, which were subsequently analyzed using thematic analysis techniques. The findings indicate that digital competence generally exerts a positive influence on employee performance, operating through both direct effects and indirect mechanisms such as enhanced work efficiency, innovation, and technology utilization. However, the strength and consistency of these effects vary across organizational settings and sectors. In contrast, employee agility emerges as a more consistent and robust predictor of employee performance, functioning as a critical adaptive capability that bridges digital competencies with effective work outcomes in dynamic environments. Despite these insights, the reviewed literature reveals several limitations, including fragmented theoretical frameworks, inconsistent empirical findings, a predominance of cross-sectional research designs, and limited contextual diversity. This review contributes an integrated understanding of the complementary roles of digital competence and employee agility in shaping employee performance. Furthermore, it highlights the need for conceptual model development and methodological diversification in future research. The synthesis offers evidence-based guidance for organizations navigating human resource management challenges in the digital era by emphasizing the balanced development of digital capabilities and adaptive capacities to achieve sustainable performance improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the process of affixation and grammatical meaning found in the lyrics of songs on Tiara Andini's album Arti Untuk Cinta using morphological analysis. The affixation studied includes prefixes, suffixes, and confixes that play a role in forming grammatical meaning in the words of song lyrics. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of reading, listening, and note-taking. The research data was obtained from four songs in the album Arti Untuk Cinta, namely Cintanya Aku, Diam-diam, Padamu Luka, and Bahaya. The results showed that there were 36 affixed words, with prefixes being the most dominant type of affixation with 24 data, while suffixes and confixes each amounted to 6 data. The affixation process produced grammatical meanings that served to clarify the meaning, refine the style of language, and strengthen the emotional expression in the song lyrics. Thus, affixation played an important role in building the beauty of language and the message conveyed in the song lyrics on Tiara Andini's album Arti Untuk Cinta.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses afiksasi serta makna gramatikal yang terdapat dalam lirik lagu pada album Arti Untuk Cinta karya Tiara Andini dengan menggunakan kajian morfologi. Afiksasi yang dikaji meliputi prefiks, sufiks, dan konfiks yang berperan dalam pembentukan makna gramatikal pada kata-kata dalam lirik lagu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa teknik baca, simak, dan catat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari empat lagu dalam album Arti Untuk Cinta, yaitu Cintanya Aku, Diam-diam, Padamu Luka, dan Bahaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 36 data kata berafiksasi, dengan prefiks sebagai jenis afiksasi yang paling dominan sebanyak 24 data, sedangkan sufiks dan konfiks masing-masing berjumlah 6 data. Proses afiksasi tersebut menghasilkan makna gramatikal yang berfungsi memperjelas makna, memperhalus gaya bahasa, serta memperkuat ekspresi emosional dalam lirik lagu. Dengan demikian, afiksasi berperan penting dalam membangun keindahan bahasa dan pesan yang ingin disampaikan dalam lirik lagu pada album Arti Untuk Cinta karya TiaraAndini.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the productivity and functions of illocutionary speech acts in the mini album Kalih Welasku (2023) by Denny Caknan. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, the study sought to show how utterances in song lyrics built the speaker’s communicative intentions. The data were analyzed based on Searle’s theory of illocutionary speech acts, which classified illocution into five categories: assertive, directive, commissive, expressive, and declarative. This framework was applied to identify the types of utterances that appeared and to interpret the pragmatic functions underlying each line of the lyrics. The findings showed that four types of illocutionary speech acts appeared in the four songs included in the mini-album, namely assertive, directive, commissive, and expressive acts. Among all findings, assertive speech acts were the most dominant, indicating that the lyrics were largely used to state beliefs, describe conditions, or directly express the speaker’s thoughts. Directive, commissive, and expressive acts also appeared, but with lower frequency. Meanwhile, declarative speech acts were not found in the data, suggesting that the song lyrics did not contain utterances that changed social status or reality. These findings illustrated patterns of speech act usage in contemporary Javanese popular music.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the types of illocutionary acts contained in the lyrics of the song Tanpa Cinta by Tiara Andini. A qualitative descriptive method is used to describe in detail the various types of speech acts actualized through the lyrics of the song. Data were obtained from Tiara Andini's official YouTube account related to the lyrics of Tanpa Cinta using the listening and note-taking technique. Using a pragmatic perspective as a framework for analysis, specifically Searle's (1979) theory of illocutionary acts, and based on the data analyzed, the following types of speech acts were found: A pragmatic perspective was used as the analytical framework, specifically Searle's (1979) theory of illocutionary acts. Based on the data analyzed, the types of speech acts found in the lyrics of Tiara Andini's song Tanpa Cinta were assertive, directive, expressive, and commissive. In this case, assertive speech acts dominate over other speech acts, and no declarative speech acts were found. The dominance of assertive speech acts occurs because the lyrics of Tanpa Cinta largely represent the speaker's depiction of the situation, beliefs, and assessments of the relationship they are experiencing, so that the speaker is committed to the truth of what they are saying. This indicates the speaker's effort to convey information or state a condition with a commitment to the truth of the utterance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengoptimalkan tata kelola rantai pasok serta alur pelaporan keuangan pada Swalayan Aman melalui pendekatan analisis flowchart sistem informasi. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah bagaimana integrasi aliran data antara Sales, Pemasok, Kasir, dan Manajemen dapat meminimalisir kesalahan input dan mempercepat penyajian laporan mingguan. Analisis dilakukan untuk melihat sejauh mana sinkronisasi dokumen seperti faktur dan bukti input dapat memperkuat validasi data operasional retail. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi langsung dan wawancara dengan personel operasional pada Maret 2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi memberikan tingkat efisiensi yang lebih tinggi, terutama pada aspek rekonsiliasi data antara bagian gudang dan kasir. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa restrukturisasi alur informasi digital pada Swalayan Aman berhasil menciptakan transparansi laporan yang lebih akurat dan memangkas waktu tunggu distribusi barang.
