Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of 30-meter sprint training on Nare Chagi's kick speed. The research was carried out at the Kotabaru Regency Dojang, managed directly by the Kotabaru Regency Taekwondo Management. This research was required to be completed in one month, August-September 2023. This research used an experimental method. The research sample was 30 POPDA athletes. The research results showed that the 30-meter running exercise influenced the increase in Nare Chagi's kick speed, with an increase in the experimental group from 0.42 to 0.89 or the average number of kicks increasing by 0.47. 30 meter running training can significantly increase the speed of the Nare Chagi kick by carrying out a T-test with the result of a Sig-t value of 0.02 < 0.05 HO Rejected and H1 Accepted. In conclusion, there is a significant influence between 30M speed running and nare chagi kick speed. Keywords TA30 Meter Fast Run, Nare Chagi, Taekwondo, Vertical Jump

Abstract

As one of the private schools in Makassar, Elim Christian High School, the assessment process carried out by teachers on students is still done manually or by recording. Reviewing the assessment of students with academic achievements includes assessments in several subjects as well as non-academic achievements in terms of arts, sports and extracurricular activities. This research aims to design a decision support system application that can assist teachers in managing final grades to determine students with academic and non-academic achievements using a web-based application, using the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Method. The research model included is the SDLC model which starts from analysis, design, implementation, testing and evaluation. Analyze student data and teacher grades. The implementation section creates a web-based application that can carry out the process of selecting the best students. Testing uses black box testing which tests all menus, ensuring the output and functionality are appropriate. The data analysis technique entered is quantitative analysis. Where, quantitative analysis in the form of data is obtained by collecting student data and their grades. The findings are in the form of an application that helps teachers provide recommendations for students who excel both academically and non-academicly in the specified assessment categories. By implementing the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique method in implementing the decision support system application, it makes it easier for teachers to determine outstanding students.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study examines the effectiveness of plyometric training on improving handball shooting accuracy.Materials and methods. In this study using a prism flow diagram and using the PICO method data collection technique. By collecting national articles through google scholar, crossrev and scopus obtained through the help of the "Publish or Perish" application.Result. Based on the literature review collected by the researcher, it can be concluded that plyometric training has a significant effect on improving shooting accuracy in various sports. It optimises muscle strength, speed and coordination through explosive movements, which are essential for improving shooting performance. Plyometric not only improves physical abilities such as strength and jump height, but also improves technical skills in shooting more accurately and effectively. Therefore, the integration of plyometric training in athletes' training programmes is highly recommended to achieve optimal shooting results.Conclusion. 1). Plyometric training has a significant effect on improving shooting accuracy in various sports. 2). It optimises muscle strength, speed and coordination through explosive movements, which are essential for improving shooting performance. 3). Plyometric not only improves physical abilities such as strength and jump height, but also improves technical skills in shooting more accurately and effectively. Therefore, it is important to choose the right training programme for athletes to achieve optimal shooting results.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the extent of the role and contribution of Physical Education teachers to sports achievements in schools. Sports achievements in this research are focused on sports which is one of the sports contested in the National Student Sports Olympiad. The method used is a qualitative research method. The data collection technique uses interview techniques focusing on understanding a phenomenon through interaction. Reflexive thematic analysis data analysis techniques consist of; 1) recognizing data, 2) generating codes, 3) developing themes, 4) reviewing potential themes, 5) defining and naming themes, and 6) creating a report. The research correspondents consisted of class V and VI athletes who excelled in the National Student Sports Olympiads at the South Kalimantan Province level and sports practitioners, namely parents and accompanying teachers, in this case, Physical Education teachers. The results of the data analysis articulate that the role of Physical Education teachers in developing swimming performance is not yet visible, in fact, it is very minimal. Students practice swimming because they join clubs at the direction of their parents or family.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani memegang peranan penting dalam membentuk kemandirian belajar siswa, yang meliputi inisiatif, rasa percaya diri, tanggung jawab, dan keterampilan memecahkan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana Pendidikan Jasmani dapat mendukung pengembangan kemandirian belajar melalui literatur yang relevan. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini meliputi bagaimana aktivitas fisik mendorong siswa untuk mengambil keputusan secara mandiri, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri dalam menghadapi tantangan, dan membangun tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran penting Kurikulum Mandiri dan Profil Siswa Pancasila dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang mandiri. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan jasmani tidak hanya fokus pada pengembangan fisik dan membentuk karakter siswa agar lebih proaktif, kreatif, dan mandiri dalam belajar.

Abstract

Physical fitness plays a key role in supporting growth and fostering a healthy lifestyle among elementary students. However, physical education is often delivered using conventional methods that lack effectiveness in enhancing fitness levels. This study aims to identify learning models that effectively improve students' physical fitness. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PICO framework and PRISMA flow diagram, data were sourced via Publish or Perish from Google Scholar and Crossref. Keywords included “student physical fitness,” “physical education learning models,” and “teaching style in physical education.” From 1,000 initial articles, seven met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Findings reveal that models such as Project-Based Learning (PjBL), circuit games, Puzzle Run, and play-based methods significantly enhance cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular strength, agility, and motor coordination. The study concludes that active, engaging, and contextual teaching approaches are more effective than conventional methods in improving students’ physical fitness.

Abstract

Problems: Swimming is included in physical education subject matter in schools where swimming is not only a physical activity but also requires comprehensive knowledge of basic techniques, safety regulations, and related principles. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the STAD cooperative learning model based on audiovisual media in improving the breaststroke swimming knowledge of class VIII students at MTs Wali Songo. Methods: The study used the Kemmis and Taggart classroom action research model with four implementation stages (planning, action or action, observation, and reflection) with a research sample of 28 class VIII students. The data collection instrument used a test (4 forms of questions), and the analysis technique used quantitative data analyzed descriptively and using a percentage formula. Result: The study's results showed an increase in the percentage of success indicators from the pre-test of 20.43% to 64.29% in cycle one and a rise of 78.57% in cycle two, which exceeded the success indicator of 75%. Conclusion: It can be concluded that in learning breaststroke swimming material for class VIII through the STAD cooperative learning model based on audiovisual media with a span of two cycles, with each cycle having two meetings, the implementation of learning successfully improved students' knowledge.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk; mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh internalisasi physical literacy melalui pembelajaran PJOK melalui project based learning terhadap physical fitness related health peserta didik. Metode yang diambil yaitu experiment dengan teknik Pretest-Posstest control Group Design, dengan populasi seluruh peserta didik kelas XI yang berjumlah 113 dan diambil sampel sebanyak 93 peserta didik dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil uji Mann Whitneyy diperoleh bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0.05 atau Sig. (2-tailed) (0,000)  0.05 yang artinya ada perbedaan yang signifikan kebugaran jasmani terkait kesehatan antara kelas eksperimen (internalisasi literasi fisik berbasis PjBL) dengan kelas kontrol (komando). Disimpulkan bahwa internalisasi literasi fisik pada pembelajaran PJOK berbasis PjBL secara signifikan memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kebugaran jasmani terkait kesehatanpeserta didik kelas XI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran PJOK berbasis Project Based Learning (PjBL) yang diintegrasikan dengan internalisasi Physical Literacy terhadap peningkatan Physical Fitness Related Skills siswa kelas XI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI MAN 1 Barito Kuala yang dibagi menjadi kelompok perlakuan (treatment) dan kelompok kontrol. sampel berjumlah 95 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan pertimbangan waktu penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Tes kebugaran Siswa Indonesia (TKSI) Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan Uji T untuk mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata hasil posttest antar dua kelompok. Dari hasil perhitungan analisis terlihat dari nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,010 (p 0,05) yang artinya terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil posttest kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran PJOK berbasis proyek yang terintegrasi dengan Physical Literacy lebih efektif dibandingkan metode Direct Instruction dalam meningkatkan physical fitness related skills siswa.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara cross sectional motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI SMA yang ditinjau dari indikator indeks masa tubuh, aktivitas fisik, lingkungan belajar, sarana prasarana serta pemanfaatan gadget khususnya pada pembelajaran PJOK. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis regresi logistic multinomial melalui proses pengumpulan data lapangan menggunakan instrumen Tes Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT) dari panduan Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN) kemenpora serta pengumpulan data variabel lainnya berdasarkan Angket-angket yang sudah diujikan validitasnya sehingga memperoleh data-data dalam bentuk nilai presentase (%) angka-angka yang sifatnya kuantitatif Analisis. Dengan hasil akhir penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterkaitan tidak langsung antara motivasi belajar siswa dengan Indeks masa tubuh, aktivitas fisik, lingkungan belajar, sarana prasarana serta pemanfaatan gadget yang dianalisis secara cross sectional. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sangat diperlukanya memperhatikan berbagai aspek-aspek tersebut guna menjaga motivasi belajar siswa dalam kondisi yang terbaik.  Kata Kunci: Motivasi Belajar, Indeks Masa Tubuh, Aktifitas Fisik, Sarana   Prasarana, Lingkungan Belajar, Pemanfaatan Gadget AbstractThis study aims to analyze cross-sectionally the learning motivation of grade XI high school students reviewed from indicators of body mass index, physical activity, learning environment, facilities and infrastructure and the use of gadgets, especially in PJOK learning. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with simple correlation analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis through the process of collecting field data using the Body Mass Index Test (BMI) instrument from the Nusantara Student Fitness Test (TKPN) guideline of the Ministry of Youth and Sports and collecting other variable data based on Questionnaires that have been tested for validity so as to obtain data in the form of percentage values (%) of numbers that are quantitative in nature Analysis. With the final results of the study showing that there is an indirect relationship between student learning motivation and Body Mass Index, physical activity, learning environment, facilities and infrastructure and the use of gadgets which are analyzed cross-sectionally. From here it can be concluded that it is very necessary to pay attention to these various aspects in order to maintain student learning motivation in the best condition.Keywords : Learning Motivation, Body Mass Index, Physical Activity, Facilities and Infrastructure, Learning Environment, Gadget Utilization
