Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Brand Image, Lokasi, dan Strategi Marketing terhadap keputusan mahasiswa memilih Universitas Ciputra Makassar. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan kuesioner skala Likert 5, disebarkan kepada 103 responden, dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil menunjukkan Brand Image dan Strategi Marketing berpengaruh positif serta signifikan terhadap keputusan memilih, sedangkan Lokasi tidak signifikan. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya citra merek dan strategi pemasaran efektif dibandingkan faktor lokasi. Penelitian memberikan implikasi praktis bagi strategi promosi perguruan tinggi serta kontribusi teoretis dalam literatur pemasaran pendidikan digital.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of openness to experience, social support, and job satisfaction on employee performance, as well as to analyze the role of job satisfaction as a mediating variable in the relationship between openness to experience and social support on employee performance in the West Sulawesi Regional Police. This study used a quantitative method, with sampling using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 99 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire, using a Likert scale of 1–5, limited interviews to validate contextual information, and document analysis to support descriptive data. Testing the quality of the research instrument used a validity test and a reliability test. The analytical tools used were classical assumption test analysis consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test; multiple linear regression analysis; path analysis; Sobel test analysis; then hypothesis testing used a partial test (t-statistic test), simultaneous test (F-statistic test), and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) openness to experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) social support does not have a significant effect on employee performance; (3) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between openness to experience and employee performance; (4) job satisfaction is not able to mediate the relationship between social support and employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police; (5) job satisfaction has an influence and is not significant on employee performance at the West Sulawesi Regional Police

Abstract

Permasalahan sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah sekitar PLTP Gunung Salak, seperti rendahnya pendapatan petani, pengelolaan limbah yang kurang optimal, dan tingginya angka stunting, mendorong perlunya program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang berdampak nyata dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program CSR “Permata Tani Pulosari” oleh PT PLN Indonesia Power PLTP Gunung Salak dengan menggunakan pendekatan Social Return on Investment (SROI). Program ini berfokus pada pertanian berkelanjutan, pengelolaan limbah peternakan, dan intervensi kesehatan masyarakat dalam upaya penurunan stunting. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif-deskriptif dengan data primer (wawancara, observasi, dan partisipasi pemangku kepentingan) serta data sekunder dari dokumen program. Hasil menunjukkan setiap Rp1 investasi menghasilkan Rp1,19 manfaat sosial. Dampak positif utama meliputi peningkatan pendapatan kelompok tani, penghematan biaya pupuk kimia, peningkatan produktivitas pertanian, serta kontribusi terhadap penurunan angka stunting. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa metode SROI efektif untuk menilai nilai sosial dan ekonomi program CSR secara objektif dan berbasis bukti. Kesimpulannya, program CSR “Permata Tani Pulosari” memberikan dampak sosial-ekonomi positif yang signifikan dan direkomendasikan untuk terus dikembangkan dengan pendekatan lintas sektor agar keberlanjutan manfaatnya terjamin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan serta keputusan pembelian ulang layanan Grab Bike di STIE Ciputra Makassar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 115 responden dan data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan keputusan pembelian ulang, sedangkan kualitas layanan hanya berpengaruh pada kepuasan. Kepuasan konsumen tidak memediasi hubungan antara harga dan keputusan pembelian ulang maupun antara kualitas layanan dan keputusan pembelian ulang. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan baru mengenai faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan pembelian ulang dalam layanan transportasi online di Indonesia.

Abstract

Increased internet penetration in Indonesia has led to a shift in marketing technology. This makes online sales practices that have many advantages for both companies and consumers a lot to do. Online sales cover the whole process from marketing, selling, shipping, service, and payment to consumers. However, the marketing mix through the internet changes the focus from previously only focusing on the seller's view to a more interactive situation involving consumers, making it easier for consumers to make decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions in Mamuju Regency. The population in this study are consumers who make online purchases in Mamuju Regency whose numbers are unknown or categorized as infinity. To calculate the number of samples, this study uses the Stanley et al. (1997) because population size is unknown or infinite with a certain level of significance (α). The results of this study indicate that the indicator of the marketing mix does not have a meaningful meaning for the purchasing decision of a consumer to make online purchases. Consumer perceptions that make purchases online show that the products offered online lack variety, the quality is still low, the design and packaging are not attractive and well known, the price is less competitive and affordable, the price is not in accordance with the quality and benefits, the vendor does not have a place of existence that is clear and reliable, product catalogs and prices that are less complete and less updated, website design lacks information, lack of discounts offered, less interactive marketing systems, ordering processes and complaints are relatively easy.

Abstract

Berdasarkan penelusuran penulis di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Garut, nampaknya terdapat permasalahan dalam menganalisis kebijakan akreditasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak. (LKSA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi tentang kebijakan akreditasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak. (LKSA). Serta untuk mengembangkan ilmu di bidang Administrasi Negara, khususnya di bidang Kebijakan Publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian bahwa evaluasi kebijakan akreditasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) dari kriteria efektifitas atau (effectiveness), efesiensi, Kecukupan (adequacy), perataan (equity), Responsivitas (responsivennes) ketepatan (appropriateness) Ketepatan dalam Akreditasi Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial (LKS) dan Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Anak (LKSA) di Kabupaten Garut sudah cukup tetapat sesuai dengan kebutuhan dilapangan namun masih ada beberapa hambatan yang di hadapi yang diantaranya adalah Masalah pendanaan, Kurangnnya sumberdaya manusia dan sarana prasarana yang tersedia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan adanya permasalahan dalam kinerja pegawai yang masih belum baik, salah satunya di lihat dari aspek pekerjaan yang sering terlambat dan kurangnya motivasi serta lemahnya pengembangan karir pegawai di Kecamatan Pakenjeng dan Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Garut, adapaun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh pengembangan karierdan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pakenjeng dan Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Garut. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei, Teknik pengumpulan data, melaui Studi dokumentasi dan Studi lapangan (field research), dengan jumlah populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian sebanyak 75 responden. Metode analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah pendekatan structural equation model partial least square (SEM PLS) melalui pemanfaatan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pakenjeng dan Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Garut. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa semakin baik pengembangan karier dan motivasi kerja pegawai maka kinerja pegawai semakin optimal. Hasil temuan dilapangan kestiaan pegawai pada organiasi, penghargaan atas prestasi pegawai dan waktu laporan dalam penyelesaiaan tugas kerja pegawai yang masih perlu di tingkatkan agar kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Pakenjeng dan Kecamatan Pamulihan Kabupaten Garut bisa berjalan dengan optimal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Pemasaran Digital dan Citra Merek terhadap Niat Pembelian Generasi Z pada brand Jiniso. Metode kuantitatif dengan kuesioner skala Likert disebarkan kepada 208 responden Generasi Z, dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasil menunjukkan Citra Merek dan Pemasaran Digital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Niat Pembelian. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penguatan citra merek melalui kualitas produk dan storytelling, dipadukan dengan strategi pemasaran digital interaktif untuk Generasi Z.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the CPI Makassar area location on consumer purchase decisions at Starbucks Sunset Quay CPI. The approach used in this research is quantitative, with data collected through questionnaires involving a number of respondents who are customers of Starbucks Sunset Quay CPI. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The analysis process includes a measurement model to link indicators with the measured constructs and a structural model to test the relationships between constructs. The results of the study show that the location of the CPI Makassar area has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase decisions. These findings indicate that the location factor plays an important role in consumers’ decisions to visit and make purchases at Starbucks Sunset Quay CPI. This research provides implications for Starbucks to continue leveraging the advantage of its location as a marketing strategy and to enhance customer comfort and experience. The limitation of this study lies in its focus on a single main variable and a quantitative approach that does not explore other potential factors influencing consumer purchase decisions. Therefore, future research is recommended to include additional variables such as service quality

Abstract

To maintain the financial stability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a vital issue which needs a revitalization of green economic capability. This study explores the impact of Green Economy Capability (GEC) on the financial stability of MSMEs in the coastal region of Bira Beach, with a focus on the mediating role of government support. A SmartPLS-SEM used in this study to investigate the survey involving 150 MSMEs. The key variables measured include GEC, financial stability, and government support, with the data analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The findings indicate that GEC significantly influences government support, which in turn has a positive effect on financial stability. However, GEC does not have a direct impact on MSMEs' financial stability. These findings underscore the critical role of government policies in supporting the adoption of sustainable practices among MSMEs, particularly in regions heavily dependent on tourism. This research contributes to the literature by providing empirical evidence of the indirect relationship between GEC and financial stability through government support in the coastal MSME sector. In results, we offered two solutions. First, the policymakers must prioritize initiatives that strengthen MSME’s capacity for sustainable practices. Second, the need for tailored support systems in coastal areas like the adoption of green practices which must be integrated with local economic strategies to yield both environmental and financial benefits.
