Mitra Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah Keluarga Prasejahtera. Masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah: (1) lahan pekarangan rumah tidak dimanfaatkan untuk budidaya sayuran, (2) ibu rumah tangga umumnya tak berpenghasilan. PPM ini bertujuan; (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat kelompok sasaran agar mampu memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga melalui pengelolaan pekarangan sebagai rumah pangan (sayuran); (2) Memberikan keterampilan pembuatan hidroponik dalam mengembangkan sayuran sebagai wirausaha keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yakni dengan pendekatan Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) dan Community Empowerment (CE), dengan metode pelatihan dan kerja praktik, dan pendampingan. Hasil yang dicapai adalah (1) Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan gizi keluarga dengan memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan. (2) Mitra memiliki keterampilan membuat hidroponik dalam mengembangkan sayuran sebagai wirausaha keluarga.

The aim of this program was (1) to increase theknowledge and skills of the target group in order to manage 3Twaste into compost and liquid organic fertilizer; (2) tointroduce the appropriate technology for the composter for thecommunity as a tool for the composting process; (3) to provideknowledge and skills of the targeted group community to beable to meet the family's nutritional needs through themanagement of the yard as a food (vegetable) home; (4) toprovide business management skills, production, marketingand packaging of fertilizer products. The results of theimplementation of learning and community empowermentprogram showed: (1) the number of participants who activelyparticipated in this learning and empowerment program was45 people who were Raskin recipients; (2) training participantshave had the knowledge and skills in making hydroponics,liquid organic fertilizer (POC), and composting; (3) threehydroponic model houses were built in Bilokka, Corawali, andLise Villages, respectively. It is recommended that the LocalGovernment learn and empower the community through thedevelopment of organic resources based on local resources toincrease family income. Thus, an intense assistance can beconducted in order to improve the living standards of thecommunity.

The coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is increasingly spreading and spreading rapidly and is becoming the biggest global polemic for now. It also affects limited SME activity and fewer direct-to-consumer purchases than usual. The development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in the Recovery of the Covid-19 Pandemic, in addition to requiring strategies that can affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency, is a marketing strategy. Based on the background description above, the researcher is interested in conducting research and compiling a thesis, with the title "Analysis of MSME Development in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency After Covid-19, the problem was formulated in this study, namely Whether Marketing Strategies Affect the Development of MSMEs in Topejawa Beach Tourist Destinations, Takalar Regency in recovering from the Covid-19 Pandemic. Benefits This research is theoretically and beneficially. The population in the number of 63 MSMEs. The sampling method is Purposive sampling samples taken by 63 people for the development of MSMEs at the Topejawa Beach Tourism location, Takalar Regency. something that the questionnaire would measure. Data analysis techniques debgab Conduct validity tests and significance tests of a variable are said to be reliable if they have a Cronbach Alpha > 0.60. In this study, using multiple linear regression analysis using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) Application Program for windows. This can be seen based on the regression results that have been obtained by researchers, namely T count 13,383 > T table 2,684 with a significance level of 0.002 which means it is smaller than 0.05. Marketing strategy with a Sig rate value of 0.002 < 0.05

This study aims to analyze the effect of GRDP, unemployment and education on poverty in the Bulukumba district. This study used quantitative methods, while data collection was carried out by means of documentation on documents obtained at the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bulukumba regency regarding GRDP, Unemployment and Education for the period 2012-2019. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Based on the results of partial testing, GRDP, education and unemployment each have a positive and significant effect in realizing poverty in the people of Bulukumba district. (2) PDRB, Education and Unemployment have a simultaneous influence in realizing the poverty of the people of Bulukumba Regency

This study aims to determine the effect of online consumer reviews and prices on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The research method used is the quantitative method with the method of collecting data, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation. In this survey, the majority of respondents are students who have made online purchases, and overall there are 97 respondents. The data collection methodology used a questionnaire instrument that was compiled based on a Liker scale and had gone through validation and reliability procedures. The analysis was then performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Partially the online consumer review variable had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. 2) Partially, the price variable has a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar. 3) Simultaneously online consumer reviews and prices have a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Makassar.

The purpose of this study was to determine the financial condition of the baked oyster business actors and the application of administrative functions in managing the oyster business in Lajari, Barru Regency to increase family financial income. This study uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The survey results show that the management of the grilled oyster business in Lajari, Barru Regency, is growing every year, so that the income of the grilled oyster entrepreneur s family has increased, and the business manager has implemented a business management function and management strategy, so that grilled oysters develop and are known by many people and last until at the moment.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan adversitas dan efikasi diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 peserta didik, dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 64 peserta didik yang merupakan peserta didik jurusan pemasaran kelas XI dan XII di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar. Pengumpulan data dilakuan dengan teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan adversitas dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha peserta didik di SMK Negeri 1 Makassar baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Dalam penelitian ini Variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh adalah variabel efikasi diri karena memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai koefisien regresi kecerdasan adversitas. Kata kunci : kecerdasan adversitas, efikasi diri, intensi berwirausaha

Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Education and Entrepreneurial Mentality on Entrepreneurial Motivation in Aroepala Food City business actors in Makassar City. This study uses quantitative methods, data collection is done by means of a questionnaire distributed to 36 business actors in Aroepala Food City as a sample taken from the population. The population of this study is the business actor Aroepala Food City. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: based on the results of the partial test, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship mentality each have a positive effect on the entrepreneurial motivation of Aroepala Food City business actors in Makassar City. Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurship mentality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation in Aroepala Food City business actors in Makassar City.
