Abstract

This paper present a numerical simulation of a reinforced concrete shear wall loaded under in-plane and out-of-plane directions using a 3D-NLFEA finite element package. The applied vertical load is controlled as a fraction of the horizontal in plane load. Therefore, inside the 3D-NLFEA package, a special routine was developed to account for changes in the vertical load as a function of the lateral load. The performance of the numerical model is evaluated by comparing not only the load deformation response but also the normalized average strain along the length and height of the shear wall. This study found that the predicted peak and ultimate load only differ by about 0.5% and 0.4%, respectively. By observing the location where the normalized average strain is zero, the average compressive stress from the numerical model can be back-calculated and is 39.73 MPa which is higher than the unconfined concrete compressive strength due to confinement to the core by the tie in the boundary element. On the other hand, the back-calculated average compressive stress from the test result is 26.11 MPa which is lower than the unconfined concrete compressive strength. Therefore, it can be concluded that the proposed numerical model for predicting the shear behavior loaded under in-plane and out-of-plane directions were found to be reasonable and satisfactory.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas strategi peningkatan kompetensi guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital dan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Guru PAI dituntut tidak hanya menguasai materi keagamaan normatif-tekstual, tetapi juga memiliki keterampilan pedagogis berbasis teknologi, perspektif keagamaan yang moderat, serta karakter yang adaptif. Melalui metode deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, artikel ini mengidentifikasi tantangan kontemporer seperti pergeseran otoritas keagamaan digital dan kesenjangan literasi teknologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kompetensi guru PAI dapat dicapai secara efektif melalui integrasi kerangka kerja Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK), penguatan moderasi beragama, optimalisasi forum berbasis komunitas (MGMP), serta pemanfaatan Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM). Sinergi antara kebijakan transformatif pemerintah, komitmen institusi sekolah, dan kesadaran mandiri (self-directed learning) guru menjadi kunci keberhasilan esensial dalam menjaga mutu dan relevansi pendidikan Islam di masa depan.

Abstract

This study examines the concept of Sufi pedagogy in the context of moderate Islamic education, using a qualitative approach and the PRISMA systematic review method approach. Sufi pedagogy is researched as a multidimensional approach that integrates spiritual, social, and technological competencies in shaping students' character. This research explores how moderate Islamic education incorporates values such as justice, tolerance, and empathy into the curriculum to foster a generation that aligns faith and knowledge. These findings reveal that Sufi pedagogy provides a viable solution to contemporary moral and ethical challenges while allowing students to adapt to modern technological advances without losing the essence of Islamic values. By instilling spiritual awareness alongside intellectual growth, this pedagogical model nurtures individuals who are not only well-informed but also have a strong ethical and moral foundation. In an era dominated by artificial intelligence and digital learning, Sufi pedagogy offers a unique bridge between tradition and modernity. Its integration into Islamic education ensures that students are equipped with religious awareness and practical life skills. From this pedagogical approach can contribute to forming a generation that is morally responsible and intellectually competent, ready to navigate the complexities of the modern world.
