Abstract

Sumber daya manusia memegang peranan kunci dalam kesuksesan suatu organisasi. Kesuksesan suatu organisasi tercermin dari tercapainnya visi dan misi organisasi. Salah satu yang dapat membentuk tercapainnya visi dan organisasi adalah memperhatikan beban kerja, stres kerja dan disiplin kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Trifa Raya Laboratories. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel yang diambil dari populasi dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 10% sehingga diperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 52 orang. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik dan beban kerja berada dalam kategori kurang baik, tanggapan responden terhadap stres kerja berada dalam kategori kurang baik, serta tanggapan responden terhadap disiplin kerja berada dalam kategori kurang baik. Persamaan regresi Y= 53,178 + 0,642X1 + 0,524X2 + 0,801X3 + e, menunjukan beban kerja, stres kerja, disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil korelasi (R) sebesar 0,805 menunjukan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sangat kuat antara beban kerja, stres kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2), menunjukan bahwa besarnya pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 65,5% sisanya 34,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian ini.

Abstract

Auto Technology adalah suatu usaha yang bergerak di bidang technology. Setiap perusahaan di era globalisasi ini dalam kegiatan sehari-harinya akan menghadapi masalah dari berbagai bagian tidak terkecuali dengan bagian yang berhubungan tenaga kerja. Faktor permasalahan yang memungkinkan terjadinya fenomena pada PT. Auto Technology Bandung adalah Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi yang menyebabkan ketidakpuasan karyawan dalam bekerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel total dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 45 orang. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT Auto Technology dalam kategori kurang baik. (2) Motivasi Kerja Karyawan PT Auto Technology dalam kategori kurang baik (3) Budaya Organisasi PT Auto Technology dalam kategori kurang baik. (4) Secara parsial Motivasi Kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. (5) Secara parsial Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan. (6) Secara simultan Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Divisi Mining Service PT Pindad. Jenis penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sensus sebanyak 30 responden. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan Divisi Mining Service PT Pindad. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi secara simultan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Berdasarkan uraian di atas dan dari beberapa pendapat ahli, maka adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan CV Atala Global Indonesia. Penelitian yang digunakan peneliti metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan CV Atala Global Indonesia  sebanyak 30 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS 29 dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau uji T variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 2,692 < 2,056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,012 < 0,05. Variabel Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 0,552 < 2.056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,018 < 0,05. Variabel Lingkungan Kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 3,390 > 2,056 T tabel dengan tingkat sig 0,002 < 0,05. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama atau melalui Uji F variabel Kepemimpinan, Pengembangan Karir dan Lingkungan Kerja secara simultan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini terlihat dari hasil F hitung 105,573 > 2,96 F tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Pengalaman Pembelian terhadap Minat Beli Ulang di Marketplace Lazada. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Dengan mengambil sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 orang yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk di marketplace Lazada. Data dalam Penelitian ini diolah dengan menggunakan Aplikasi SPSS 26 dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial atau uji T variabe Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable Minat Beli Ulang hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 2,562 > 1,985 T tabel, dengan tingkat sig 0,012 < 0,05. Variabel Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Beli Ulang, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 3,893 > 1,985 T tabel, dengan tingkat sig 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel Pengalaman Pembelian tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Beli Ulang, hal ini terlihat dari T hitung 1,886 < 1,985 T tabel, dengan tingkat sig 0,065 > 0,05. Sedangkan secara bersama-sama atau melalui Uji F variabel Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Pengalaman Pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Minat Beli Ulang, hal ini terlihat dari hasil F hitung 24,316 > 2,70 F tabel dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The problem that occurs is that partners have not fully utilized social media as a tool to increase sales. Partners are still focusing on the conventional production of goods and services. Forms of promotions and campaigns on social media have been carried out but have not utilized other features that have a higher level of marketing. Social media plays an important role in disseminating the market. Partners should utilize and optimize social media to market their products. Tiktok shop is a marketing tool that can help partners increase sales. This Community Service aims to assist, provide training and provide tutorials in the use of social media. Another goal is to create social media content for Virageawie partners to increase product sales. This Community Service is carried out for 1 (one) week involving 1 (one) Partner, namely Virageawie with a total of 5 (five) HR people. The solution offered in this service program is to pay attention to registering, managing, accompanying and using the Tiktok shop as a marketing tool. Social media has a very large role and gives quite a big influence in terms of marketing level. Utilizing social media can make it easier for partners to increase sales, considering that social media is a marketing tool that can be seen and reached by many people. By paying attention to the various advantages and benefits of the community service team, the community service team plans to carry out community service activities. Based on the partner problems described above, the solutions that can be given are; (1) Providing socialization on the importance of social media to increase sales, (2) Providing assistance in creating tiktok and tiktok shop accounts, (3) Providing training related to content creation, effective communication and handling consumers, (4) Providing evaluation of activities community service. Business development needs to understand consumer consumption patterns and consumer behavior. Digital and social commerce trends also influence consumer behavior. By understanding and following digital developments, business people can continue to survive and develop their business. One that can be used and empowered in this digital era is to utilize social media, especially the Tiktok shop.

Abstract

Financial independence is what the Cinangsih SEKMA Community desires. One way is to maximize the use of social media and e-commerce. Two weaknesses experienced by the Cinangsih SEKMA Community are that they do not have the desire to become entrepreneurs. The Cinangsih SEKMA community has not used social media and e-commerce well. One program that can be done is to take advantage of the reseller program without capital. Partners are still focused on socializing so they have not yet utilized it for entrepreneurship. This community service activity focuses on socialization and training for the Cinangsih SEKMA Community. Develop a desire for entrepreneurship and have the desire to utilize social media and e-commerce. This community service is carried out for 1 month for socialization, training and mentoring. Activities focus on socialization, fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and assistance in implementing reseller programs without capital. The solutions provided in this service program are 1) Socialization in fostering an entrepreneurial spirit, 2) Socialization in using social media and e-commerce, 3) Reseller Program without capital. The method used to overcome the problems faced by the Cinangsih SEKMA community is to explain, explain and assist in cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. Another method is to utilize social media and e-commerce to implement it in a reseller program without capital. This community service is hoped by the SEKMA Cinangsih community to have financial independence by running a reseller program without capital. Cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit requires the role of a mentor who is ready to help and accompany. Financial independence requires the right method. One thing that can be utilized is by utilizing social media, applications and e-commerce.

One potential empowerment strategy is to build the tourism sector according to potential in the social, economic and cultural fields so that it has implications for increasing the usefulness of resources for all parties involved in it, both government and society. Through tourism at the tourist attractions in Cibiru Wetan Village, the industry will develop more rapidly with the goal to be achieved, namely programs that are beneficial to the community, the community is involved starting from the planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation process, as well as maximizing resource potential. owned, whether human (society), natural (natural potential) or economic (bugdet funds or donations) resources. Apart from that, tourist villages offer new experiences, living at one with rural nature, breathing fresh air, far from pollution and noise, experiencing and being involved in local community activities, in the sense that tourists don't just see the beauty of nature, but can live in it. Tourists can fully experience and enjoy the natural and social culture of the village. The stages of the service method are (1) Problem analysis, (2) Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with partners to determine the priority scale, (3) Training and Mentoring, (4) Development of Infrastructure, (5) Monitoring and Evaluation and Program Sustainability. The target output of this activity is, in addition to increasing the skills of partners, also publication in the SINTA 3 National Journal, West Java Tribune Mass Media and publication of video content of the implementation of the activity as well as additional output in the form of IPR. The service technology readiness level is at level 2 leading to level 3. The results of the activities are: increasing the knowledge and skills of partners through training and mentoring, fulfilling the development of infrastructure, and establishing university and village partnerships.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of inventory costs at PT HM Sampoerna Tbk on the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE). This research uses descriptive, quantitative, and verification methods based on empirical philosophy. For this reason, this study uses a purposive trial examination which produces one organization from 2012-2021. This study used the documentation strategy and information selection in the quantitative methodology. The organization's official website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and other supporting pages provide information. Microsoft Succeed, and SPSS 25 were used to carry out examinations in this study. Based on the findings of this study, inventory costs are jointly influenced by Current Ratio (CR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Return On Equity (ROE).
