Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cooperative model type Think Pair Share (TPS) on 4th grade student learning outcomes in Elementary School (SD) on tema 2, subtema 1. The research method used was quasi-experimental design with pretest posttest control group design type . This research was conducted at SDN 04 Simalanggang, Kab. 50 Kota. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling technique. Where there are two research samples, namely the control class and the experimental class, each class consists of 24 students. The instrument used in the form of tests and non-tests. The results showed that there was an effect of the TPS type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of grade IV theme 2 students, subtheme 1. This was evidenced by the results of the t-test with a significance level of 0.05 obtained t count> t table (2.87801> 2.01290). Learning outcomes obtained by the experimental class are higher than the control class, shown from the average experimental class of 82.38 and the control class average of 76.79. Keywords: Think Pair Share, learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to detect the key issues and challenges faced by English lecturers in implementing gamification in teaching English for Specific Purposes (ESP). This study was a qualitative study with case study design. A number of 16 lecturers were participants of this study. The data was collected through structured interviews, and then analyzed the interview responses using content analysis. The result of the study shown that there were factors or issues such as the occurrence of problems like irregularities, objections, and challenges during the game, the creation of a negative competitive environment, the extension of the time allotted for the game, and the creation of a noisy environment were found to be challenges to the use of gamification in the classroom. In addition, technical difficulties and problems with digital games, lack of technology and internet, technology, screen, and game addiction, and health or psychological issues are some of the main reasons why lecturers do not use gamification in their ESP teaching.

Abstract

Consumer satisfaction with service quality at Siesan Cafe is carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and TRIZ methods. Service quality is defined as a large measure of the level of service that can be provided in accordance with the level of consumer expectations. Consumer satisfaction is used to determine the level of customer satisfaction with the quality of products or services provided by the company. Consumer satisfaction is satisfaction. Consumer pleasure is satisfaction using the marketing mix attributes (4P) of products /services, prices /prices, places /places, and promotions /promotions that use average value calculations between consumer perceptions and employee performance, GAP values, and Cartesian diagrams. The most dominant factor is the product /service, place/place, and promotion/ promotion, wherein because of that service, place, and promotion does not meet the level of consumer perception/desire, so consumers feel less satisfied with the services provided from this value, namely, Products/Services with a percentage of 88.75% (not satisfactory) and a GAP value of -0.2, then there is a price/ price with a percentage of 87.85% (not satisfactory) and a GAP value of -0.5, then a place/place with a percentage of 91 , 83% (not satisfactory) and GAP value -0.4, and the last promotion / promotion with a percentage of 83.75% (not satisfactory) and GAP value -0.6.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta mendeskripsikan tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dikelas III di SD Negeri 14 Kelakik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini bertempatan di SDN 14 Kelakik yang dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa, guru wali kelas, kepala sekolah dan objek penelitian ini tingkat kedisiplinan siswa. Insrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar observasi,lembar wawancara, dan dokumentasi. teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non tes .Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan.  keabsahan data di uji triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat kedisiplinan siswa pada saat  proses pembelajaran menunjukan bahwa(1)Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa diawal kegiatan pembelajaran bahwa masih terdapat siswa  kurang  disiplin  waktu  terkadang siswa masih ada yang melanggar tata tertib pada  saat didalam kelas maupun dilingkungan sekolah.(2)Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dikegiatan inti pembelajaran  bahwa siswa masih kurang memperhatikan guru ketika pada saat proses belajar mengajar didalam kelas ini  disebabkan  karena siswa suka berbicara antar temanya(3)Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa  dikegiatan akhir pembelajaran bahwa siswa selalu disiplin waktu selain itu jika  siswa diberikan tugas oleh guru disekolah selalu tepat waktu dalam mengumpulkanya tugas sekolah(4)Tingkat kedisiplinan siswa dikegiatan penilaian pembelajaran bahwa siswa  tidak pernah menyuruh kepada  temannya dalam mengerjakan  tugas. kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tingkat kedisiplinan siswa pada saat proses pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia  masih mengikuti tata tertib kelas dalam pembelajaran sebagai upaya untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to examine the dynamics of training and lifestyle in increasing VO₂max capacity in school-level athletes through a qualitative approach. The method used was a qualitative literature study by analyzing various relevant previous studies to gain an in-depth understanding of the factors influencing VO₂max increases. The results of the study indicate that high-intensity training methods such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) along with an active lifestyle that includes regular physical activity outside of formal training and a balanced nutritional pattern significantly contribute to increased aerobic capacity. Consistency and adherence to the training program also play a crucial role in the success of physiological adaptations. This study confirms that the combination of appropriate training and a healthy lifestyle results in a more effective increase in VO₂max than training alone without a good lifestyle support. In conclusion, integrative training programs and healthy lifestyle education need to be developed to support the sporting achievements and long-term health of young athletes in a sustainable manner. These findings can serve as a reference for coaches, educators, and policymakers in developing school-age sports
