Abstract

Pemberdayaan UMKM tidak hanya berkontribusi pada perkembangan individu atau bisnis tersebut, tetapi juga memberikan dampak positif pada ekonomi lokal. tujuan dilakukannya Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan UMKM lokal melalui pelatihan digital marketing dan e-commerce. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan studi literature atau Library Research. Tujuannya adalah untuk menganalisis perbandingan teori-teori yang ada dengan teori-teori sebelumnya pada literature hasil penelitian. Literature yang digunakan adalah literature dari hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat atau review yang tersaji dalam artikel ilmiah berupatasi nasional dan internasional yang bersesuaian dengan topik yang akan dikaji. Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing, maka UMKM perlu meningkatkan adaptasi terhadap perkembangan teknologi pemasaran yang sedang berkembang saat ini, seperti kemampuan dalam bermedia sosial atau digital marketing. Pelatihan marketing dan e-commerce UMKM lokal melalui pengembangan marketing secara digital guna mendorong ekonomi masyarakat agar semakin bangkit dan mengikuti perkembangan saat ini.

Abstract

In general, a person's career is divided into four groups, namely being civil and government civil servants, BUMN employees in various sectors, private employees in various sectors, as well as being an entrepreneur and the like. This research will focus on career choices and orientation in the millennial generation. The millennial generation or generation Z who were born after 1995. Generations that are different from previous generations are the baby boomers, generation X, and generation Y. This research gap has caused policy makers in corporate organizational management to start adapting and seeing what trends are different from other generations. other. This study uses qualitative studies from various recent journals. The results of the study show that most of the millennial generation have career habits with various career patterns, starting from a career as a stepping stone to getting out of their comfort zone by starting a business. The millennial generation is more concerned with salary or income as satisfaction at work.

Abstract

Kecamatan Warunggunung terletak di kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten mempunyai komoditas pepaya california. Namun beberapa masalah yang dihadapi mitra adalah harga jual yang menurun pada saat panen raya dan melebihi kebutuhan pasar serta masyarakat yang belum mampu mengolah pepaya california. Dengan demikian, tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah menjaga stabilitas harga jual pepaya california dengan mengolahnya menjadi produk olahan yang lebih tahan lama berupa dodol pepaya, donat pepaya, dan keripik papaya serta desain label produk. Metode yang digunakan pada Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah metode partisipatif dengan sasaran pelatihan adalah kelompok tani Lugina berjumlah 15 orang. Rangkaian kegiatan dilaksanakan sebanyak empat kali pelatihan. Kegiatan sosialisasi, penyuluhan dan pelatihan dalam pengolahan pepaya california ini berjalan dengan lancar dan kondusif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah mitra telah mampu mengolah pepaya california menjadi beberapa olahan kuliner seperti dodol, donat, dan keripik papaya serta desain label produk yang dapat meningkatkan harga jual produk olahan pepaya California di pasaran. Pelatihan ini juga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mitra sebesar 80% termasuk kriteria sangat baik, 13% termasuk dalam kriteria baik, dan 7% dengan kriteria cukup baik.

Abstract

Stunting is fancy language for malnutrition, before independence Indonesia experienced extraordinary cases of malnutrition. The aim of implementing Community Service (PKM) was initiated by dozens of cases of stunting in the Real Work Lecture (KKM) environment of Group 42 of Bina Bangsa University, namely Bulakan Village, Cilegon City, Banten Province. The first step taken before carrying out the socialization of PKM Health was to conduct a survey and then coordinate with the local village head and Bulakan Village Health Center officers. After participating in cross-sector stunting socialization, 20 participants participated. The expected result is that stunting participants, sub-district/village officials, and health workers can support the acceleration of stunting reduction by doing various things that have been explained during the socialization

Abstract

This community service is carried out in order to advance SMEs from Jaserco members so that they are known and build networks at the Jaserco Gathering event carried out by the Jaserco Community, Jaserco Gathering 2023 Committee, representatives of lecturers from Bina Bangsa University and Satya Negara Indonesia University in the form of promoting SMEs and building digital economy in Serang City for Jaserco members who have businesses to be known by other community members. This activity was planned two months in advance with open booth promotions for both SMEs and sponsorships, then a simple booth was created that could be recognized and build a customer network through fellow members of Jaserco community in Serang City. The number of SME members of Jaserco is actually large, but approximately 10 SMEs participated with limited space and time. This activity aims to increase promotion of members who own UKM so that they are better known and build a digital UKM economy. This program will be planned regularly every year so that new SMEs emerge and motivate Jaserco members

Abstract

Generation Z has unique characteristics compared to other generations. A generation that is always looking for references for something almost 24 hours a day via mobile technology and social networks. The aim of this research is to determine Generation Z's opinions on forming co-creation in coffee shop properties that are currently trending. In addition to the development of digital marketing and the growth of coffee shop businesses in Indonesia, this generation is used to giving feedback and suggestions via social media or directly.The research method used utilizes literature studies and literature reviews from books, journals and previous consultancy research institutions. The results of the research show that Generation Z plays a role and actively participates in the formation of co-creation in coffee shops, although Zero Consumers are said to be among those who do not care about the menu, price, quality, etc. hold. Abstract

Management information system (SIM) is management that uses an information system basis in running a system. This SIM is widely used in various sectors with the aim of making it easier for an organization to be effective and efficient. The aim of this research is to determine the mapping of Management Information Systems in coffee shops in Indonesia from various published journals. The method of this research is a literature study from journals related to coffee shop Management Information Systems. Abstract

Kaizen appears when many items are purchased but there is no or lack of control in their implementation. The purpose of this assistance activity in implementing Kaizen management and administration is to manage a science laboratory organization in a school so that the management of goods and administration can run well. The method used is the 5S method (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, and Shitsuke) and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, and Action). As a result of this activity, the TCS Science Laboratory can implement Kaizen well and can do it routinely and continuously.

Abstract

Implementing management using the Kaizen 5S method is one way to find out how an organization is good and neat in managing its activities and operations. The Kaizen 5S method is a method that originates from Japan and has been adopted by countries throughout the world. Meanwhile, an earthquake disaster evacuation simulation is an activity that is made similar to when an earthquake disaster occurs with activities according to the SOP. This research aims to implement the Kaizen method and earthquake disaster evacuation simulation which has been studied in an educational organization at SDN Bulakan II in Cilegon City. The method used is applying the Kaizen method and earthquake disaster evacuation simulation. The results of the implementation conclude that the benefits of these two activities influence management and operational activities.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of artificial Intelligence in education and employment necessitates that universities generate graduates capable of adapting to the future of artificial Intelligence. Numerous studies have examined the adaptation and challenges of implementing AI among students. This study aims to identify the essential values and their incorporation into curricula to enhance students' preparedness for the contemporary workforce influenced by Artificial Intelligence. The study used a qualitative method, using literature studies and empirical studies. The study's findings indicate that students must possess seven skills to effectively compete with advancements in AI technology: problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity and innovation, communication, collaboration, digital data literacy, and ethical judgment. With these skills, students can control and collaborate with technology, making production performance more effective, efficient, and high quality. Acquiring skills to navigate the AI era can be achieved by incorporating Logic, Philosophy, English, Business Management, Research Methodology, Entrepreneurship, and Ethics courses.
