Abstract

Career development is the company's obligation to fulfill employee rights. So that employee commitment arises in the work process. Effective career development will result in job satisfaction and the form of reciprocity will make maximum efforts with all the abilities it has to complete its work tasks. Human Resources are important assets and act as the main driving factor in the implementation of all agency activities or activities, so they must be managed properly in terms of empowerment and capacity building. This research was conducted to collect readings and find out what are the effects of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance. This study uses the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. SLR is a research approach that involves the identification, evaluation, and interpretation of all relevant research results to answer a particular research question, theme, or phenomenon of relevance. Based on the results of 10 journals that researchers found, it is important for companies to increase empowerment, hard skills, and soft skills in an effort to improve employee performance. Employees must be more empowered in ways such as providing job delegation, talent coaching, education and development, so that each employee can be more empowered and develop.

Abstract

Suatu Perusahaan sangat membutuhkan sumber daya manusia untuk menggerakkan atasa kelancaran jalannya sebuah organisasi atau Perusahaan, bahkan maju mundurnya perusahan ditentukan oleh keberadaan sumber daya manusianya. PT. Pratama Abadi Indistri JX Sukabumi adalah salah satu Perusahaan yang mempunyai sumber daya manusia yang cukup banyak, dalam hal ini PT. Pratama abadi indutri jx sukabumi kurang memperhatikan karyawan dengan kurangnya fasilitas tunjangan kesejahteraan dan Kesehatan terhadap kinerja karyawannya. Maka dari itu perlu penelitian untuk tiga variabel tersebut. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Tunjangan Kesejahteraan dan Kesehatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Pratama Abadi Indsutri JX Sukabumi. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitsatif, dengan mengunakan sample sebanyak 72 orang karyawan pada PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX Sukabumi. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan analisis linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh tunjangan kesejahteraan terhadap kinerja karyawan Hasil penelitian ini tentunya sangat penting bagi PT. Pratama Abadi Industri jx Sukabumi untuk mengevaluasi cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawan agar karyawan dapat tetap semangat alam bekerja. Kata Kunci: Tunjangan Kesejahteran, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

This service aims to increase awareness about building mental health and anti-bullying among students at the MA Al-Masthuriyah school, Sukabumi Regency, and also to provide a deeper understanding of the psychological impact of bullying. Through this outreach activity, it is hoped that school residents can become more responsive and proactive in preventing and overcoming cases of bullying. In this way, a safe and supportive learning environment can be created, allowing each individual to grow and develop optimally without fear of intimidation or unpleasant treatment. This service activity was carried out involving second grade students from the Department of Science, Social Sciences and Religion, reaching fifty people. This counseling is delivered in the form of interactive learning sessions with material covering, mental health, the importance of recognizing bullying, and preventing bullying; as well as in the form of playing guess the picture. Evaluation was carried out by distributing participant satisfaction questionnaires and then analyzed descriptively. The results show that the counseling towards a superior generation, building mental health and anti-bullying among high school students in Sukabumi Regency provides significant benefits for the students of MA Al-Masthuriyah school. Participants demonstrated increased understanding of Mental Health and Anti-Bullying. The majority of participants expressed satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods

Abstract

In Indonesia, social media has become one of the most popular platforms among young people. However, the high use of social media is not balanced with awareness of the negative impacts it can have, one of which is hoaxes. Hoaxes, disinformation and misinformation are often discussed in the digital world and on media internet, and it can be said that the spread of hoaxes in Indonesia is influenced by low digital literacy. Many people are not yet fully aware of the impact of media on various life contexts. Responding to this phenomenon, a team from the Indonesian Wiyata Management Institute and Ma'soem University held community service regarding social media literacy training related to hoax prevention for high school students in Sukabumi Regency. The aim of this community service is to increase knowledge and awareness regarding the impact of social media, especially to provide awareness of the importance of social media. Abstract

This counseling discusses the importance of character education and self-improvement in building a quality generation. Based on Constitution Number 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, education is carried out to create an optimal learning environment and activate students in developing various abilities, morals and personalities. The concept of character and self-improvement is influenced by the environment such as family, friends, and language. The character education strategy uses a Multiple Intelligence approach to optimize students' talents and character. Extension methods include a character-based learning approach, self-improvement counseling, and implementation case studies at SMPN 2 Cibadak. Counseling uses visual slides and interactive discussions, and pre- and post-surveys are carried out for evaluation. The results show an increase in participants' understanding and satisfaction with the materials and counseling methods, providing significant benefits for students at SMPN 2 Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency

Abstract

In Indonesia, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) faces challenges in public affairs and is connected to companies' efforts to create a good public image through CSR Programmes. This study focuses on PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Mekarsari's CSR programme and the Public Affairs strategies used by the CSR department. The study was conducted in the CSR Department of PT Aqua Golden Mississippi. It specifically examines the public affairs strategies related to the WASH CSR programme. The research analyzes the public affairs strategy implemented by the CSR Department of PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Mekarsari towards the community of Benda Village, Cicurug Subdistrict. The stakeholders involved in the Wash CSR program include NGOs, Government, and Media. The research used a qualitative method with a case study approach. The findings reveal that PT Aqua Golden Mississippi Mekarsari collaborates with stakeholders such as NGOs, Government, and media to overcome resistance to the CSR program. In conclusion, while CSR programmes aim to create a positive public opinion, community resistance may not significantly impact CSR initiatives. Therefore, it is crucial to thoroughly identify, analyze, and implement well-evaluated strategies to ensure the success of CSR programmes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Work Environment dan Transformational Leadership Style terhadap Turnover Intention. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Stockfit B PT. Pratama Abadi Industri JX. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik eliminasi sampel berdasarkan tabel Isaac Newton dan Michael Faraday yang menggunakan penentuan tingkat kesalahan 5% dengan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 102 karyawan. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis dan penarikan kesimpulan, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan Uji T dan hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F. Work Environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,001 < 0,05 dan t hitung (3,546) > t tabel (1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung (-4,803) > t tabel (-1,98). Transformational Leadership Style berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap karyawan untuk memutuskan keluar dari perusahaan, dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai perhitungan yang paling besar dari variabel lainnya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Pabrik Boneka Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 sampel. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode Sampling Incidental. Untuk pembuktian hipotesis dan penarikan kesimpulan, digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, dan koefisien determinasi (R2), pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dengan Uji T dan hipotesis secara simultan dengan Uji F. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,924 > 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung -0,096 < t tabel 1,661. Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dibuktikan dengan hasil sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dengan nilai t hitung 7.226 > t tabel 1,661. Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kemampuan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji F sebesar 28,628 dengan signifikansi sebesar 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study were all customers of Bubble'ku Bubble Drink and Ice Blend at Ramayana Department Store of Sukabumi City for June which as many as 900 people as the population. The sample of study was determined by Slovin formula, so that 90 sample was obtained. To test the analysis of research instruments, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were employed. For statistical analysis and relationship analysis, Pearson product moment correlation was used, as well as the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression, and the t test and F test to test the null hypothesis. The findings reveal that simultaneously product quality and price significantly influence customer loyalty. By comparing Fstatistic with ttable (82.536 > 3.10), which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, and H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, so the research hypotheses proposed in this study prove that product quality and price together (simultaneously) affect the customer loyalty. The contribution of product quality and price to customer loyalty is 65.5%, and the remaining 34.45% is influenced by variables not examined other than product quality and price. These variables include marketing strategy, location, promotion, marketing mix, service quality, promotion, and so on.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of intercultural communication related to multiculturalism, cultural differences, and language as a cultural map at SMA Mardi Yuana, Sukabumi City, Indonesia, on efforts to build national unity. The author used qualitative research methods with semi-structured interview techniques, through a case study approach from the participants. The results of the interviews were thematically analyzed by the author and then grouped based on the similarity of views expressed by the informants. The author found that there are significant differences in students' opinions regarding tolerance and multiculturalism based on gender. Male student informants tend to have a higher tendency to have a negative opinion on problems caused by differences in ethnicity, religion and race compared to female students. Gender plays a role in students' perceptions of social and cultural issues. These findings highlight the importance of education on tolerance and inclusion in schools. By understanding the complexity of students' views and the factors that have an impact on them, schools and educational institutions can design more effective programs in promoting tolerance, respect and inclusion among students, thus forming a generation that is more empathetic, inclusive and appreciative of multiculturalism.
