Humans often experience change and growth, which can lead to all kinds of challenges that need to be faced and overcome properly. The achievement of company goals can be realized if the company's human resources show good work performance. The purpose of this study was to see how different dimensions or variables, such as training and skills, affected the performance of Indonesian migrant workers abroad. The research method used was a survey method using a questionnaire distributed to 89 people using the Isaac and Michael table equations. While the instrument quality testing techniques include validity and reliability tests, and data analysis techniques such as descriptive analysis and correlation, as well as hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that two independent variables have a significant effect on performance, namely the training variable with a t-value of 0.933 > 1.98 t-table and a significance value of 0.353 > 0.05 and skills with a t-count of 3.397 > 1.97 t-table and a significant value of 0.001 0.05. Research limitations and implications: This analysis was only carried out in one BP2MI office, and only two dimensions or variables were tested. It is hoped that the implementation of training and skills can be formulated and adapted to the needs of Indonesian migrant workers at BP2MI so that it can be implemented.

This research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance and workload on employee performance. This research is descriptive quantitative with a saturated sampling technique (total sample). The data collection method in this research uses raw data obtained through a questionnaire survey. The sample in this study consisted of 30 respondents, employees of Pak Karuk convection in Pamijahan, Bogor Regency. Classic assumption tests include the Normality Test. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, Determination Coefficient (R2), Simultaneous Test (F), Partial Test (T). The results of this research show that work life balance is not proven to have an effect on employee performance, while workload has an effect on employee performance.

This study investigates the impact of work discipline and work-life balance on employee productivity at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia's Sukabumi Branch Office. A quantitative correlation approach was used to obtain data from 100 employees via a Likert questionnaire. The findings of the investigation revealed that both work discipline and work-life balance had a considerable favorable impact on employee productivity. It was discovered that the higher the level of work discipline and work-life balance, the higher the expected work productivity. Although no significant relationship was found between work discipline and work-life balance, both together affect work productivity. Regression analysis shows that both have a significant impact individually on work productivity. Work discipline affects work productivity by 0.261 units, while work-life balance affects it by 0.335 units. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination shows that about 20.5% of the variation in work productivity can be explained by work discipline and work-life balance. Although the regression model can explain a small portion of the variation in work productivity, there are still other factors affecting work productivity that are not included in this model. This study provides important insights for company management in improving employee productivity through the implementation of good work discipline and optimal work-life balance. It is hoped that the results of this study can be the basis for company policy in establishing a favorable workplace and supporting employee productivity.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of lifestyle dimensions or variables on buying intention of Samsung Smartphone brand products. The research method uses quantitative methods by using primary that is taken from questionnaires and distributed to 100 respondents by stratified random sampling technique to senior high school students in Sukabumi City. Instrument testing techniques use validity and reliability testing. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and correlation analysis while for testing hypotheses using multiple regression analysis. In this study it can be concluded that lifestyle has a significant effect on buying intention with a value of t count 5,000 and t table 1,984 or 5,000> 1,984 as well as the price has a significant effect on buying intention with t count value 5.570 and t table 1.984 or 5.570> 1.984. Simultaneous results show lifestyle and price affect the buying intention with the results of table f 59.8882 and 3.940 or 59.8882> 3.940.

This research is motivated by a decrease in the number of customers in the last 3 (three) years which indicates a decrease in customer loyalty to Indosat Ooredo. With the existing problems, this study aims to examine the effect of price and product quality on Indosat Ooredo's internet customer loyalty in Sukabumi. The research method used is quantitative descriptive, using a sample of 100 Indosat Ooredoo internet users in Sukabumi. The results of the study show that R square value is 67.1%, which indicates customer loyalty is determined positively and significantly by product quality and product quality with a regression equation Y = 4,709 + 0,100 X1 + 0,288 X2. Simultaneous analysis results show that price and product quality affect customer loyalty. The t test shows that there is no partial effect between the price of Indosat Ooredo Internet Loyalty Customers in Sukabumi. Partially there is a positive and significant effect between Product Quality on Indosat Ooredo's Internet Customer Loyalty in Sukabumi.

This study aims to determine the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of food supermarket products. This study uses an associative quantitative approach using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique that has criteria as consumers of yogya Ciranjang department stores. The instrument testing in this study used validity and reliability tests, data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis, used the classical assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and multiple linear regression analysis consisting of hypothesis testing (t test and F test). ) and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this study indicate that: (1) Display Product has a positive effect on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products, as evidenced by the t value of 2.129 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.149; (2) Price Discount has a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the t count value of 4.471 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.315; and (3) Product Display and Price Discounts have a positive effect on Impulse Buying for food supermarket products, as evidenced by the F count result of 27.425 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the effect of Display Product and Price Discount on Impulse Buying of supermarket food products is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 0.348 indicating that the ability of the independent variable in explaining the variation of the dependent variable is 34.8% and the remaining 65.2% is explained by the variable others outside of this research model

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist ticket prices and tourist attraction on tourist satisfaction at the Situgunung Sukabumi Suspension Bridge. The method used in this survey is a quantitative descriptive survey method, where questionnaires are distributed to 100 samples using the Objective Sampling method based on Situgunung tourism. The results of this study indicate that the Adjusted R-squared value is 71.8% which indicates that tourist satisfaction is positively and significantly influenced by ticket prices and tourist attractions with the regression equation Y = 9.828 + 0.433X1 + 1.157X2. Simultaneous analysis results show that ticket prices and tourist attractions have an effect on tourist satisfaction. The t-test shows that there is a partial effect between ticket prices and tourist attraction for tourist satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Kawasaki motorcycles. The research process is deductive in nature, where to answer the problem formulation, concepts or theories are used so that hypotheses can be formulated. The hypothesis is then tested through field data collection using a questionnaire distributed to 100 samples with purposive sampling technique that has criteria as a Kawasaki motorcycle user in Tangerang City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t-count value of 6.599 and the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.288; (2) Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.641 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.287; and (3) product quality and lifestyle have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions as evidenced by the F count result of 42,902 with a significance of 0.000. (4) The magnitude of the influence of product quality and lifestyle on purchasing decisions is evidenced by the adjusted R square value of 0.611 indicating that the ability of the independent variable to explain the variation of the dependent variable is 61.1% and the remaining 38.9% is explained by other variables outside this research model

Kajian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya rumah makan yang mengalami kerugian bahkan sampai bangkrut dalam 1 tahun terakhir yang menunjukkan adanya penurunan pelanggan Sono Coffee Selabintana Coffe Shop. Dengan permasalahan yang ada, kajian ini dimaksudkan guna menguji dampak electronic word of mouth dan keyakinan atas niat beli ulang pada kedai kopi Sono Coffe Selabintana. Metode kajian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 pelanggan Sono Coffe Selabintana. Hasil kajian melihatkan bahwa nilai R square sebanyak 65% yang menunjukkan niat beli ulang ditentukan oleh electronic word of mouth dan keyakinan secara baik dan substansial dengan persamaan regresi Y= 11,718 + 0,180 X1 + 0,182 X2. Hasil analisis secara simultan memperlihatkan bahwa eletcronic word of mouth dan kepercayaan mempengaruhi niat beli ulang. uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada dampak parsial antara electronic word of mouth dan keyakinan atas rencana beli ulang pada Sono Coffee Selabintana.
