Abstract

Strengthening human resources (HR) in the MSME and cooperative sectors is an important aspect of enhancing local economic competitiveness, including in Cianjur Regency. MSMEs and cooperatives as main drivers of the people's economy often face various obstacles such as weak managerial capabilities, limited financial literacy understanding, and restricted use of digital technology in running their businesses. These problems cause productivity and business sustainability to be less than optimal. To address these issues, a Community Service activity titled “Strengthening MSME and Cooperative HR through Counseling and Joint Dialogue in Cianjur Regency” was carried out by lecturers and students from several universities in Indonesia. The activities were conducted through counseling methods, group discussions, and interactive dialogues involving MSME actors, cooperative administrators, regional officials, and relevant stakeholders. The materials delivered included business management, financial literacy, digital marketing strategies, and strengthening partnership networks between business actors and supporting institutions. This Community Service activity was enthusiastically attended by participants who gained new understanding in managing businesses professionally, innovatively, and adaptively to digital development. This program is expected to increase the capacity of MSME and cooperative HR, strengthen collaboration among economic actors, and encourage the creation of economic independence and community welfare in Cianjur Regency sustainably.

Abstract

This International Community Service activity is motivated by the community's need for quality assistance and mobility aids (orthoses). People who have physical limitations often face challenges in getting access to mobility aids that meet international health needs and standards. This assistance covers various aspects, including providing emotional support, education and training regarding the use of mobility aids. The focus of International PkM activities aims to increase the independence and quality of life of individuals with physical limitations. The method of International PkM activities consists of socialization, patient registration and examination, making orthosis devices, installing equipment, monitoring and evaluating activities. The result of the Catur Insan Scholar University (UCIC) International PkM activity is an increase in mobility and ability to move for individuals who receive mobility aids. This can have a positive impact on daily life, allowing them to be more independent and involved in social and economic activities.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving landscape of global e-commerce, businesses are compelled to undergo digital transformations to remain competitive. This study delves into the digital business transformation journey of Shopee, a prominent player in the e-commerce realm, focusing on its integrated strategy amidst the global market. Despite extensive research on digital marketing, there remains a gap in comprehending how digital marketing strategies, customer experience, technological innovation, and digital marketing engagement synergize within the context of Shopee’s digital ecosystem. This study aims to address this gap by analyzing the interplay between these variables and their impact on digital marketing engagement. Employing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using SmartPLS version 4, the research scrutinizes key variables, namely Digital Marketing Strategies, Customer Experience, Technological Innovation, and Digital Marketing Engagement. The analysis is supported by insights synthesized from academic literature, industry reports, and empirical data. The findings provide valuable insights into how the integration of digital marketing strategies, technological innovation, and customer experience contributes to strengthening digital marketing engagement within Shopee’s platform. This study offers important implications for practitioners and scholars navigating the complexities of digital business transformation. However, while acknowledging the significance of these findings, it is important to note the study’s limitations, including sample size and potential biases inherent in self-reported data. Nevertheless, this research contributes to the ongoing discourse on digital marketing strategies by offering a nuanced understanding of the multifaceted dynamics shaping the global e-commerce landscape.

Abstract

Abstrak memberikan wacana mengenai penelitian yang dilaksanakan, ditulis lengkap dan jelas. Abstrak ditulis dalam dua bahasa yaitu Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, diketik dalam 1 paragraf 1 spasi sejumlah 150-200 kata, berisi pokok-pokok penelitian, seperti tujuan, metode dan hasil penelitian. Abstrak harus dapat menggambarkan bagaimana penelitian yang dilakukan dapat berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Kata kunci ditulis di bawah abstrak dalam format bold dan italic (cetak tebal dan miring) dan merubakan substansi dari penelitian yang dilakukan. Kata kunci juga sebaiknya tersebut dalam judul. Format penulisan abstrak dan kata kunci, serta tubuh artikel seluruhnya harus mengikuti cetakan ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra merek, kepuasan pelanggan, dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dalam industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Di tengah persaingan pasar digital yang semakin intensif, perusahaan perlu membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan melalui strategi berbasis kepercayaan dan nilai merek. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis SmartPLS untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Sampel terdiri dari 250 responden pengguna aktif layanan telekomunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kepercayaan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas, sedangkan kepuasan pelanggan berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan pentingnya integrasi antara strategi branding dan hubungan pelanggan dalam meningkatkan nilai seumur hidup konsumen. Studi ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengelola merek dalam merancang program loyalitas dan memperkuat kepercayaan pelanggan di era digital.
