Abstract

Pendidikan pancasila merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran wajib yang harus ada disekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Model pembelajaran ini mengutamakan kerjasama serta bersifat permainan dengan mencocokkan sebuah kartu. Model tersebut mampu membuat peserta didik senang dan nyaman dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik lebih mudah dalam memahami materi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain pre-experimental Design jenis One Grup Pretest Posttest Design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas 1 di SDN Cemengbakalan 1. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar tes yang kemudian diuji dengan uji paired sample t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS IBM 25 , mendapatkan hasil bahwa nilai sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari signifikansi (0,000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan pancasila kelas 1 di SDN Cemengbakalan 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not ther is an influence of the cooperative learning model assited by crossword puzzle in the natural and social science subject on the learning motivation of 4th grade students at SD Negeri 102 Palembang. The method used is an experimental method with the design form used in the form of One Group Pretest Posttest Design. The research sample taken in this study was Purposive Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires to determine student learning motivation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were Shapiro-Wilk in the normality test, homogeneity test, and Paired Sample T-Test in the hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that learning motivation in the posttest had a significant increase from the pretest, with the results of learning motivation in the posttest in the high category (27 students), and medium (3 students) with a total score of 1.720 and the average score was 57. In the pretest in the high category (7 students), medium (11 students), and low (12 students) with a total score of 1,169 and the average score was 38,96. Based on data analysis and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that: There is a significant influence of the cooperative learning model assisted by crossword puzlle in the natural and social science subject on the learning motivation of 4th grade students at SD Negeri 102 Palembang

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of sustainability reports on the financial performance of mining companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sustainability reports disclose financial performance as the dependent variable and economic, social, and environmental aspects as independent variables. Mining businesses listed on the IDX that produced sustainability reports in accordance with the GRI G4 standard between 2021 and 2023 constitute the population analyzed in this study. This study employed purposive sampling, yielding a sample of 22 companies with a total of 66 firm-years. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 27 was the methodology used in this investigation. The results of this research show that financial performance is substantially affected by different economic factors, environmental, and social factors as a whole.

Abstract

Rosi talk show was a conversation program that presented Indonesian politics with supporting and opposing government arguments. The objectives were to find expressive acts and to explain how expressive acts performed negative politeness in the Rosi talk show. The theories used politeness strategy by Brown and Levinson (1987) on negative politeness in expressive act by Searle (1975) by the moderator. This study used qualitative content analysis, and the location was YouTube Channel KompasTV. The data were the moderator utterances involving expressive acts representing negative politeness. This research was a purposive sampling technique focussing on three segments in ‘student’s demonstration and Ade Armando percussion’. The data collection technique was free to engage in conversation to transcribe data audio into written, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was used to know the moderator's politeness tendencies. This study used an interactive method by Miles&Huberman (1992) to conclude. The result showed 18 expressive acts with six sub-strategy of negative politeness. Then, seven expressive speech acts: thanking, apologising, blaming, praising, showing sympathy, and accusing. Next, the dominant moderators’ expressive act was blaming. While there are four subnegative politeness strategies: indirect, making pessimism, minimising impositions, and apologising. The researcher found that negative politeness strategies were realised with expressive acts using suspecting to interact with pros participants.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi yang efektif dalam membangun kemandirianekonomi masyarakat di Kelurahan Pamulang Timur. Kemandirian ekonomi merupakan aspek penting untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada bantuan eksternal. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode partisipatif, dimana masyarakat dilibatkan secara aktif dalam proses identifikasi potensi lokal, masalah yang dihadapi, serta perumusan solusi. Analisis SWOT digunakan untuk menggali kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang ada di Kelurahan Pamulang Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kelurahan Pamulang Timur memiliki beberapa potensi ekonomi yang dapat dikembangkan, seperti sektor perdagangan, usaha kecil menengah (UKM), dan pertanian perkotaan. Namun, tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup kurangnya akses permodalan, rendahnya keterampilan manajerial, serta minimnya akses pasar. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, strategi yang diusulkanmeliputi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pelatihan keterampilan, fasilitasi akses permodalan, pengembangan jaringan pasar, serta kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pemerintah daerah dan sektor swasta. Penerapan strategi ini diharapkan dapat mendorong terciptanya kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat, meningkatkan produktivitas, dan pada akhirnya meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Kelurahan Pamulang Timur secara berkelanjutan

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the influence of sustainability reporting, intellectual capital and good corporate governance on company value. The sample used in the study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2023 period as many as 87 years of companies, Data analysis using SPSS 25. The results of this study show that sustainability reporting, intellectual capital and good corporate governance proxied by the audit committee and independent commissioners have a significant effect on the company's value.

Abstract

The many benefits of the TikTok application make researchers interested in developing their TikTok account with the username 'Celinaridha' to increase sales by uploading fashion design education content. The purpose of the study was to analyze fashion design education content, find out the decision to purchase custom-made fashion design and manufacturing services, and find out the effect of fashion design education content analysis on the decision to purchase custom-made fashion design and manufacturing services on TikTok social media. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population is the followers of the Celinaridha account in Indonesia, which is 110,538 followers. Sampling using the Slovin formula with a 10% error limit so that 99.909 were rounded up to 100. The data analysis technique used simple linear regression. The results of the study prove that the average educational content indicator has the highest content quality, the average purchasing decision variable is the highest recommendation from others. The results of the hypothesis test show that there is an influence of fashion design education content on purchasing decisions, this is known from the t-count value which is greater than the t-table, so Ha is accepted. Linear regression test shows that fashion design education content has an influence of 28.2% on the decision to purchase custom-made fashion design and manufacturing services on TikTok social media. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between fashion design education content and purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the results of the t-test which shows that the t-count (2.296) is greater than the t-table (1.984) and a significance value of 0.038 which is smaller than 0.05 so that it can be stated that fashion design education content has an influence on the decision to purchase custom-made fashion design and manufacturing services on TikTok social media.

Abstract

This study is to determine the Authority of the Supervisory Board in Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission. Regarding the KPK Supervisory Board, with the authority to grant permission or not to grant permission for wiretapping, search and/or seizure, this shifts the concept of supervision to the concept of control in the implementation of the duties and authorities of the Corruption Eradication Commission. So that this is closely related to the independence of the Corruption Eradication Committee, which in carrying out its duties and authorities is independent and free from the influence of any power. The results of the study describe the juridical authority of the Supervisory Board in Law No. 19 of 2019 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission and the authority of the Supervisory Board in a sociological perspective. The Supervisory Board is not a law enforcer, but is only tasked with overseeing the implementation of the KPK's duties and authorities. With the existence of the KPK Supervisory Board within the KPK, it is feared that it will hamper efforts to eradicate corruption.

Abstract

This study focuses on improving the efficiency of seaweed production at PT. IHFIM through the development of a discrete event simulation model. The production system includes several main stages such as Pre-Treatment, Initial Rinse, Quality Check, Thermal Drying, Disinfection, and Final Blending. Field observation and actual production data were used to build the simulation model using ProModel software. Model verification was done through running simulations, and validation was conducted statistically using a t-test, confirming that the simulation outputs were consistent with actual conditions. The analysis identified two bottlenecks in the system: Pre-Treatment with 12.88% blocked time and Initial Rinse with 11.60% blocked time. To address these issues, two improvement scenarios were tested. Scenario 1 added an extra tank to the Pre-Treatment stage, which successfully reduced the blockage to 0%. Scenario 2 introduced additional buffer capacity at the Initial Rinse and Quality Check stages, resulting in a 4% reduction in blockage. The results show that increasing capacity at key points can improve material flow and reduce delays. This study concludes that discrete simulation is an effective method for identifying bottlenecks and evaluating operational improvements in agro-industrial production systems

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jenis-jenis tumbuhan yang digunakan dalam tepak sirih serta menganalisis makna simbolik dan nilai etnobotani yang terkandung di dalamnya pada masyarakat Melayu Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur dengan pendekatan etnobotani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tepak sirih terdiri atas lima bahan utama, yaitu daun sirih (Piper betle L.), pinang (Areca catechu L.), kapur (Calcium hydroxide), gambir (Uncaria gambir Roxb.), dan tembakau (Nicotiana tabacum L.). Setiap bahan memiliki makna simbolik: sirih melambangkan kesopanan, pinang keberanian, kapur ketulusan, gambir keteguhan, dan tembakau keakraban. Selain berfungsi dalam upacara adat seperti pernikahan, penyambutan tamu, dan tari persembahan, tepak sirih juga mencerminkan kearifan lokal dalam pemanfaatan dan pelestarian keanekaragaman hayati. Tradisi ini menjadi wujud harmoni antara budaya dan alam, serta sarana pendidikan moral masyarakat Melayu.
