Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem penilaian digital untuk pertandingan Taekwondo dengan menggunakan Arduino Uno sebagai mikrokontroler dan Microsoft Visual Studio untuk pengembangan perangkat lunak, bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi penilaian pertandingan. Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor dan joystick untuk penilaian real-time, yang mengurangi ketergantungan pada penilaian subjektif oleh juri. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan integrasi perangkat keras, yaitu mikrokontroler Arduino Uno, dengan modul Bluetooth HC-05 untuk komunikasi nirkabel, serta aplikasi desktop untuk menampilkan hasil penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu memberikan akurasi penilaian hingga 98% dan respons sistem dalam mencatat skor rata-rata hanya 250 ms setelah tombol ditekan. Pengujian juga menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat secara efektif mengurangi subjektivitas penilaian konvensional dan menyediakan visualisasi real-time dari skor dan lokasi serangan pada tubuh atlet. Implikasi temuan ini menyarankan bahwa teknologi ini dapat diadopsi secara luas untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan objektivitas dalam kompetisi Taekwondo dan olahraga beladiri lainnya.

Abstract

This research develops an aeromodelling aircraft with three wing variations: wingtip, winglet fence, and blended winglet. The aircraft is designed using 3D software and built from polyfoam, with airfoils, servos, ESCs, and motors for control. Each wing type affects performance and battery usage differently. The aircraft is tested over a 5-minute flight. Wingtips improve agility and are the most battery efficient, consuming 12.60%, with battery after Used 87.4%. Winglet fences have similar manoeuvrability to blended winglets but use more battery at 14.32% and 14.61%, respectively. While winglets save energy in large aircraft, in aeromodelling with frequent manoeuvres, they consume more battery due to energy spent on maintaining stability. This study helps aeromodelling enthusiasts choose wings that match their flying needs, whether for agile manoeuvres or fast, straight flight.

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan pengalaman pengguna e-commerce furnitur, khususnya dalam membantu membayangkan penempatan furnitur di ruang nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan membandingkan pengalaman pengguna serta persepsi realisme terhadap fitur markerless AR pada dua aplikasi e-commerce, yaitu Houzz dan Bob’s Furniture. Metode yang digunakan mencakup pendekatan kuantitatif melalui kuesioner UEQ dan Perceived Realism, serta pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan analisis tematik. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan pada empat aspek UEQ (attractiveness, efficiency, dependability, stimulation) dan tiga aspek Perceived Realism (realisme visual, integrasi furnitur, pengalaman menata), dengan seluruh nilai Z negatif yang mengindikasikan Houzz unggul secara konsisten. Perbedaan terbesar pada aspek dependability (0,86) dan integrasi furnitur dengan lingkungan nyata (0,51) menunjukkan keunggulan Houzz dalam memberikan pengalaman AR yang stabil dan immersive. Analisis tematik juga mengungkap bahwa kualitas objek, interaksi AR, dan kemudahan penggunaan menjadi fitur paling berpengaruh dalam membangun pengalaman pengguna. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya desain AR yang immersive, responsif, dan mudah digunakan dalam meningkatkan pengalaman dan persepsi realisme pengguna e-commerce furnitur.

Abstract

Abstract The utilization of coconut fiber currently is limited to making brooms or for burning, necessitating further applications. One of these applications is its use as a reinforcement in composites, enhancing utility value and environmental friendliness. This study focuses on crafting composites from coconut fiber with variations in fiber orientation: random, 0°, and 45°.Tensile testing results reveal that the random fiber orientation variation exhibits the best performance, with a stress of 27.30 MPa, attributed to higher density. The 45° fiber orientation variation has the lowest stress (24.23 MPa) due to a lower fiber count. In bending tests, the random fiber orientation variation again performs the best, with a bending stress of 120 MPa, attributed to its high density that strengthens the structure. The 0° fiber orientation has the lowest bending stress (88.59 MPa) due to lower fiber density.Overall, utilizing coconut fiber as reinforcement in composites shows promising positive outcomes, with the random fiber orientation variation providing the best mechanical performance. This endeavor holds the potential to enhance the economic and ecological value of coconut fiber.Keywords: Composite, fiber, coconut, tensile, bending

Abstract

Food Security Policy is currently one of the government's focuses in anticipating future food crises. Food security, price stability, and supply chain channels are three things that cannot be separated in formulating a major policy on food security. This research aims to analyze supply chain connectivity through the existence of traditional markets in Central Kalimantan Province and analyze how traditional market development and management policies can encourage food security in Central Kalimantan Province. The research gap in this research is the phenomenon of relatively rapid fluctuations in food commodity prices when there is a national issue of increasing the price of one or several food commodities (sembako). This research is classified as qualitative research with an exploratory approach. Data was collected through several techniques, namely structured interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as the use of the Geographic Information System (GIS) application in mapping traditional markets in the Palangka Raya City Agglomeration area. The qualitative data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. Findings in the field show that the coordinates of the locations of traditional markets in Palangka Raya City, Pulang Pisau Regency, Kapuas Regency, Katingan Regency, and East Kotawaringin Regency have been identified. However, there is no information on the commodities traded and the origin of the supply of these commodities. So it cannot be depicted through a map of the food supply chain in the Palangka Raya City agglomeration area. Regarding traditional market development and management policies in supporting food security, it turns out that this is the scope of duties of several agencies including the Development Planning and Research Development Agency (Bappedalitbang), the Agriculture and Food Crops Service, the Industry, Trade and Cooperatives Service (Disperindagkop). This research concludes that the Regional Government in the Palangka Raya City Agglomeration area has relatively the same policies regarding food security but has different strategies adapted to the potential of their respective regions.

Abstract

The Community Service Program of STTKD Lecturers is funded by the Directorate of Research and Community Service of the Ministry of Education and Culture due to the problems faced by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of tempeh chips brand "Tempe Krees", including; low production capacity, inability to meet market demand, poorly organized managerial processes, and unattractive product branding that hinder online market penetration. The solution provided by the Community Service Team in the technological field is to increase the productivity of tempeh chips by using appropriate technological equipment, such as a soybean skin separator machine, tempeh slicing machine, and oil separator machine. In the managerial field, management and marketing training is conducted to reach a wider market share and improve packaging design to increase product branding in order to penetrate the online market. The result of this program is that the managerial competence of the partners has improved, as can be seen from the results of the posttest which has a better value than the pretest results. With the application of appropriate technology equipment, the production of tempeh chips increased from 50-55 pieces @ 250 grams per day to 100-110 pieces @ 250 grams per day. Production costs have decreased from Rp11,025 to Rp9,932, so the profits of MSME partners have increased from before. The next step after this community service is to encourage partners to penetrate the modern market so that partner businesses can develop well and trigger economic growth in the community around the location of MSMEs.

Abstract

Kebijakan dasar dalam hukum ketenagakerjaan adalah melindungi pihak yang lemah, dalam hal ini pekerja/buruh, dari kesewenang-wenangan majikan/pengusaha yang dapat timbul dalam hubungan kerja dengan tujuan memberikan perlindungan hukum dan mewujudkan keadilan sosial. Keberadaan pengawasan ketenagakerjaan merupakan bentuk perlindungan pihak lemah, dalam melakukan dalam penegakan khusus pidana selama ini belum optimal dalam perspektik keadilan. Sanksi pidana ringan sehingga masih saja bentuk pelanggaran- pelanggaran dari perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah bersifat Yuridis Normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, konseptual dan kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data sekunder dan teknik analisa data dengan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian optimalisasi tindak pidana di bidang ketenagakerjaan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 1951 tentang Pengawasan Perburuhan dibedakan dalam bentuk kejahatan dan pelanggaran. Subjek yang diancam pidana terdiri atas pengawas ketenagakerjaan dan pengusaha. Hal ini tidak dimungkinkan sanksi tersebut dijatuhkan saksi yang bersifat komulatif dengan redaksi “pidana penjara dan/atau denda”, tetapi bersifat alternatif dengan redaksi “pidana penjara atau denda”, juga tidak menganut sanksi minimal dan sanksi maksimal khusus. Nominal hukuman kurungan selama -lamanya 3 bulan atau denda yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 6 ayat (4) hanya sebesar Rp. 500,- (lima ratus rupiah) yang tidak relevan untuk digunakan masa sekarang. Putusan tindak pidana ringan terhadap perusahaan dikhawatirkan tidak membuat efek jera bagi perusahaan, karena sistem pengenaan saksi pidana kurang memenuhi rasa keadilan yang bermartabat, karena memakai sistem alternatif (atau), yaitu saksi pidana ringan atau denda yang nominalnya sudah tidak relevan lagi untuk masa sekarang. Sehingga sanksi pidana ketenagakerjaan akan lebih bisa mewujudkan keadilan yang bermartabat apabila memakai sistem pidana penjara 1 tahun dan paling banyak 2 tahun dan nominal denda seperti nominal denda dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan, yang besarnya paling sedikit Rp. 5.000.000,- (lima juta rupiah) dan paling banyak sebesar Rp. 500.000.000 (lima ratus juta rupiah).

Abstract

Simulasi ini di buat sebagai gambaran antisipasi untuk mencegah terjadinya kebakaran pada panel kapasitor bank. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, maka penulis membuat simulasi dengan menggunakan PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) Zelio sebagai kontrol sistem di hubungkan dengan sensor pendeteksi asap, panas dan pengeras suara sebagai pendeteksi apabila terjadi indikasi kebakaran. Jika terjadi indikasi kebakaran maka sistem akan berfungsi untuk menginformasikan kepada kita dalam bentuk suara sebelum kapasitor bank yang lain terbakar. Dan apabila indikasi kebakaran benar terjadi maka sistem akan melakukan perintah kepada tabung Gas FM 200 agar memadamkan api. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa sistem ini berfungsi untuk mencegah terjadinya kebakaran pada panel kapasitor bank, sehingga untuk kapasitor bank yang lain tidak terbakar dan panel kapasitor bank bisa segera di normalkan kembali dengan baik.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of temperature with constant agitation at 164 rpm on the fabrication of composite materials using the Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion (VARI) method. In this research, composite materials were made with a polyester resin matrix reinforced with fiberglass. The challenge in the VARI process, which is the difficulty in controlling the viscosity of the solution when infused into the fibers, was addressed by using a stirrer in the feed resin tank. Heating was intended to increase the surface tension of the resin, allowing it to better penetrate the fibers. The variations used were stirring at a speed of 164 rpm and heating temperature variations of 28°C, 35°C, and 50°C. By stirring and heating the resin and catalyst solution, it is expected to achieve a more uniform viscosity, resulting in better composite material compared to methods without heating and without mixing. Based on the test results, the highest average bending strength was found in the specimen stirred with a mixer at 35°C, with a value of 359.91 MPa. The lowest average bending strength was found in the specimen with a temperature variation of 28°C, with a value of 133.7 MPa, and the bending strength at the temperature variation of 50°C was 348.81 MPa. The impact on bending strength is due to the presence of voids, which are gas or air trapped within the specimen structure. This is evidenced by micrographic analysis and density measurements, where the 28°C variation had the lowest density of 2.01 gr/cm3, while the 35°C and 50°C variations had the same density of 2.41 gr/cm3.

Abstract

Composites with a sandwich structure with a core using polymer materials has been widely applied, 3D printing technology makes polymer structures with various geometric variations, but research on the influence of geometric shapes made with 3D printing machines with PLA materials bonded using a one-step manufacturing process with a hand lay up method is still not widely done. The purpose of this study is to determine the comparison of the impact strength of sandwich composite materials with core honeycomb and rectangular made from PLA 3D printing made with a one-step process manufacturing system with the hand layup method. The sandwich composite composition used is fiberglass as the face skin and the matrix uses epoxy resin, where this resin also functions as an adhesive. The absorption energy data obtained with the best value was a honeycomb core specimen with an average value of 3.2758 Joules compared to the absorption energy data from the rectangular core which had an average value of 3.1552 Joules. The impact price data obtained with the best value was the honeycomb core with an average value of 0.0225 J/mm2, when compared to the impact price data from the rectangular core which had an average value of 0.0217 J/mm2. From this study, it can be concluded that sandwich composites with honeycomb cores have better impact strength property values because they have a more compact arrangement of materials that are bonded to each other on 6 sides, and also because honeycomb structures have a higher weight of 20 grams compared to rectangular structures that weigh 18.
