Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of sintering temperature variations on the mechanical properties of Al-MWCNT composites produced by the powder metallurgy method. The matrix used was AA1100 aluminum with the addition of 1% nano Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT). The mixture was compacted in a steel mold and sintered at temperatures of 450°C, 500°C, 550°C, and 600°C, and the results were compared with non-sintered specimens. The findings confirm that sintering at 500°C provides the most optimal results, as shown by a significant increase in hardness of 50.05 HV and improved wear resistance with a wear rate of only 0.4387 mm³/s, which is superior to the non-sintered specimens. EDS analysis revealed that this improvement is related to the lower oxygen content at 500°C, while SEM analysis showed tighter and more uniform particle bonding at this temperature. In contrast, sintering at temperatures above 500°C reduced material quality due to the formation of cracks and surface voids. These results clearly confirm that the increase in hardness and wear resistance of the material can only be achieved at the optimal sintering condition of 500°C.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology in the past decade has transformed Christian Religious Education (PAK) through synchronous–asynchronous models, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and blended learning, thereby expanding access and enriching both cognitive and spiritual learning experiences. However, this digital shift also introduces new risks related to child protection in online environments. National regulations mandate schools and higher education institutions, including PAK, to embed safeguarding principles into digital learning practices. Recent literature identifies three main research streams: the effectiveness of technology-enhanced learning, Christian ethics and digital spirituality, and faith-based digital literacy. Nonetheless, three research gaps remain: (1) limited integration of legal norms into technology-driven pedagogy, (2) absence of a safeguarding-by-design framework tailored for PAK, and (3) insufficient evaluation instruments to measure child protection outcomes in digital learning environments. This study aims to: (a) analyze the juridical implications of child protection regulations for the design, implementation, and evaluation of technology-based PAK strategies, (b) develop a “child-safe technology-based PAK framework” that integrates theological-pedagogical formation with regulatory compliance. The scientific contribution of this study lies in offering a PAK strategy that is not only pedagogically effective but also legally compliant, ethically grounded, and pastorally responsive thereby fostering a safe, inclusive, and child- centered learning ecosystem in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of strategic environmental policies into development planning in Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan, by highlighting the effectiveness of the implementation of Strategic Environmental Assessment (KLHS) in the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). Using a prospective approach based on SMIC-PROB Expert, this study evaluates the most likely policy scenarios and their systemic impacts on sustainable development. Simulation results indicate that the stagnant scenario (00000) has the highest probability of 53.4%, reflecting weak integration and synergy across sectors. Sensitivity and dependency analyses indicate that strengthening sustainable agricultural systems is the most influential variable, while community-based ecotourism development is the most dependent. This study recommends reformulating regional policies by placing KLHS as the primary instrument, improving environmental governance based on spatial data, and developing five priority interventions: land and forest rehabilitation, sustainable agriculture, community ecotourism, green infrastructure, and integrated waste and sewage management. This study emphasizes the need for policy transformation from a normative-sectoral approach to a systemic, mission-driven, and inclusive strategy to achieve low-carbon and sustainable development at the regional level.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Strategic Learning Enabler model by reconfiguring the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) units to enhance Generation Z student productivity in digital higher education. The research is motivated by the gap between digital transformation demands and the predominantly technical-operational role of ICT units. Using a quantitative explanatory design, this study examines the causal relationships among ICT role reconfiguration, adaptive learning systems, and student productivity. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to Generation Z students engaged in digital learning environments and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings indicate that Generation Z students exhibit high responsiveness to structured tasks but lack continuity in learning activities due to weak self-regulated learning. The study also reveals that adaptive learning systems significantly mediate the relationship between ICT transformation and student productivity. The proposed model emphasizes digital governance, learning analytics, and micro-tasking structures as key components in building sustainable academic productivity. This research contributes both theoretically and practically by offering an institutional framework for digital learning transformation in higher education.

Abstract

This study evaluates the structural performance of a 3D-printed Quadcopter Airframe Extension, focusing on optimizing payload capacity and flight efficiency through cost-effective additive manufacturing. To ensure computational efficiency for macro-scale assessment, the finite element analysis (FEA) model treats the 3D-printed filaments as homogeneous solid bodies with isotropic elastic properties. The simulation setup applies a fixed boundary condition at the four motor mounts to simulate thrust reaction points, while incremental vertical payloads from 1 kg to 16 kg are distributed evenly across the landing gear skids. The analysis measured von Mises stress distribution and Safety Factor (SF) to ensure reliability against potential dynamic flight maneuvers, applying a minimum safety factor of 3. While both materials remained within their elastic regions, PLA demonstrated superior mechanical properties. PLA maintained a safety factor of 3.11 at a maximum 16 kg load, whereas ABS reached a comparable safety factor (3.24) only up to an 11 kg load. The results indicate that PLA's higher stiffness and superior interlayer adhesion provide better dimensional stability and lower deformation. Consequently, PLA is more suitable for flexible drone extensions, offering a greater safety margin under equivalent static loading constraints. Ultimately, this research validates homogeneous macro-scale FEA as an essential engineering tool for reducing prototype risks and development costs in UAV design.
