Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem e-Filing, pengetahuan perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak secara signifikan, parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi pada KPP Pratama Luwuk. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 40 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel non probability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diberikan langsung kepada wajib pajak orang pribadi yang terdaftar pada KPP Pratama Luwuk. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Berganda dan diolah dengan SPSS 25. Semua variabel penelitian terlebih dahulu harus melewati uji validitas dan reliabilitas data yang selanjutnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik kemudian pengujian akhirnya dilakukan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel pengetahuan perpajakan yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, sedangkan variabel sistem e-Filing dan kesadaran wajib pajak tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan

Abstract

The problem of vehicle routing with capacity is a combinatorial optimization problem that is included in the NP-Hard category. In this article, we suggest an artificial bee colony algorithm, which is a technique inspired by the clever behavior of bees in searching for food sources. To achieve the best outcomes, the artificial bee colony algorithm will be developed in conjunction with other algorithms. To determine how well the artificial bee colony method handles the issue of optimizing vehicle routes with capacity, eight distinct benchmark problems will be completed and then contrasted with other algorithms. The output of this research is a matrix showing the sequence of vehicle routes formed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the acceptance of the use of mobile banking applications and analyze the factors that influence their acceptance. The models proposed in this study are the UTAUT and Delone & McLean integration models. The criteria for respondents in this study were mobile banking users for at least 4 months and using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out using the PLS-SEM approach. In this study, 5 of the 8 hypotheses were accepted. Then, the factors that affect the acceptance of mobile banking users are obtained, namely performance expectancy, social influence, service quality, and information quality. Then the factors that do not affect user acceptance are effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and system quality. The findings of this study are that 78.3% of users accept that they want to use mobile banking in the future and recommend it to mobile banking developers in the hope that in the future the application will be easier to understand, compatible with all smartphone systems that are used by many people, and system quality will be improved to minimize constraints on the application.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini menyelidiki peran transformatif inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan sosial dalam memberdayakan masyarakat pedesaan untuk mengatasi tantangan sosial di Sukabumi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, wawasan kualitatif dari wawancara dan diskusi kelompok terarah, dan data kuantitatif dari survei terstruktur, Pengabdian ini mengkaji mekanisme dan dampak konsep-konsep ini terhadap pengembangan masyarakat. Temuan-temuannya mengungkapkan tumbuhnya kesadaran akan inovasi sosial dan kewirausahaan di masyarakat. Para wirausahawan sosial muncul sebagai agen perubahan, menawarkan solusi inovatif untuk masalah-masalah yang sudah berlangsung lama. Upaya kolaboratif dan keterlibatan masyarakat mendorong keberhasilan inisiatif-inisiatif ini. Analisis kuantitatif menegaskan hubungan positif antara keterlibatan dalam proyek inovasi sosial dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Pendidikan dan akses terhadap sumber daya diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting. Pengabdian ini menggarisbawahi potensi konsep-konsep ini untuk perumusan kebijakan, pengembangan keterampilan, dan kolaborasi, yang menawarkan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif untuk pembangunan pedesaan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Communication training is a common sort of education, particularly in the business world. The purpose of this exercise is to assist SMA Muhammadiyah Luwuk students in developing their business skills. The problem is that students do not have access to entrepreneurship education communication resources at school. The training method is divided into four stages: displaying a video about the significance of communication, offering material and business communication simulations for communication skills training, and drawing conclusions from all of the training supplied. The results of the corporate communication training program have helped SMA Muhammadiyah students improve their communication skills and gain confidence in public speaking.

Abstract

Air pollution poses a significant threat to public health and the financial sustainability of the healthcare system, especially in densely populated urban areas such as Jakarta, Indonesia. This study investigates the financial impact of air pollution on the BPJS Kesehatan budget in Jakarta, focusing on the increase in health claims caused by air pollution-related diseases. A mixed methods approach, including quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights from stakeholders, was used to provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue. The quantitative analysis showed a significant positive relationship between air pollution indicators (PM2.5, NO2) and health claims, as well as large direct and indirect costs associated with air pollution-related healthcare expenditure. Qualitative findings highlighted factors contributing to the increase in health claims, including worsening air quality, lack of preventive measures, and challenges in healthcare access. This research provides recommendations to policymakers to address air pollution, improve healthcare outcomes, and maintain the financial health of the BPJS Kesehatan system. This research underscores the urgency of addressing air pollution as a public health and economic necessity.

Abstract

This research studies the complex dynamics of leadership transitions in the banking sector, specifically focusing on the impact of changes in executive leadership positions - Director, IT Director, and Risk Management personnel - on Information Technology (IT) performance, IT security, and risk control at BSI Bank branches located in Bandung City. In today's rapidly evolving financial landscape, characterized by technological innovation and cybersecurity challenges, understanding how leadership changes affect these important aspects is critical. This research utilizes a mixed methods approach, combining surveys, interviews, and document analysis, to comprehensively explore the topic. The findings of this research reveal that leadership transitions exert a marked influence on IT performance, IT security, and risk control, underscoring the need for proactive strategies and effective alignment between leadership and IT and risk management teams. This research offers insights that are not only valuable to BSI Bank, but also pertinent to similar financial institutions navigating leadership changes while maintaining high standards in IT operations, security, and risk management.

Abstract

In an era of economic turbulence, organizations face the imperative to adapt their financial management strategies to navigate the uncertain terrain. This research presents a case study of Gama Corporate, a leading financial institution, and examines the liquidity and restructuring initiatives undertaken amidst economic turmoil. Through a qualitative case study approach, involving documentary analysis, semi-structured interviews, and surveys, this research explores the drivers, strategies, outcomes, and lessons learned from Gama Corporate's experience. The results revealed that external economic turmoil, compounded by internal challenges, served as a catalyst for Gama Corporate's liquidity and restructuring initiatives. The company implemented a multifaceted approach, which included liquidity management and strategic restructuring. In the short term, the initiative incurred costs, including staff reductions and one-off losses, but in the long term, it resulted in greater financial stability and sustainable profitability. The lessons learned from this case underscore the importance of proactive liquidity management, the need for strategic restructuring when faced with financial challenges, and the importance of transparent communication with stakeholders. The findings from this study contribute to a broader understanding of financial management strategies during times of economic hardship, emphasizing the role of adaptation, innovation, and resource utilization in achieving financial resilience. The insights gained offer practical guidance for organizations looking to improve their financial strategies in a volatile economic landscape.

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in community participation as well as strategies for increasing community participation in various innovative programs of the Banggai Regency Government. The research method uses descriptive method with the SWOT analysis method. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis the Regional Government of Banggai Regency has strengths that can be used in certain strategies and utilizes the right opportunities and simultaneously minimizes or avoids existing weaknesses and threats. This position is very beneficial for the Regional Government of Banggai Regency by improving conditions above the average capability so that the Regional Government of Banggai Regency can minimize weaknesses and take advantage of the role of the community in utilizing regional innovations. This is in line with the Vision of the Banggai Regency which is to realize the Banggai Regency as the Center for Agricultural and Maritime Economic Growth Based on Local Wisdom and Culture, this can be achieved with the participation of the community so that the Banggai Regency Vision can be realized in the future.

Abstract

Dampak lingkungan buruk bagi dunia adalah meningkatnya perubahan iklim, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, dan krisis air global. Tujuan penulisan karya ini adalah untuk Mendampingi edukasi keberlanjutan lingkungan melalui program komunitas hijau untuk menginspirasi aksi bersama di desa Boyou. Metode penelitian dalam program "Pendampingan Edukasi Keberlanjutan Lingkungan melalui Program Komunitas Hijau untuk Menginspirasi Aksi Bersama desa Boyou" menggunakan pendekatan Asset Bassed Community Development (ABCD), yang mencakup analisis awal (Assessment) untuk memahami kondisi lingkungan dan komunitas, perencanaan (Planning) program pendampingan dengan merumuskan tujuan dan strategi, pelaksanaan (Implementation) program dengan melibatkan komunitas hijau dan warga desa, serta evaluasi (Evaluation) dampak program terhadap tingkat kesadaran lingkungan, partisipasi masyarakat, dan perkembangan lingkungan di Desa Boyou. Pendekatannya adalah berbasis partisipatif, di mana komunitas hijau, masyarakat lokal, pemerintah desa, pendidik, ahli lingkungan, LSM, tokoh masyarakat, media lokal, dan donatur/sponsor terlibat aktif dalam berbagai tahap program. Komunitas hijau menjadi agen perubahan utama yang menyebarkan edukasi lingkungan, sementara masyarakat lokal menjadi peserta aktif dalam kegiatan pendampingan. Hasil karya ini yaitu bahwa program ini berhasil menggabungkan berbagai aspek pelestarian lingkungan dan pemberdayaan sosial, mencapai perubahan positif dalam komunitas. Ini adalah contoh nyata bagaimana upaya bersama komunitas dapat menciptakan dampak positif pada lingkungan dan gaya hidup berkelanjutan.
