Abstract

Islamic Jurisprudence is a knowledge on the practical Islamic law based on its detailed approve concerning with the deeds of human. This article discusses on the position of Jurisprudence in relation with two different functions, indeed as a positive law and moral standard. In order to derive the Islamic law from its primary sources, al-Qur’an and the Sunnah, Islamic Jurisprudence needs theoretical tool and methodology which commonly named as the Principle of Islamic Jurisprudence. So the Islamic Jurisprudence is considered as Islamic epistemology which stands as the basis of the development of Islamic Jurisprudence as a knowledge. As the basis of epistemology, the principle of Islamic Jurisprudence is closely related to theology. Furthermore, this knowledge develops a principle on adillah which its foundation has been constructed by Syafi’i, indeed al-Qur’an, the Sunnah, Ijma’ and Qiyas. Since constructed by Syafi’i, this Principle of Islamic Jurisprudence has some changes and innovations. This innovation has been in the long duration of time with complicated problems and helped the ummah to solve the problems.

Abstract

The movement of liberalism in Islamic world at the time being has made the Islamic syari’ah as the object of criticism which must be banned because it considered as the problem of history. Strangely, they always proud on what they have done as interpretation and renovation. In Indonesia liberalism movement factually not without the chesing scenario of politics and world intellects. It is really difficult to avoid the influence of America and its campaign against terrorism in this movement. They try to raise a positive image then what has been presented by the groups of radicalism, fundamentalism, and conservatism, they seem like to change this image, but finally they changed their own image which tend to be more Westernised than the West itself. At least there are three categories, the argumentation of the liberalist against the enforcement of Islamic syariat, that is: historical argumentation, with consideration on Shariah purposes and human right. This article elaborates the position of liberalism view in contemporary Islamic thought, retrieves the process of liberalism in the view of Syari’ah modernisation and criticism toward argumentations of liberalists.

Abstract

Beginning from the nineteenth century, Arab-Muslim intelligentsias marched to reform their societies. Many things since then have been carried out. They put forward various proposals, advanced numerous ideas and concepts and established several institutions. Nevertheless, their condition has yet improved. In some context, it even deteriorates. Triggered by this situation, a number of Arab and Muslim scholars then embark on a new reform project. But at this time, their reform attempt is materialized in the form of intellectual and cultural project. For they believe that the basic problem and crisis beset their society lies in their understanding of turâts. Thus, unless this understanding is corrected, no genuine reform would be able to be materialized. Muhammad ‘Abid al-Jabiri, a Moroccan scholar, is one of the many Arab scholars who have taken this course. For this purpose, he constructed his own project which he names Naqd al-‘Aql al-‘Arabi. This article specifically attempts to shed light on conceptual apparatus and methods that he uses which this study finds to have originated from different schools of thought of western philosophy and social sciences, important of which is Marxism and postmodernism.

Abstract

Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih Muhammadiyah (PUTM) merupakan model kaderisasi ulama di Muhammadiyah. Keberadaannya dianggap dan diharapkan dapat menjawab problem kelangkaan ulama di Muhammadiyah. Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan, PUTM dihadapkan kepada beberapa problematika formalitas kelembagaan yang harus segera ditemukan solusi dan jalan keluarnya. Studi ini mencoba melakukan analisa-analisa atas problem yang ada sekaligus merumuskan strategi pengembangan berdasarkan analasis SWOT. Melalui strategi-strategi tersebut, PUTM Yogyakarta dapat melakukan pembenahan dan pengembangan demi kemampuan menjawab tantangan zaman dan organisasi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Childhood is often referred to as the golden age. At this time, the children are like a sponge who is very easy to absorb and remember all the information. One example is memorizing the Qur’an. If from an early age the child has been given a good education and taught about good character, then in the future the child will become a memorizer of the Qur'an (Qur’anic Tahfidz) who has spiritual and emotional intelligent and also has a superior character. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the implementation of the concept of 9 pillars of character in learning tahfidz for early childhood. Therefore, this study aims to provide an overview of the process of implementing the concept of 9 pillars of character in tahfidz learning in Maktab Terpadu Generasi Madani. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The study found that the character education curriculum at Maktab Terpadu Generasi Madani does not really refer to the 2013 TK/PAUD National Curriculum nor the 9 pillars of character book in implementing character values to their students. However, the study conclude that the nine character pillars have been implemented in tahfidz learning at Maktab Terpadu Generasi Madani through hadith, daily prayers, and Islamic songs because the maktab has a book of Muatan Khas Maktab.

Abstract

This research is intended to find out the concept of pesangren in producing quality graduates, conducted at the Thawalib pesantren in West Sumatra. From January 2022 to July 2023, with the teachers. The results showed that Thawalib pesantren in producing quality graduates through the concept of pesantren; determining the value of pesantren, modernizing pesantren, collaborating with the community, financial transparency and open pesantren for the understanding of various streams.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education in SPS Bening Bogor. The implementation is seen from several components, namely: 1) the vision and mission of the institution, 2) learning tools, 3) the involvement of parents in learning and 4) the implementation of learning during distance learning (PJJ). The research uses a qualitative approach. Researchers conducted a study of documents and matching with laapangan. The results of the research found are: 1) the vision and mission of the institution has a distinctive civilized, courageous and inspiring work from the letter al-Fatihah, 2) learning devices are poured in the form of learning programs and its implementation using 4 syntax, 3) parents are involved in character education in the form of religiosity character, in the form of the implementation of worship and adab, 4) during the pandemic learning is carried out with a limited open gaze in accordance with the area , online and parental assignments.

Abstract

Gerakan kesetaraan gender yang dimotori kaum feminis turut mewarnai abad modern. Persolan mengenai perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan kian menjadi topik diskusi dari waktu ke waktu. Gerakan pembaharuan di negara-negara Muslim menghasilkan suatu pandangan baru dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Kehidupan perempuan saat itu pun turut mengalami perubahan yang sangat signifikan. Tahar Haddad seorang reformis asal Tunisia yang menghendaki adanya perubahan dalam struktur kehidupan masyarakat Tunisia kala itu, khususnya perlakuan masyarakat Tunisia terhadap perempuan. Sebagai seorang reformis Haddad melihat adanya ketimpangan sosial yang dialami perempuan Tunisia, baik dalam kehidupan berkeluarga maupun di luar daripada itu. Hal tersebut kemudian membuat dirinya berpikir bagaimana menghapus semua ketimpangan yang dialami perempuan. Melalui bukunya ‘Imra’tuna fi’il Shari’a Walmujtama' Haddad menawarkan sebuah solusi, bagaimana menghapus semua ketimpangan itu, sehingga perempuan dan laki-laki dapat setara dalam bidang apapun. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa Tahar Haddad menjadi tokoh berpengaruh sekaligus kontroversial di Tunisia, melalui pemikirannya yang liberal dan bertolak belakang dengan masyarakat Tunisia yang berada dibawah hukum syari’at. Dampak pemikiran Tahar Haddad tercermin dalam Hukum keluarga Tunisia, sehingga hari ini Tunisia menjadi negara paling liberal di kawasan Timur Tengah.

Abstract

Pendidikan Kesetaraan di Indonesia berperan penting dalam menyediakan akses pendidikan bagi berbagai kelompok usia, namun menghadapi tantangan utama berupa kurang relevannya materi ajar dengan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam usianya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan modul Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) materi fikih untuk Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket B, yang lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam usianya. Menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, penelitian ini melalui tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi untuk menghasilkan modul yang sesuai dengan kondisi lapangan. Hasil uji kelayakan menunjukkan bahwa modul ini sangat efektif dengan penilaian rata-rata 85%, sehingga layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar alternatif yang lebih kontekstual dalam Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket B.

Abstract

This study discusses the da'wah of Aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari. The research objectives based on the formulation of the problem are as follows how to know the preaching of Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari's faith and to find out the history of Intellectual Development and the process of spreading da'wah Imam al-Asy'ari. This study uses the library research method or library research using a qualitative approach. The data sources used are primary and secondary data from books written by Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari, and supporting books related to research. Data collection techniques by collecting written archives in the form of books that have to do with research problems, which are then analyzed or analyzed. The results obtained that da'wah aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari is one of the schools built on the basis of the existing texts, so that this understanding is often referred to as ‘'Sunni' or 'Ahlussunnah.'' The theological formulation built by Imam al-Asy'ari does not only use rational arguments in the form of mantik or logic with the science of kalam, he also uses the textual argument in the form of the texts of the Qur'an and al-Sunnah as practiced by the hadith experts whom he follows his understanding in developing the faith of Ahlussunnah. From the object of this research, the author found that the preaching of the aqeedah of Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Ash'ari is a form of renewal in the preaching of aqeedah which does have rational or logical arguments that cannot be separated from the Qur'an and as- Sunnah.AbstrakPenelitian ini membahas tentang da'wah Aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengatahui da'wah aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari dan mengetahui sejarah Perkembangan Intelektual dan proses penyebaran da'wah aqidah Imam al-Asy'ari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research atau penelitian kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah data-data primer dan sekunder dari buku-buku yang ditulis oleh Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari, serta buku pendukung yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengumpulkan arsip tertulis berupa buku-buku yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah penelitian, yang kemudian data tersebut di telaah atau dianalisa. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa da'wah aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari merupakan salah satu aliran yang di bangun berdasarkan landasan nash-nash yang ada, sehingga paham ini sering disebut dengan ‘'sunni atau ahlussunnah.'' Rumusan teologi yang dibangun oleh Imam al-Asy'ari tidak hanya menggunakan argument rasional berupa mantik atau logika dengan ilmu kalam, ia juga menggunakan argument tekstual berupa teks-teks al-Qur'an dan al-Sunnah seperti yang dilakukan oleh ahli hadits yang ia ikuti pemahamannya dalam mengembangkan aqidah ahlussunnah. Dari objek penelitian ini, penulis menemukan bahwasannya da'wah aqidah Imam Abul Hasan Ali al-Asy'ari adalah salah satu bentuk pembaharuan dalam da'wah aqidah yang memang memiliki argumentasi rasional atau logika yang tidak terlepas dari al-Qur'an dan as-Sunnah.
