Abstract

In this modern era, there are a lot of media that can be used as a means of disseminating information and can be accepted by all groups. And one of the most popular uses of social media is Instagram. Az Zikra Assembly Sentul Bogor is one of the largest assemblies in Indonesia that uses social media Instagram as a means of spreading da'wah messages with the @azzikramediaofficial account. By utilizing the features found on Instagram, the @azzikramediaofficial account can create content or disseminate Islamic messages effectively and easily accepted by other Instagram users. The purpose of this study is to dig deeper and understand the role of Instagram social media in publishing da'wah. In this research, the method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The findings from this study explain that the Assembly of Az Zikra Sentul Bogor with the Instagram account @azzikramediaofficial often uses the Live Streaming feature, IG TV, photos, videos and stories in disseminating da'wah messages. In addition, the content of the material posted is about Islamic knowledge in everyday life. The positive impact that was felt by the Az Zikra Sentul Bogor Council after using social media Instagram as a propaganda medium was that it was easy to reach all congregations from various groups in remote areas. What is really felt at this time is being able to continue preaching even in the midst of the corona pandemic like now. Dan salah satu penggunaan media sosial yang populer adalah instagram. Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor merupakan salah satu Majelis terbesar di Indonesin yang menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai sarana menyebarkan pesan-pesan dakwah dengan akun @azzikramediaofficial. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada instagram, akun @azzikramediaofficial dapat membuat konten atau menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan Islamiyah secara efektif dan mudah diterima oleh pengguna instagram lainnya. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali lebih dalam dan memahami tentang peran media sosial instagram dalam mempublikasikan dakwah. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor dengan akun instagram @azzikramediaofficial sering  menggunakan fitur Live Streaming, IG TV, foto, video dan story dalam menyebarluaskan pesan-pesan dakwah. Selain itu konten materi yang di post adalah mengenai pengetahuan Islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang. Dampak positif yang dirasakan oleh Majelis Az Zikra Sentul Bogor setelah menggunakan media sosial instagram sebagai media dakwah adalah mudahnya menjangkau semua jemaah dari berbagai kalangan dib pelosok daerah. Yang sangat dirasakan pada saat ini adalah bisa tetap berdakwah walaupun ditengah pandemi corona seperti sekarang.

Abstract

Da'wah as a public speaking activity always requires digitalization. Today's developments which lead society to grow together with advances in technology and information require massive digitalization of information in an effort to convey messages well. Digitizing da'wah messages is one form of effort to maintain da'wah in people's lives, especially in the digital era. Felix Siauw, as a well-known digital preacher with 5.3 million followers on his Instagram social media account, is able to influence society regarding the idea of "hijrah" or changing to a better Muslim personality. This research was carried out using a qualitative-descriptive methodby using a content analysis table for audio-visual preaching and library sources as a medium for describing research objects; Felix Siauw's digital preaching. Digital literature sources were also used in an effort to find ideas, thoughts and opinions in this research. The results of this research show that there are 9 da'wah topics that Felix Siauw often uses in carrying out digital da'wah, namely; Thought, Islamic Morals, Worship, Hijrah, Islamic History, Politics, Marriage, Youth, Faith Motivation. The da'wah topics raised by Felix Siauw are presented in 4 various forms of digital media output, namely; images with captions, animated videos and audio, illustrated videos and audio, and video recordings of preaching messages. In all forms of digital da'wah that have been produced on Instagram, Felix Siauw uses 4 types of approaches; delivery of advice and stories of experiences, only delivery of advice, delivery of advice and discussion, and only discussion.

Abstract

Abstract Human perfection is intrinsically linked to virtues (al-fadhā’il), namely wisdom (al-hikmah), courage (al-syaja‘ah), temperance (al-‘iffah), and justice (al-‘adalah). Through these virtues, individuals attain true happiness, which al-Ghazali in Ma‘arij al-Quds describes as beholding God in the hereafter or attaining divine knowledge (ma‘rifat al-Bāri). This study has three main objectives: first, to explain the concept of the Perfect Human (al-insan al-kamil); second, to analyze al-Ghazali’s perspective on this concept within Islamic education; and third, to examine its implementation at STIT Insan Kamil, Bogor City. The research employs qualitative methods in a descriptive, analytical, implementative, and evaluative approach, drawing on interviews with students, lecturers, and staff, supported by institutional data. For al-Ghazali, the Perfect Human is one who balances morality, intellect, and righteous deeds, achieving harmony in relationships with God, fellow human beings, and the universe. Education should therefore go beyond worldly ambitions and guide individuals toward closeness to God. At STIT Insan Kamil, this concept is applied, although Qur’an memorization targets remain less optimal and require continuous improvement. Abstrak Kesempurnaan manusia erat kaitannya dengan kebajikan (al-fadhā’il), yaitu kebijaksanaan (al-hikmah), keberanian (al-syaja‘ah), kesederhanaan (al-‘iffah), dan keadilan (al-‘adalah). Melalui kebajikan tersebut manusia mencapai kebahagiaan sejati, yang oleh al-Ghazali dalam Ma‘arij al-Quds digambarkan sebagai memandang Allah di akhirat atau mengenal-Nya (ma‘rifat al-Bāri). Penelitian ini memiliki tiga tujuan utama, yaitu menjelaskan konsep insan kamil (al-Insan al-Kamil), menganalisis pandangan al-Ghazali tentang konsep ini dalam pendidikan Islam, serta mengkaji implementasinya di STIT Insan Kamil Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, analitis, implementatif, dan evaluatif melalui wawancara dengan mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan, serta ditunjang oleh telaah data kelembagaan. Bagi al-Ghazali, insan kamil adalah manusia yang mampu menjaga keseimbangan antara akhlak, intelektualitas, dan amal saleh sehingga tercapai keharmonisan hubungan dengan Allah, dengan sesama manusia, dan dengan alam semesta. Pendidikan karena itu tidak hanya berorientasi pada status duniawi atau kekayaan, tetapi bertujuan mendekatkan individu kepada Allah. Abstract

Pesantren as an educational institution that produces human resources who have faith and the ability to implement knowledge as the quality of its graduates, needs to make adjustments to the times, both technologically and in terms of the quality of graduates. Pesantren graduates will be measured by their ability in the community to do something useful and felt directly in real terms. Therefore, pesantren should not close themselves off from the modern education system, but rather adapt to the existing and developing system to produce quality graduates. Along with the times, the requirements and indicators of quality graduates were born, this became a reference for pesantren to make changes to the education process, as well as changes in technology became a reference for pesantren to make changes to infrastructure facilities as a forum for developing the quality of graduates.

Abstract

Pendidikan Ulama Tarjih Muhammadiyah (PUTM) merupakan model kaderisasi ulama di Muhammadiyah. Keberadaannya dianggap dan diharapkan dapat menjawab problem kelangkaan ulama di Muhammadiyah. Sebagai sebuah lembaga pendidikan, PUTM dihadapkan kepada beberapa problematika formalitas kelembagaan yang harus segera ditemukan solusi dan jalan keluarnya. Studi ini mencoba melakukan analisa-analisa atas problem yang ada sekaligus merumuskan strategi pengembangan berdasarkan analasis SWOT. Melalui strategi-strategi tersebut, PUTM Yogyakarta dapat melakukan pembenahan dan pengembangan demi kemampuan menjawab tantangan zaman dan organisasi Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji teori pendidikan menurut Ibn Khaldun dalam konteks kemunduran peradaban Islam pada abad ke-7 H. Periode ini ditandai oleh melemahnya kekuasaan politik Islam, fragmentasi sosial, serta menurunnya produktivitas keilmuan. Ibn Khaldun, melalui karya monumentalnya Muqaddimah, menawarkan kerangka pemikiran pendidikan yang tidak hanya filosofis, tetapi juga sosiologis dan historis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis-filosofis, melalui studi pustaka terhadap karya primer dan sekunder terkait pemikiran Ibn Khaldun dan dinamika pendidikan Islam abad ke-7 H. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ibn Khaldun mengkritik metode pengajaran yang mekanistik dan mengabaikan aspek pemahaman serta tahapan belajar. Ia menekankan pentingnya pembinaan akhlak, kesesuaian metode dengan tahap perkembangan intelektual peserta didik, dan keterkaitan erat antara pendidikan, kondisi sosial, dan siklus peradaban. Pemikiran ini relevan sebagai dasar evaluatif terhadap sistem pendidikan Islam di masa krisis, sekaligus sebagai inspirasi pembaruan pendidikan Islam masa kini.

Abstract

Background: The era of the "death of expertise," characterized by an overwhelming flow of unverified digital information, poses a threat to the critical reasoning ability (bashirah) of students, particularly among females. Purpose: This study aims to design, implement, and evaluate an integrated Islamic Aesthetic Education model as a pedagogical strategy to enhance aesthetic sensitivity (dzauq) and critical thinking among female students in a modern Islamic boarding school. The model synthesizes Dewey's theory of experience with the concept of ihsan, emphasizing experiential and reflective learning. Method: Using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) design, the study actively involves students in each learning cycle. Findings reveal that the model significantly improves students’ aesthetic sensitivity and critical reasoning, thereby strengthening their character. Result: This highlights the role of aesthetic education as an antidote to superficial information, equipping students to engage with content more thoughtfully and critically. Additionally, the model fosters the development of moral awareness, empathy, and social responsibility. These results underscore the importance of an education approach that not only focuses on information mastery but also on character-building and critical thinking, grounded in ihsan and meaningful experiences. Conclusion: Consequently, this model offers valuable insights for broader implementation in Islamic educational institutions, addressing similar challenges in today’s digital age.

Abstract

Dikotomi antara ilmu pengetahuan umum dan agama telah menciptakan krisis epistemik dalam sistem pendidikan global, yang menuntut peninjauan ulang terhadap tujuan akhir pendidikan. Artikel ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan fundamental dan potensi sintesis antara tujuan pendidikan Islam dan Barat menggunakan pendekatan filosofis-komparatif melalui dimensi Ontologi, Epistemologi, dan Aksiologis. Dengan menelaah literatur klasik dan kontemporer, penelitian ini menemukan disparitas tajam: secara ontologis, pendidikan Barat modern cenderung membentuk subjek otonom (Homo Economicus) yang berorientasi materi, sedangkan pendidikan Islam bertujuan membentuk Manusia Paripurna (Insan Kamil) yang menyadari statusnya sebagai hamba dan khalifah. Secara epistemologis dan aksiologis, dominasi rasionalisme empiris dan utilitarianisme Barat dipertentangkan dengan konsep integrasi ilmu (Tawhid al-'Ulum) dan Ta'dib dalam Islam. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi metodologis dimungkinkan dengan mengadopsi pedagogi kritis Barat yang diletakkan di bawah subordinasi nilai etika Islam. Sintesis ini menawarkan model pendidikan holistik yang mereorientasi kompetensi profesional demi pencapaian kebahagiaan sejati (falah), memberikan solusi atas alienasi moral manusia modern.

Abstract

This study seeks to understand how the integration of Islamic studies is negotiated in health sciences education by examining the interaction between curricular intentions and teaching practices in everyday learning contexts.The study adopts a qualitative case study design. Data were generated through semi structured interviews with lecturers and academic managers, supported by analysis of curriculum documents and direct observation of classroom activities. The collected data were examined through thematic interpretation to capture how integrative decisions are formed and enacted.The findings show that while Islamic perspectives are formally acknowledged within curriculum frameworks, their realization in classroom instruction varies considerably. Lecturers interpret integrative goals in diverse ways, balancing religious values with professional competencies, disciplinary standards, and practical teaching constraints. As a result, integration emerges through selective emphasis, adaptation, and compromise rather than uniform application.The study concludes that integrating Islamic studies into health sciences education is best understood as a negotiated and evolving process. Sustainable integration requires institutional strategies that recognize pedagogical diversity and support lecturers in aligning religious perspectives with professional learning objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the Akhlak Birrul Walidain values ​​are realized in the digital da'wah content of Ustadz Hilman Fauzi (UHF). Moral degradation and increasing conflict between the younger generation and the older generation in the digital era are exacerbated by the impact of social media. The main focus of this analysis is to examine the representation of Akhlak through three perspective Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA): Text, Discourse Practice, and Sociocultural Practice. The method used is qualitative descriptive analytical CDA, centered on video lectures delivered by UHF. The results show that UHF conveys the concept of birrul walidain with the main approach of 'Relatable Da'wah', a discursive strategy to maintain the relevance of Islamic morality in the public sphere. Textually, this discourse is characterized by pragmatic and non-dogmatic rhetoric, which connects moral obedience with worldly benefits, such as smooth sustenance and inner peace. This research helps redefine religious authority in the digital age by highlighting the shift from dogmatism to 'relatability', providing theoretical contributions to global Islamic communication studies in understanding the negotiation of traditional values ​​on modern platforms
