Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah SMA VTHQM, koordinator tahfidz, dan muhaffizh quran serta santri kelas XII berjumlah 3 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Model evalusi yang digunakan adalah model CIPP (Context, Input, Process dan Product). Metode analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan (verifikasi data). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) perencanaan pembelajaran tahfidz Alquran dilakukan oleh pimpinan, koordinator tahfidz dan stakeholder terkait. Dirancang dalam suatu dokumen kurikulum yang terdiri atas visi, misi, tujuan, program tahfidz, dan pembelajaran yang terkait tujuan program, (2) pengorganisasian meliputi pembentukan struktur wewenang dan mekanisme koordinasi pembelajaran, tersedianya fasilitas sarana dan prasarana, sumber daya manusia (muhaffizh), pengelompokan jumlah halaqah dengan perbandingan antara jumlah santri dan muhaffizh, metode prosedur pembelajaran, dan diadakannya latihan dan pendidikan dari orang yang kompeten (3) pelaksanaan pembelajaran tahfidz alquran berpusat di masjid lantai satu dan dua serta metode yang digunakan yaitu metode Pakistan (Sabaq, Sabaqi, dan Manzil), dan (4) evaluasi pembelajaran tahfidz dilaksanakan dalam bentuk evaluasi hasil pembelajaran dan proses pembelajaran. Evaluasi hasil belajar dilakukan dengan evaluasi formatif saat sabaq. Sedangkan evaluasi sumatif dilakukan di akhir semester mencakup 3 ranah penilaian kognitif, dan sikap. The purpose of this study was to determine the description the management of (planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation) of the Tahfidz program at Villa Tahfizh Himmatul Qur’an Malino. This type of research is qualitative research of descriptive approaches. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The objects in this study are the head of VTHQM high school, the coordinator of the tahfidz, and the muhaffizh of the Qur'an as well as the 12th grade centri of 3 people. Data collection is done through interviews, observations, and documentation. The evaluation model used is the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process dan Product). Data analysis methods using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion (verifikasi data). The results of the research show that (1) the planning of learning Tahfidz Al-Quran is carried out by the leader, coordinator of tahfidz and related stakeholders. It is designed in a curriculum document consisting of vision, mission, purpose, program of tahfidz, and learning related to the purpose of the program, (2) the organization includes the formation of authority structure and mechanisms of coordination of learning, the availability of facilities of means and facilities, human resources (muhaffizh), the grouping of the number of halaqah with the comparison between the numbers of centri and muhafizh, methods of learning procedures, and the appointment and training of educational persons competent (3) the implementation of tafidz alquran learning is centralized in the mosques of the first and second floors as well as the methods used are Pakistani methods (Sabaq, Sabaqi, and Manzil), and (4) the evaluation of the tafizh learning is carried out in the form of the assessment of learning outcomes and learning process.
