Abstract

In implementing the management of the institution requires decisiveness leadership and responsibility in improving the performance of members in order. In district education office there are some factors supportive leadership means improving the performance of members to improve the quality of Section Chief of District Education Office.The study is aimed at getting empirical answer about direct and indirect influence of supportive leadership on performance of Section Chief of District Education Office. Approach and method of this research is quantitative and descriptive correlation analysis while the model to complete this research is pathway analysis model. Sampling is done with simple random sampling of 30 Section Chiefs of District Education Office of 42 Population Districts. The results showed that supportive leadership has positive direct influence on performance. In conclusion supportive leadership have direct positive influence on performance of Chief of District Education Office.

Abstract

The research objective of this tracer study master's degree in educational administration is as an effort to see the progress of university transformation (UHAMKA) regarding the relevance of knowledge and skills acquired while criticizing higher education which is beneficial to society in general and its recognition, and as an evaluation material for decision making. The research methodology is a mix method that combines qualitative and quantitative forms. The model used is Sequential Explanatory, which means the collection and analysis of quantitative data is followed by the collection and analysis of qualitative data by calculating the frequency distribution of each indicator. Quantitative data collection was carried out by survey techniques, using qualitative descriptive and distributing questionnaires to 24 respondents. The findings show that the provision of competency for graduates can be relied upon by emphasizing the effectiveness of higher education in providing quality education and education services, which is shown by the recognition of the society for graduates who are able to change the order of life with noble character that is desired by society in general.

Abstract

This evaluation aims to assess the context, input, process and product of the implementation of academic supervision carried out by the head of Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Tangerang City. By using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation. The research results are expected to provide input to decision makers for the next program. Using a qualitative descriptive method with six teachers, one staff, and the principal of the school. The instruments used to collect data were triangulation, namely interviews, observation, and documentation study. Data validation, data analysis, data retrieval and verification. The findings of the context indicate the need for academic supervision based on the need to improve teacher performance. Evaluation of the process found that young teachers are smarter in their comprehension in providing learning. Positive impact product evaluation finds further action. The results of the evaluation can be concluded as follows (1) the principal in carrying out the design of the academic supervision program based on the objectives and principles of supervision. (2) The principal has implemented the supervision program according to predetermined procedures. (3) The results of supervision are not significant because the principal has not provided good feedback in improving teacher performance. (4) Coaching and training provided by school principals are not yet fully distributed to teachers. Therefore, the results of the supervision program did not provide significant results seen from the data on teachers whose qualifications had not been fulfilled.

Abstract

The effectiveness of student learning in schools is the main responsibility of a leader, where leaders help teachers to do better. Performance appraisals are conducted to tell teachers what management expects to build a better understanding of each other. Assessment must recognize achievement and make plans to improve Student Learning Effectiveness. Research objectives: 1) To find out how much influence school management has on student learning effectiveness. 2) To find out how much influence the Student Learning Culture has on the Effectiveness of Student Learning. 3) To find out how much influence School Management and Student Learning Culture collectively have on Student Learning Effectiveness. This research is a case study research with a survey approach. The sample amounted to 61 people with Use a simple random sample method to determine the sample size. Data is collected through questionnaires and interviews, and data analysis techniques use multiple regression techniques. Conclusion: 1) School management has a positive impact on improving student learning efficiency. 2) Student learning culture has a positive impact on improving student learning efficiency. 3) Have a positive impact on school management and Student Learning Culture together to increase the effectiveness of student learning.

Abstract

The evaluation research on the implementation of extracurricular programs aims to describe the results of research on how the program's achievements from the implementation of the mandatory Scout extracurricular activities. The research in this thesis is motivated by the condition of the lack of efficiency in the mandatory Scout extracurricular activities, and the role of teachers in motivating activities in the implementation of activities that take place every week is felt to be less than optimal and efficient. This study uses qualitative research methods with descriptive research type. The location of this research includes research instruments of parties who have activities in schools, especially students as the main object in the implementation of the mandatory Scout extracurricular activity program as recommended by the Government. Determination of information is done by purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collection technique was carried out by observation, in-depth interviews with informants, taking documentation as data, and research using triangulation techniques, which included standard utility. Furthermore, the data analysis technique is by means of data reduction, data presentation, methods, discussions with colleagues and drawing conclusions. The results obtained from this study indicate that the process of implementing the program "Evaluation of the Implementation of Scout Extracurricular Programs at MI Al-Khairiyah Pagi Mampang Prapatan, South Jakarta" is less effective and needs improvement and improvement in the implementation of the mandatory Scout extracurricular activity program.

Abstract

Evaluation of the Implementation of the Learning Curriculum During the Covid-19 Pandemic at Peninggilan 3 Public Elementary School, Ciledug District, Tangerang City. The research aims to evaluate the implementation of curriculum implementation during the Covid-19 pandemic at Peninggilan 3 Public Elementary School through Distance Learning (PJJ) seen from the evaluation of context, input, process, and product, as well as Letters Ministerial Circular Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Educational Policies in the Emergency Period for the Spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative and CIPP evaluation (Context, Input, Process, and product). The implementation of the learning curriculum during the Covid-19 pandemic was developed referring to the national curriculum whose implementation was carried out online through google classroom, google meet, zoom meeting, and whatsapp group described in the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). Difficulties and obstacles in implementing the learning curriculum for teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic can be overcome by participating in training in the field of Information and Technology, such as: making video media, models, and learning methods that are appropriate to the Covid-19 pandemic, so that teachers can make their own learning videos according to the student's character and eliminate student boredom in the PJJ process. PJJ clearly has positive and negative impacts on students, therefore assistance and parental participation are needed, especially in mastering scientific disciplines, assertiveness in controlling and using children's gadgets at home, as well as good communication between teachers and parents.

Abstract

 Pengabdian masyarakat ini berjudul pemberdayaan guru melalui pelatihan penelitian tindakan kelas di SMKN 47 tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam mengintegrasikan pengajaran dengan pengembangan guru, pengembangan kurikulum dengan evaluasi, penelitian dengan filosofis refleksi, serta kedalaman konsep yang menyatu dengan praktik pendidikan yang reflektif, melatih guru agar dapat memberikan perlakuan kepada para siswa atau responden yang diteliti treatment yang nyata di sekolah, seperti pemberian hand-outs dalam pembelajaran, metode mengajar yang terencana dan dapat menyiapkan buku acuan belajar untuk siswa ,mewujudkan proses penelitian yang mempunyai manfaat ganda, yaitu bagi peneliti memperoleh informasi yang berkaitan dengan permasalahan hendak dipecahkan, dan pihak subjek yang diteliti (Siswa). Metode pelaksanaan  adalah klasikal dengan strategi pembelajaran yang bersifat kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik, relevan dengan pencapaian tujuan yaitu untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru dalam penelitian dan juga disesuaikan dengan kondisi khalayak sasaran metode berperan serta di dalam kelompok, disesuaikan dengan bidang studi para guru .Pelatihan PTK ini juga melatih peserta untuk dapat memahami metodelogi penelitian, sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu para guru dalam penelitian baik kuantitatif maupun kualitatif. Hasil dari kegiatan ini guru-guru dapat memahami metodologi penelitian tindakan kelas ,Guru dapat memahami metode pengumpulan dan pengolahan ; Guru-guru dapat memahami dan membuat artikel  hasil penelitian;  Guru-guru dapat mengevaluasi interaksi proses pembelajaran melalui Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK).

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berjudul Peningkatan Kapasitas Kade Posyandu Kelurahan Cimuning Kecamatan Mustika Jaya Kota Bekasi. Masalah yang terjadi dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat disini yaitu penurunan presentasi jumlah Posyandu strata Mandiri dari 26,9%(2015) menjadi25,9% (2016) dari seluruh Posyandu yang ada, menurun pada tahun 2016 menjadi 61,3%, Strata Posyandu Madya mengalami peningkatan dari 8% pada tahun 2015 menjadi 11,5% pada tahun 2015. Posyandu strata Madya merupakan klasifikasi kedua terendah kinerjanya.Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat untuk menjalin komunikasi dan dan kerjasama antar kader Posyandu, Menggali pengalaman kader (sukadukanya) menjadiKader Posyandu, Menggambar kancitra diri kader Posyandu, Mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi kader Posyandu, Merumuskan alternatip pemecahan masalah/rencanaak sikader Posyandu, Membangun komitmen dan penandatanganan bersama kader Posyandu dalam melaksanakan rencana aksi Kader Posyan dudi Kelurahan Cimuning Kecamatan Mustika Jaya Kota Bekasi, metode pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu secara partisipatif aktif melalui pencairan situasi, curah pendapat, diskusi kelompok,dinami kakelompok dengan game2,pleno. Manfaat dari pelatihan ini parakader Posyandu dapat menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasamaan tarkader Posyandu Kesimpulan meningkatkan kapasitas kader posyandu Cimuning dalam kegiatan pelatihan sangat bermanfaat demi kemajuan dan meningkatkan strata kinerja dapat persetujuan dandukun gandari berbagai pihak sehingga ( sukaduka) menjadi kader Posyandu, Teridentifikasinya citra diri kader Posyandu dalam bahasagambar, Terjalinnya permasalahan yang dihadapi kader Posyandu, Tersusun nyarencanaaksi/ alternative, pemecahan masalah, adanya komitmen bersama parakader Posyan dudalam melaksanakan rencanaaksi yang lebih professional. Kader Posyandu merupakan agen perubahan yang sangat penting dan strategis dalam pelaksanaan program apapun yang diluncurkan Pemerintah.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kewirausahaan Guru dan Potensi Diri terhadap Kepuasan KerjaGuru pada Sekolah Dasar se gugus Di Kecamatan Cimanggis Depok Jawa Barat. Metode yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah metode survei. Populasi targetnya adalah seluruh guru se gugus Di Kecamatan CimanggisDepok, mengingat jumlah populasinya sedikit, penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 40 guru. Untuk menguji hipotesistersebut menggunakan analisis jalur atau Path Analysis. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut.Pertama, terdapat pengaruh langsung Kewirausahaan Guru (X1) terhadap Kepuasan kerja guru (X3) denganpersamaan regresi X3 = 91,957+ 0,462X1 dan koefisien korelasi 0,575, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. Kedua,terdapat pengaruh langsung Potensi Diri (X2) terhadap Kepuasan kerja guru (X3) dengan persamaan regresi X3 = 86,166 + 0,488X2 dan koefisien korelasi 0,643, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. Ketiga terdapat pengaruhlangsung Kewirausahaan Guru (X) terhadap Potensi Diri (X2) dengan persamaan regresi X2 = 47,680 + 0.714X1dan koefisien korelasi 0,674, yang signifikan pada taraf α = 0,05. 1 Research aimed to investigate the influence of teacher’s entrepreneurship and self-potency concept toward teacher’swork satisfaction of the teachers at Cimanggis District cluster. The research method used here was survey researchmethod. The sample were 40 teachers. The research examined hypothesis with path analysis method. The researchsummarized 1) there was direct influences of entrepreneurship toward teacher’s works satisfaction as stated byregression equation X = 91,957+ 0,462X1 with coefficient correlation value 0,575 at 0.05 significant level. 2) Therewas direct influence of self-potency concept toward teacher’s works satisfaction as stated by regression equation X3 = 86,166 + 0,488X2 with coefficient correlation value 0,643 at 0.05 significant level.; 3) there was direct influenceof teacher’s entrepreneurship toward self-potency concept as stated by regression equation X = 47,680 + 0,714X1with coefficient correlation value 0,674 at 0.05 significant level. 2 3

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pelayanan publik bidang administrasi kependudukan pada kecamatan Medan Satria, Kota Bekasi. Metode penelitian yang dilaksanakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data dansampel dipilih secara purposif dan bersifat snowball sampling, analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan pelayanan publik di bidang administrasi kependudukan sudah cukup baik dengan tersedianya media informasi yang mudah diakses sesuai kebutuhan masyarakatserta prosedur pelayanan yang efisien; 2) Transparansi di bidang administrasi kependudukan bahwa sudah bersifat terbuka dan mudah diakses oleh semua pihak; 3) Kondisional dibidang administrasi berdasarkan pada bagan alur prosedur yang ada pada prosedur operasional standar; 4) Partisipasi dalam melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, menyediakan kotak kritik dan saran serta sms center; 5) Persamaan hak dalam pelayanan publik sudah dilaksanakan secara praktik.
