Abstract

The research intended to know the effects of performance supervision toward job productivity at General Bureau of National Narcotics Agency. The population of the research were all staffs at this section. The sample were 74 staffs acquired by disproportionate random sampling. The research used associative quantitative methods. After the data tested by normality test and homogeinity test, then the analysis of variances conducted. The result of linear regression showed that and ANAVA calculation showed that Fcount < Ftable (1.62, < 1.80). The hypotesis tested by Pearson’s product moment corelation test and gained rxy = 0.600. This mean that there was a significant effect of performance supervision toward job productivity as compared by coefficient correlation interpretation table. The research concluded that there was a significant effect of performance supervision toward job productivity.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di SDN Ragunan 01 Jakarta Selatan dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi, pembinaan dan peningkatan wawasan terkait kunci sukses usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) pada masa pandemic covid-19 sebagai penguatan manajemen sekolah. Hipotesis pengabdian ini belum optimalnya pemahaman tentang pentingnya pengelolaan UKS secara insentif. Peserta pengabdian ini berjumlah 34 orang terdiri dari, guru (tenaga pendidik), tenaga kependidikan dan komite sekolah.Tahap-tahap dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah: Tahap pertama, pendekatan persuasive yaitu tahap untuk mempengaruhi atau meyakinkan peserta sosialisasi dalam pembinaan mengenai peran UKS di sekolah agar bertindak sesuai yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang berhubungan dengan kunci sukses penerapam UKS di sekolah. Tahap pelaksanaan, mencakup, (a) mengadakan sosialisasi pentingnya UKS di Sekolah, (b) menjelaskan manfaat Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) di sekolah dan di rumah, dan (c) menjelaskan pentingnya peningkatan presentase kesehatan warga sekolah di masa Pandemi Covid-19 sebagai penguatan manajemen sekolah. Tahap evaluasi, penilaian terhadap keberhasilan penerapan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) dan Tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) di sekolah. Hasil yang diharapkan: semua warga sekolah terhindar dari Covid-19 dengan adanya kegiatan sosialisasi ini dan dapat memahami manfaat atau kegunaan UKS dan manfaat tanaman obat keluarga di sekolah serta dikenali oleh warga sekolah mengenai jenis-jenis tanaman obat keluarga yang bisa digunakan untuk suatu tindakan cepat tanggap terhadap suatu hal. Implikasi pengabdian ini memberikan edukasi, motivasi dan implementasi betapa pentingnya peningkatan asupan gizi seimbang, pola hidup bersih dan sehat serta mengacu pada protokol kesehatan

Abstract

Pengabdian bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam ruang lingkup keluarga menghadapi Covid19 di wilayah mitra Jakarta Selatan sudah menjadi Zona Merah, artinya penyebaran virus covid 19 ini sudah harus benar-benar menjadi perhatian khusus agar dapat memutus rantai penyebarannya, Untuk memutus rantai penyebarannya, masyarakat di haruskan “Stay At Home”, atau harus tinggal di rumah saja. Metode pelaksanaan dengan memberikan edukasi ke wilayah mitra dengan kegiatan di rumah dapat dilakukan dengan hal-hal yang bersifat menyenangkan dan bermakna dengan melakukan berbagai aktivitas-aktivitas untuk membangun kreativitas dengan cara yang menyenangkan sehingga mampu membuat keluarga selama tinggal di rumah dengan melakukan hal-hal positif yang bermakna, Hasil Pemberdayaan masyarakat melakukan kegiatan khatam Al-Quran dengan sistem pembagian 1 juz per satu orang per hari. Masyarakat dapat menanam Tanaman Obat Keluarga serta membuat jamu olahan secara mandiri. Memanfaatkan peluang dan teknologi untuk menambah pundi-pundi penghasilan melalui berjualan online.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the selection of outstanding teachers to the determination ranking on professional and intellectual managerial performances. A qualitative research was used where 91 teachers were selected based on the level of education from kindergarten to secondary school and vocational education.  The results showed there are three data categories of professional and managerial performances of teachers, namely, high, medium and low. The three categories of data describe the various factors that affect the ability of the management professional and intellectual teachers among the demands of interpersonal of the profession, carrying out the task of teaching a high quality produces professional development, encouragement and motivation from leaders in the school, and a special confidence in the development of professional, as well as using the four dimensions (the assessment of emotion-self, appraisal of emotions of others, use of emotion, and emotion regulation) in improving the performance of teachers and the determination of the personal goals of the teacher in the academic achievement.

Abstract

In this paper, the researchers would like to propose a teaching EFL writing course: News Story, which the researchers have used in an EFL classroom context. This effort is different from others in some occasions. Firstly, in the stages of developing ideas of a news story: a biography news, the researchers encourage students to seek for related information for their composition through pre writing activities such as, the activity of research that is by interviewing: preparing some questions and asking those questions to the (intended person) source. Secondly, at the phase of drafting, the researchers ask students to work cooperatively, to construct the main ideas and supporting ideas this activity ends with the results which are sentences then paragraphs. Furthermore, before the researchers provide a writing task: writing a biography news, students are given transitional words to make their composition coherently. Lastly, they upload their composition in their blog. In short, in the proposed teaching EFL writing: a biography news story, by interviewing, students can understand how to organize the writing material according to the necessities of the writing task; writing biography News. To sum up, prewriting activities; through interviewing can assist EFL students to generate the ideas which can inspire and aid them realize both what they want to write and how to write it on their writing task: A Biography News.

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan kepala sekolah dasar di Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat dilaksanakan untuk mengurangi atau bahkan menghilangkan kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi pada penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan sehingga tidak terlibat konflik dengan Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK). Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memberikan wawasan tentang penyusunan dan penulisan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban Keuangan yang baik merujuk pada peraturan yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui pendekatan persuasif. metode ini digunakan karena dinilai tepat dalam melakukan analisis situasi dan menemukan permasalahan serta solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan kepala sekolah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Meruya Utara 02 dengan diikuti oleh 12 Sekolah Dasar yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah dan juru bayar sekolah dasar negeri di kota administrasi Jakarta Barat. Hasil pelatihan ini yaitu kepala sekolah dan juru bayar sekolah mengetahui dimana letak kesalahan-kesalahan pada penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan sekolah terkait dengan dana Bantuan Operasional Pendidikan (BOP), dana Biaya Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dan Kartu Jakarta Pintar (KJP) serta memberi pengetahuan terkait panduan penyusunan laporan pertanggungjawaban keuangan sekolah berdasarkan aturan baku pemerintah.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal and to study the influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity in the Tourism Vocational High Schools in Southern Jakarta. This research is one that is quantitative survey-based employing questionnaires and path analysis. Study population consists of all 226 teachers in those schools, applying Slovin’s formula with sampled teachers amounting 144, and extra 30 teachers trial pre sampled teachers. Method applied in this research is Simple Random Sampling.This research has hypothesis, as follow: (1) there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership toward teacher creativity, (2) there is direct positive influence of the organizational culture toward teacher creativity, and (3) there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership toward organizational culture. Trial instrument is applied to obtain both validity of the statements provided and realibility of the instrument at the same time by using formula provided by Pearson Product Moment and reliabilities calculated by Alpha Cronbach formulation, and every instrument indicated that reliabilities of; teacher’s creativity rii=0.886, principal entrepreneur leadership rii= 0.893 and organization culture rii= 0.909.Furthermore, the big of its influences measured by path analysis formulation for significance level α = 0,05, The result is concluded, zero hypothesis (H0), explained there is not direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity is rejected, while alternative hypothesis (H1), explained there is direct positive influence of the principal entrepreneur leadership and organizational culture toward teacher creativity is accepted.

Abstract

The Study Program's accreditation process is very important to to maintain the continuity of education services quality and to provide assurance that the accredited Study Program has met the quality standards set by BAN-PT. This study aims to determine the percentage level of achievement in the meta-evaluation process, the higher percentage level achievement of the meta-evaluation results means that this research instrument can be used to measure the primary evaluation with a high level of achievement. This research is a evaluation research using metaevaluation approach, the subject in this study is the primary evaluation in the form of the accreditation results of Electrical Engineering Education Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, State University of Jakarta in 2010. The research instrument is a development of the BAN-PT accreditation assessment instrument which is guided by Book VI Assessment Matrix Instrument of Undergraduate Study Program Accreditation. Data and information collection’s method by observations, documentations, group discussions and interviews. The results showed that the percentage of achievement level given by meta-evaluation calculation in average of 10 respondents was 84.59%. It can be concluded that the meta-evaluation instrument in this research can measure primary evaluations with a high percentage of achievement.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat berjudul Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Kader Posyandu Lansia di Desa Cimuning Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimuning bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kesehatan pada usia lanjut. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu pendekatan persuasive dengan tahapan-tahapan pelaksanaan yaitu (1) melakukan pendekatan persuasive kepada masyarakat sebagai kader posyandu, (2) Penyuluhan kesehatan/ceranah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, tanya jawab, dan simulasi, (3) pemeriksaan fisik (4) serta pencatatan dan pelaporan hasil pemeriksaan isik kesehatan masyarakat lanjut usia. Di kelurahan Cimuning baru terbentuk 8 Posyandu Lansia dari 26 RW yang ada, sehingga perlu dibentuk lagi posyandu lansia pada RW yang belum memiliki posyandu lansia. Dengan demikian Program Kerja Sama Mitra (PKM) dalam pengabdian masyarakat menawarkan solusi antara lain dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia. Kegiatannya antara lain: Sosialisasi pentingnya posyandu lansia melalui Forum Kelurahan/RW, rekrutmen dan pelatihan kader posyandu lansia, layanan posyandu lansia, penyuluhan kesehatan, PMT, penimbangan, vitamin dan permainan-permainan yg menyenagkan dan menyehatkan, peningkatan kesehatan, komunikasi interpersonal yang bekerjasama dengan masyarakat sekitar. Kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan kader posyandu lansia kelurahan Cimuning sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan status kesehatan dan kualitas hidup lansia pelayanan kesehatan lansia di posyandu.Kata kunci : Lansia, Pengabdian, Posyandu AbstractCommunity service titled Training and Assistance for Elderly Posyandu Cadres in Cimuning Village Cimuning Health Center Work Area aims to build public awareness about health in old age. The method of implementing this community service activity is a persuasive approach with stages of implementation, namely (1) carrying out a persuasive approach to the community as a posyandu cadre, (2) health education / interactive stories, group discussions, questions and answers, and simulations, (3) physical examinations ( 4) as well as recording and reporting the results of health examinations for the elderly. The elderly posyandu services emphasize promotive and preventive services without ignoring curative and rehabilitative efforts. In Cimuning Village, only 8 Elderly Integrated Healthcare Center was formed from 26 existing RWs, so it is necessary to re-establish elderly Integrated Healthcare Center for RWs that do not yet have elderly Integrated Healthcare Center. Therefore the Partnership Cooperation Program in community service offers solutions including, among others, training and mentoring for elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres. The activities socialization of the importance of Integrated Healthcare Center for the elderly through the Village Office Forum, recruitment and training of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres, elderly Integrated Healthcare Center services, health counseling, supplementary feeding, weighing, vitamins and games that are fun and healthy, improving health, interpersonal communication in collaboration with surrounding communities. The Conclusion that the training and assistance of elderly Integrated Healthcare Center cadres in Cimuning Village are very useful in improving the health status and quality of life of elderly health services in the Integrated Healthcare Center.Keywords: Integrated Healthcare Center, Elderly, Devotion

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the influence of principal’s visionary leadership (X1) and work climate (X2) on teachers’ performance (X3). The type of research used is quantitative research. The target population in this study were all public elementary school principals and teachers in Kedaung Kaliangke Village as many as 160 people. The population is divided into 1 Village, with purposive sampling techniques. The researchers selected 12 schools consisting of 160 teachers and principals. In deciding the research sample, the Slovin formula was utilized. From the calculation, they obtained 114 people as research sample. Data collection technique used was using questionnaire with survey methods. The instruments were analyzed using the Likert model scale. The results of the study informed three main information. First, there were directly and positively influenced by 48% of Teacher Performance (X3) influenced by the second principal’s visionary leadership (X1). Second, there was a direct and positive influence of 39% performance variation (X3) influenced by the teacher working climate (X2). Third, there was a direct and positive influence of 62% variation of the working climate (X2) influenced by visionary leadership (X1). As a conclusion, there is positive correlation among the three variables, namely principal’s visionary leadership, work climate, and teacher performance.
