Air minum merupakan kebutuhan pokok bagi manusia karena sebagian besar tubuh manusia terdiri dari air. Seiring dengan perkembangan kebutuhan masyarakat akan air minum yang semakin tinggi dan perkembangan pasar bebas serta persaingan di dunia usaha, saat ini banyak depot air minum isi ulang yang bermunculan di Indonesia khususnya di Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana. Namun air minum isi ulang yang tidak sesuai dengan standar kualitas air minum akan membawa dampak yang kurang baik bagi tubuh dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang maka dari itu hal ini sngat menarik untuk diteliti. Permasalahannya adalah Bagaimana perlindungan hukum konsumen terhadap depot air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana? Bagaimana faktor penghambat perlindungan hukum konsumen depot air minum isi ulang di Kecamatan Negara Kabupaten Jembrana? dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode penelitian empiris dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Dengan banyaknya depot air minum isi ulang yang produksi airnya tidak sesuai dengan standar kualitas air yang ada, ini berarti salah satu hak-hak dari konsumen untuk mendapatkan barang yang layak tidak terpenuhi. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkannya pengawasan yang ketat terhadap usaha depot air minum isi ulang, agar dalam pelaksanaannya dapat memenuhi standar kualitas air minum yang telah ditentukan oleh peraturan perundang-undangan yang ada.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Efektivitas Penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) pada Transaksi Jual Beli di Pasar Kumbasari Denpasar. Berkembangnya industri Indonesia akan mengalami banyak perubahan salah satunya bidang pembayaran yang menggunakan pembayaran non tunai melalui QRIS, yang disusun oleh Bank Indonesia, wajib dilakukan setiap transaksi pembayaran di Indonesia, Pasal 6 PADG Nomor 24/1/PADG/2022. Nyatanya, masih terdapat pedagang yang tidak menggunakan QRIS dalam setiap transaksi. Maka penting dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui metode transaksi jual beli di Pasar Kumbasari serta bagaimana efektivitas penggunaan QRIS dalam pelaksanaan transaksi digital pada Pasar Kumbasari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Berdasarkan hasil studi, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa penggunaan QRIS di Pasar Kumbasari masih belum efektif dilakukan oleh para pedagang. Hambatan yang membuat belum efektifnya penggunaan QRIS yaitu, kurangnya antusias pedagang dalam menggunakan QRIS dikarenakan mayoritas pedagang lansia dan ada biaya MDR 0,6% yang diberlakukan kepada pedagang, membuat para pedagang tidak menerapkan QRIS.

Penyeberangan pejalan kaki telah diatur Berdasarkan UU No dana. 22 tahun 2009 perihal lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan(UU LLAJ). Fungsi penyebrangan Jalan bagi pejalan kaki yang awalnya guna memberi kemudahan untuk pejalan kaki berpindah dari sisi jalan ke sisi jalan lainnya mulai disalahgunakan menjadi tempat untuk memamerkan busana atau menjadi tempat pagelaran busana. Dari sini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pagelaran busana yang digelar di penyeberangan pejalan kaki ini telah melanggar UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang LLAJ. Dengan demikian masalah yang diangkat pada studi ini yaitu Bagaimanakah akibat hukum terhadap penyalahgunaan penyeberangan penjualan kaki sebagai ajang pagelaran busana dan bagaimanakah sanksi hukum terhadap penyalahgunaan penyeberangan pejalan kaki sebagai ajang pagelaran busana berdasarkan UU LLAJ. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan konseptual Dan perundangan. Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwasanya pejalan kaki yang melakukan ajang pagelaran busana atau fashion show dapat dikenakan sanksi berdasarkan ketentuan UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 tentang LLAJ. Pejalan kaki yang menyalahgunakan penyeberangan pejalan kaki telah melanggar pasal 274 dan pasal 275 UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 perihal LLAJ.

Dalam usaha yang sehat, terdapat persamaan dan keseimbangan antara konsumen dan pelaku usaha terkhusus pada usaha minuman beralkohol khas Bali. Pelaku usaha menyalurkan dan memasarkan minuman beralkohol khas Bali seperti arak dan tuak tanpa mencantumkan keterangan-keterangan penting akan bertentangan dengan regulasi yang ada. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan penyalahgunaan alkohol, seperti minum berlebihan serta jika dicampur dengan zat-zat kimia lainnya akan membahayakan Kesehatan Konsumen. Oleh karena itu bagaimana penerapan Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dalam peredaran minuman beralkohol arak di Kecamatan Sidemen? serta bagaimana pengawasan terhadap pelaku usaha yang memproduksi minuman beralkohol arak di Kecamatan Sidemen? Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Ketentuan Nomor 8 UUPK belum terlaksanakan dengan baik tercermin dari masih adanya pelaku usaha yang tidak memiliki surat perizinan dalam mengedarkan minuman beralkohol arak Bali. Nowadays, people have created creative ideas resembling the machinery at PT Pertamina to make profits with the uneven distribution of fuel oil by creating Pertamini. Pertamini traders are unlicensed traders who prey on unsuspecting customers by selling substandard fuel at inflated prices. This is very contrary to consumer rights. The problems are, How the factors that cause consumers to prefer Pertamini in North Denpasar Subdistrict? and How is the responsibility of fuel oil traders through Pertamini for consumers who are harmed in North Denpasar Subdistrict? This research uses empirical methods with sociological, conceptual and statutory approaches. The research location was carried out in North Denpasar District. Related data collected in this study using primary data and secondary data. Therefore, the researcher concludes that the factors that cause consumers to choose to fill fuel oil in Pertamini are in addition to consumers following the latest technological trends, as well as the advantages of Pertamini, including faster and more practical use. Then, consumers who are disadvantaged regarding the price given through Pertamini are more expensive and the dose given is not in accordance with what should be obtained. Therefore, pertamini traders can be held accountable for the losses suffered by the consumers themselves.

The rise of the construction of supermarkets in Gianyar Regency causes the competitiveness of business actors to be increasingly fierce and the community as consumers who are not sensitive to their own rights, the position of consumers is getting weaker than business actors. The formulation of this research problem includes: What is the form of legal protection for consumers who make transactions at convenience stores in Gianyar Regency? and What are the legal consequences for convenience store businesses that violate consumer rights? This study is carried out using empirical legal research methodology, which involves investigating how the application of law in society and seeing the law in its practical application. The results of this study explain that consumers receive direct legal protection fromConsumer Protection Act. Consumers who are harmed by the convenience store in the form of damage or goods that have expired are held accountable in the form of direct compensation by the convenience store.

Acts of corruption often drag people who work in government agencies. KPK records show that corruption in the scope of agencies occurred in districts / cities as many as 409 problems in the period 2004-2020. the formulation of this research problem is: How is the Bribery Arrangement that occurs in the tabanan government. Criminal responsibility for the giver and receiver of bribes in the government environment in tabanan district discussing this problem, using Normative legal research. The regulation of bribery or every problem of corruption criminal activity must be processed by the court according to the existing provisions. Settlement is applied proactively based on existing laws and regulations and government authority. Each process of handling the problem must be carried out to check its progress. the Denpasar District Court's decision No. Case 16 //Pid. Sus-TPK//2020//PN, decided that the Defendant NI PUTU EKA WIRYASTUTI had been proven clearly and convincingly guilty of committing "the crime of corruption jointly and continuously".

The practice of diverting customers' change to donations in minimarkets is an important issue in the context of consumer protection. The concept of the rule of law suggests that diverting consumers' money to donations violates legal principles. This research identifies two main problems: 1) Consumer protection arrangements related to donation refunds in minimarkets; 2) Forms of legal protection for consumers whose change is diverted into donations at minimarkets. The research method uses a normative legal approach with a focus on legislation and concepts. The results show that this practice violates the Consumer Protection Law, and is not in accordance with the Currency Law and Bank Indonesia Law. Consumers are entitled to a refund in the form of rupiah, in accordance with payments that exceed the selling value of goods or services. If consumers suffer losses, the Consumer Protection Law provides protection both preventively and repressively.

A corporation is closely related to an agreement that gives rise to rights and obligations that bind all parties. During the implementation of cooperation with Dipa Production garments with consumers, there have been problems regarding the transaction process that is not carried out by consumers, causing losses to Dipa Production garments. The formulation of the problem is: How is the legal relationship between business actors and consumers in the transaction of making clothes in Dipa Production garment Badung Regency? And what are the legal consequences for consumers against the loss of business actors in shirt-making transactions at Dipa Production garment in Badung Regency? The research method used is empirical legal research. The approach to the problem used is a statutory and sociological approach. Dipa Production garment makes an agreement with consumers to make clothes. The occurrence of problems due to late consumer performance and non-performance. In this case, consumers have not completed their obligations, such as late payment transactions, and not making payment transactions. Settlement of default disputes for consumers who are late in paying, can be resolved by negotiating. Meanwhile, consumers who do not make payments cannot be contacted at all and disappear.

A new problem faced by society due to technological advances is the use of social media such as TikTok to beg online. This activity is carried out by utilizing virtual gifts on Tik Tok live streaming . Problem formulation: How is the law enforcement of the phenomenon of online begging with the issuance of Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 by the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia? What factors are an obstacle in law enforcement against online begging on social media? This research uses normative law type, with statutory, factual, and conceptual approaches. Minister of Social Affairs Circular Letter Number 2 of 2023 was released in response to the phenomenon of online begging. There is no specific legislation regulating online begging, but currently to stop it there is a regulation in the Criminal Code Article 504 concerning criminal sanctions for begging so that this sanction can stop onlineĀ begging activities. Therefore, the government needs to accommodate the rules of onlineĀ begging by forming special regulations related to this matter, as well as increasing the supervision of content on social media.
