Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pertama, untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat academic burnout dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang yang masif aktif. Kedua, mendeskripsikan perbedaan tingkat academic burnout dengan self-efficacy berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jurusan dan angkatan. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan hubungan academic burnout dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif Korelatif, penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode yang paling sering digunakan untuk penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan suatu peristiwa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa dengan jumlah mahasiswa 446 mahasiswa beberapa program studi. Untuk pengambilan data menggunakan skala academic burnout dan skala efikasi diri. Aanalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kurva normal, dengan menentukan Mean (rata-rata) dan Standar deviasi skor hipotetik. Kemudian dibuat kategori berdasarkan skor dalam rentangan jumlah skor rata-rata dan deviasi. Skor yang yang berada di dalam kategori tertentu di hitung persentase mahasiswa yang ada dalam ketegori tersebut. Untuk membuktikan hipotes penelitian tentang perbedaan tingkat academic burnout dan self-efficacy mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jurusan dan angkatan dan klasifikasi dengan mengunakan rumus uji beda dua Mean (Uji - t) dan ANOVA. Secara umum subjek penelitian memiliki Self-efficacy dan Academic Burnout yang tergolong sedang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil kategorisasi sedang yang dominan sebesar (X = 68,19%) dan (Y = 65,16%). Hasil dari hipotesis R = -0.616 penelitian ini yaitu diterima yang berarti “ Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara Self-efficacy terhadap Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang . Dengan arah hubungan yang negatif ini bermakna “Semakin tinggi Self-efficacy maka Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa rendah begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah Self-efficacy maka Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa tinggi”.

Abstract

This study produced a psychodrama training guidebook through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students of SMAN Kota Malang. The method used in the study is development which has ten stages that have been modified into seven stages, including information gathering, planning, initial product development, initial product trials, product revision, main field trials, and main product revisions based on the assessment of six experts (stage 4), including material assessment, obtained an average score of 3.6. Media assessment obtained an average score of 3.6, it can be concluded that this guidebook is appropriate for use. Language assessment obtained an average score of 3.9, it can be concluded that in terms of language use, this guidebook is quite appropriate for use. While the assessment of product user tests (stage 6) by five Counselors at five different schools, obtained an average score of 3.7, it can be concluded that this guidebook has been tested directly by Counselor teachers at school so this guidebook is quite appropriate for use by counselors as a guideline in overcoming interpersonal communication anxiety in high school students. This guide has been revised according to the advice given by the expert so that the psychodrama training guide through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students is categorized as very useful, very appropriate, very easy, very interesting, and very feasible to use. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to develop the resulting development media by using trials on students to determine the level of effectiveness.

Abstract

Peculiarly, the building of academic competency on counselor candidate needs to be gained through activity degree and student learning outputting class. Student academic competency in work skill on guidance and counseling course, notably in management and evaluation of guidance and counseling course require for having knowledge on theoretic treasures, context, principle, procedure and tools used in performing guidance and counseling service, also in developing professionalism as counselor on an ongoing basis by practicing guidance and counseling performance procedurally in school. Academic competency that will be gained by student can be categorized in three aspects of academic competency accomplishment, which are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The researcher concludes that the lack of those three aspects above caused by the learning process in class which is expository, that giving less attention on learning experience organization. So, the study content tends to be forgotten easily. The using of jigsaw learning is expected to facilitate e-learning experience organization of the student in improving academic competency of counselor candidate. Classroom action research is implemented in three cycles. The result gained in each cycle is increase gradually. Cycle I shows that the development of student academic competency is still on low rank, cycle II shows medium average development of student academic competency, cycle III shows that the average development of student academic competency is on high rank. The implementation this learning strategy can be used to improve the learning process by prioritizing on academic competency through study activity and learning output of the student. As the process improvement, the researcher focuses on student learning, so that the lecturer has the role as facilitator only.
