Abstract

The results of observations and interviews at elementary school showed that Indonesian history material was considered material that was difficult for students to accept and understand. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of video based learning on cognitive learning outcomes of Indonesian history material in elementary schools. This research method is an experiment. The form of the experimental design used in this study was a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group type. Data analysis was carried out through tests for normality, homogeneity, paired sample t-test, and independent sample t-test. The first hypothesis test, namely the paired sample t-test, shows that there is an influence seen from Lower and Upper which is negative, namely Upper is -18.270 and Lower is -27.312. Sig. Value (2-tailed) shows the number 0.000 which means <0.05. The second hypothesis test, namely the independent sample t-test, shows that there is a difference seen from Lower and Upper which is negative, namely Lower is -13.651 and Upper is -3.109. Sig. Value (2-tailed) shows the number 0.002 which means <0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It was concluded that the video based learning had an effect on the cognitive learning outcomes of Indonesian historical material at SDN 02 Temulus. Videos based learning can be used as an alternate learning resource in elementary schools to help students comprehend Indonesian history.

Abstract

Cervical cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer death in women in Indonesia, with a high incidence rate, especially in Central Java Province. The low awareness and participation of women of childbearing age in early detection, such as Pap smears and VIA examinations, are important factors in the increase in cases of advanced cervical cancer. This community service aims to increase women's understanding and awareness of the importance of early detection of cervical cancer through education and Pap smear examinations. Education is carried out by providing information on risk factors, the benefits of routine examinations, and the Pap smear procedure which is simple, safe, and covered by BPJS. The results of the activity showed an increase in knowledge and positive attitudes towards the importance of early detection of cervical cancer. This effort is expected to encourage women of childbearing age to undergo regular examinations so that the incidence and death rate from cervical cancer can be reduced. The objectives of this community service are Specific Objectives: to increase women's knowledge about the importance of Pap smear examinations, form a positive attitude towards cervical cancer prevention, and encourage women's participation in early detection of cervical cancer. Community service results Most respondents (88.2%) showed negative Pap smear results, indicating a healthy cervix after education on early detection of cervical cancer. As many as 11.8% of respondents experienced atrophic smears, which are cell changes due to decreased estrogen in postmenopausal women, which are not a sign of malignancy but require further monitoring if clinical symptoms occur.

Abstract

Career maturity is a stage of individual career development characterized by preparation for the future. The preparations made include seeking career information, understanding oneself in the form of exploring and discovering talents and interests, choosing a future career by using the resources possessed to achieve the appropriate career. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the level of career maturity of SMA Negeri 10 Malang students before the application of group guidance role playing techniques, 2) To determine the level of career maturity of SMA Negeri 10 Malang students after the application of group guidance role playing techniques, 3) to determine the effectiveness of group guidance role playing techniques effective in increasing the career maturity of SMA Negeri 10 Malang students. The method used in this study uses a type of quantitative research with a research design that is a pre-experiment design with a one group pretest-posttest design model, the sample technique used is simple random sampling. The sample to be examined was 10 students with data analysis techniques using Wilcoxon statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that: 1) The level of career maturity of class XI students of SMA Negeri 10 Malang before being given group guidance on role playing techniques is in the “low” category, 2) Increasing the career maturity of SMA Negeri 10 Malang students after the application of group guidance role playing techniques are in the category of “high and very high”, 3) The results of the Wilcoxon test analysis of the calculation can be concluded that Zhitung is -2.805b and sig. (2-tailed) is 0.005 then HO is rejected so it can be concluded that group guidance role playing techniques are effective for increasing the career maturity of SMA Negeri 10 Malang students. Based on the results of the research conclusions presented above, suggestions can be made for future researchers; this research is expected to be a reference or reference for future researchers who conduct similar research on group guidance with role playing techniques aimed at increasing student career maturity. it is hoped that further research can be improved in the application of group guidance services using role playing techniques to improve student career maturity and a wider subject.

Abstract

Desain layout di unit rekam medis RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa belum sesuai dengan standar dilihat dari kondisi layout ruangan, ergonomi, dan sarana dan prasarana. Hal tersebut berdampak pada efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan pada petugas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendesain desain layout di unit rekam medis RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik Mark Karlen dimana pengumpulan data dilukukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi desain layout yang tidak sesuai dengan standar dapat menyebabkan ketidaknyamanan pada petugas dan berpengaruh pada kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, masalah ini dapat diatasi dengan melakukan desain layout di unit rekam medis RSAU dr. Esnawan Antariksa yang sesuai dengan standar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan: Pertama, untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan tingkat academic burnout dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang yang masif aktif. Kedua, mendeskripsikan perbedaan tingkat academic burnout dengan self-efficacy berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jurusan dan angkatan. Ketiga, mendeskripsikan hubungan academic burnout dengan self-efficacy mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif Korelatif, penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode yang paling sering digunakan untuk penelitian yang bertujuan menjelaskan suatu peristiwa. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa dengan jumlah mahasiswa 446 mahasiswa beberapa program studi. Untuk pengambilan data menggunakan skala academic burnout dan skala efikasi diri. Aanalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kurva normal, dengan menentukan Mean (rata-rata) dan Standar deviasi skor hipotetik. Kemudian dibuat kategori berdasarkan skor dalam rentangan jumlah skor rata-rata dan deviasi. Skor yang yang berada di dalam kategori tertentu di hitung persentase mahasiswa yang ada dalam ketegori tersebut. Untuk membuktikan hipotes penelitian tentang perbedaan tingkat academic burnout dan self-efficacy mahasiswa berdasarkan jenis kelamin, jurusan dan angkatan dan klasifikasi dengan mengunakan rumus uji beda dua Mean (Uji - t) dan ANOVA. Secara umum subjek penelitian memiliki Self-efficacy dan Academic Burnout yang tergolong sedang. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil kategorisasi sedang yang dominan sebesar (X = 68,19%) dan (Y = 65,16%). Hasil dari hipotesis R = -0.616 penelitian ini yaitu diterima yang berarti “ Ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara Self-efficacy terhadap Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Kanjuruhan Malang . Dengan arah hubungan yang negatif ini bermakna “Semakin tinggi Self-efficacy maka Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa rendah begitupun sebaliknya semakin rendah Self-efficacy maka Academic Burnout pada mahasiswa tinggi”.

Abstract

This study produced a psychodrama training guidebook through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students of SMAN Kota Malang. The method used in the study is development which has ten stages that have been modified into seven stages, including information gathering, planning, initial product development, initial product trials, product revision, main field trials, and main product revisions based on the assessment of six experts (stage 4), including material assessment, obtained an average score of 3.6. Media assessment obtained an average score of 3.6, it can be concluded that this guidebook is appropriate for use. Language assessment obtained an average score of 3.9, it can be concluded that in terms of language use, this guidebook is quite appropriate for use. While the assessment of product user tests (stage 6) by five Counselors at five different schools, obtained an average score of 3.7, it can be concluded that this guidebook has been tested directly by Counselor teachers at school so this guidebook is quite appropriate for use by counselors as a guideline in overcoming interpersonal communication anxiety in high school students. This guide has been revised according to the advice given by the expert so that the psychodrama training guide through group guidance to overcome interpersonal communication anxiety in students is categorized as very useful, very appropriate, very easy, very interesting, and very feasible to use. Suggestions for further researchers are expected to be able to develop the resulting development media by using trials on students to determine the level of effectiveness.

Abstract

Kematangan karir adalah gambaran sikap dan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh siswa dalam memilih jalur karir mereka. Proses pemilihan karir, peserta didik sering kali mengalami ketidakpastian, karena di tahap remaja, mereka umumnya kekurangan informasi dan perencanaan yang terarah, serta kurang mempertimbangkan pilihan yang diambil. tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan karir siswa SMKS PGRI 6 Malang sebelum penerapan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving. Mengetahui tingkat kematangan karir siswa SMKS PGRI 6 Malang setelah penerapan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving. Mengetahui efektifitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa SMKS PGRI 6 Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pre-eksperimental, yaitu One-Group Pretest-Postest Group Design. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengukuran skala kematangan karir, siswa diambil secara acak dengan kategori rendah, sedang dan tinggi yang berjumlah 10 siswa. Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kematangan karir. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji Paired Sampel T Test. Berdasarkan hasil uji Paired Sampel T Test dengan nilai sig, sebesar 0,003. Sehingga, nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,003<0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik problem solving efektif untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir siswa SMKS PGRI 6 Malang. Peneliti selanjutnya Dapat mengujikan teknik problem solving untuk meningkatkan kematangan karir pada jenjang SMP dan SMA secara lebih luas.

Abstract

Peculiarly, the building of academic competency on counselor candidate needs to be gained through activity degree and student learning outputting class. Student academic competency in work skill on guidance and counseling course, notably in management and evaluation of guidance and counseling course require for having knowledge on theoretic treasures, context, principle, procedure and tools used in performing guidance and counseling service, also in developing professionalism as counselor on an ongoing basis by practicing guidance and counseling performance procedurally in school. Academic competency that will be gained by student can be categorized in three aspects of academic competency accomplishment, which are cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. The researcher concludes that the lack of those three aspects above caused by the learning process in class which is expository, that giving less attention on learning experience organization. So, the study content tends to be forgotten easily. The using of jigsaw learning is expected to facilitate e-learning experience organization of the student in improving academic competency of counselor candidate. Classroom action research is implemented in three cycles. The result gained in each cycle is increase gradually. Cycle I shows that the development of student academic competency is still on low rank, cycle II shows medium average development of student academic competency, cycle III shows that the average development of student academic competency is on high rank. The implementation this learning strategy can be used to improve the learning process by prioritizing on academic competency through study activity and learning output of the student. As the process improvement, the researcher focuses on student learning, so that the lecturer has the role as facilitator only.

Makalah ini menyediakan templat untuk mempersiapkan makalah untuk produksi elektronik Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Studi Amerika. Abstrak yang dipersiapkan dengan baik memungkinkan pembaca untuk mengidentifikasi isi dasar suatu dokumen dengan cepat dan akurat, menentukan relevansinya dengan kepentingan mereka, dan dengan demikian memutuskan apakah akan membaca dokumen tersebut secara keseluruhan. Abstrak harus informatif dan cukup jelas, memberikan pernyataan yang jelas tentang masalah, pendekatan atau solusi yang diusulkan, dan menunjukkan temuan-temuan utama dan ringkasan kesimpulan yang berdampak. Abstrak tidak boleh lebih dari 250 kata. Abstrak harus ditulis dalam bentuk lampau. Tata nama standar harus digunakan dan singkatan harus dihindari. Tidak ada literatur yang boleh dikutip. Daftar kata kunci memberikan kesempatan untuk menambahkan kata kunci, yang digunakan oleh layanan pengindeksan dan abstrak, selain kata kunci yang sudah ada dalam judul. Penggunaan kata kunci yang bijaksana dapat meningkatkan kemudahan bagi pihak yang berkepentingan untuk menemukan artikel kita.This paper provides a template for preparing papers for electronic production of the Jurnal Bahasa, Sastra, dan Studi Amerika. A well-prepared abstract enables the reader to identify the basic content of a document quickly and accurately, to determine its relevance to their interests, and thus to decide whether to read the document in its entirety. The Abstract should be informative and completely self-explanatory, provide a clear statement of the problem, the proposed approach or solution, and point out major findings and and a summary of impactful conclusions. The Abstract should not be more than 250 words in length. The abstract should be written in the past tense. Standard nomenclature should be used and abbreviations should be avoided. No literature should be cited. The keyword list provides the opportunity to add keywords, used by the indexing and abstracting services, in addition to those already present in the title. Judicious use of keywords may increase the ease with which interested parties can locate our article.

Abstract

Self-injury is a maladaptive behavior among adolescents, intentionally performed to reduce emotional distress without suicidal intent. This study aimed to develop real-life story–based e-biblioeducation media in the form of a digital flipbook as a preventive and reductive intervention against self-injury behavior among junior high school students. Real-life story–based e-biblioeducation is considered effective because it facilitates emotional identification, reflective thinking, and vicarious learning through authentic narratives, enabling adolescents to internalize adaptive coping strategies. The study employed the ADDIE model. Participants were 15 eighth-grade students at SMP Shalahuddin Malang selected through random sampling. Research instruments included expert validation sheets and a self-injury scale. Validation results indicated that the media was feasible, with scores ranging from high to very feasible across expert reviewers. Effectiveness testing using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test yielded a Z score of −3.302 (p < 0.05), indicating a significant reduction in self-injury behavior. Although limited by a small sample size and the absence of a control group, the findings suggest that real-life story–based e-biblioeducation is a promising alternative for preventive school counseling and warrants further investigation using larger samples and experimental designs
