Abstract

Abstract Background : Payment of BPJS Health contributions to PBPU-independent workers is a major challenge for BPJS Health, because there is no agency responsible for consistent payment of contributions to these participants. High levels of non-compliance with payment of contributions can reduce the collectability of contributions and pose a significant financial risk to BPJS Kesehatan. Nationally, the highest arrears of participant contributions were PBPU participants-independent workers (Rp. 5,654,930,976,944,-), which was 86.88% of the total arrears of contributions for BPJS Health participants. Meanwhile, the arrears of participant contributions in the BPJS Kesehatan Jambi Branch Office as of December 4, 2020 were around 215,369 people with a total of Rp. 161,513,573,648,-. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between sociodemographic factors and compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-Independent Workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. Method : This study is a descriptive study using a cross-sectional design. The research population is PBPU participants- BPJS Health independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. The sample calculation uses the Lemeshow formula, which is as many as 192 samples. The research instrument used a questionnaire, while data processing was done by editing data, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. Results : The results showed that there was a significant relationship between income and compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions (p-value = 0.045) and there was no significant relationship between age (p-value = 0.120), gender (p-value = 0.705) , education (p-value=0.089), and number of family members (p-value=0.051) with compliance in paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. Conclusion : There is a relationship between income and compliance with paying contributions, and there is no relationship between age, gender, education, and number of family members with compliance with paying BPJS Health contributions to PBPU participants-independent workers in the Jambi Branch Office working area. BPJS Kesehatan is expected to be able to profile and switch contributions for BPJS Health participants and prospective participants, especially for PBPU-independent workers. Keywords : contributions, PBPU-Independent Workers, Compliance.

Abstract

One of the stunting locations in East Tanjung Jabung Regency is located in Geragai Sub-district, Pandan Lagan Village. According to data from the Puskesmas in 2019, the incidence of stunting in Pandan Lagan Village was 35 toddlers, in 2020 it was 17 stunting children out of a total of 70 children in Pandan Lagan Village. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between maternal nutritional status, history of maternal conditions, and maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK with the incidence of stunting in Pandan Lagan Village. This type of research is quantitative research, using a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples to be studied with the Lemeshow Formula is 45 respondents. The dependent variable is stunting and the independent variables are maternal nutritional status (pre-pregnant maternal BMI and weight gain during pregnancy), history of maternal conditions (maternal age during pregnancy, birth spacing), and maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet, then the data was processed through data editing, data coding, data entry, data cleaning, and data processing, then analyzed univariate, bivariate with a chi-square test, and multivariate with multiple logistic regression test. Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between pre-pregnancy maternal BMI with a risk of 4,464 times, weight gain with a risk of 3,75 times, maternal age during pregnancy with a risk of 3,0 times, and spacing of babies with a risk of 2,444 times with the incidence of stunting. There is no relationship between maternal knowledge about 1000 HPK and the incidence of stunting with a p-value = 0,114, and it is known that the pre-pregnancy mother's BMI variable is the variable that has the greatest influence on infants with stunting nutritional status (odds ratio = 15,943). For this reason, it is expected to be more intensive in educating couples of childbearing age, pre-pregnant mothers, or early on to adolescent girls to pay attention to factors that affect stunted children, especially to have an ideal BMI so that it will reduce the risk of having children with stunted nutritional status.

Abstract

Public places have the potential to become places for disease transmission and environmental pollution, for example, tourist spots. Muaro Jambi Temple is one of the cultural heritage complexes of the largest Hindu-Buddhist temple complex in Southeast Asia. It is also the most visited tourist spot in Muaro Jambi Regency. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of sanitation at the Muaro Jambi Temple tourist area. The method used in this research is qualitative research with an evaluation approach. There were 8 informants in this study who were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out by means of in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Data analysis with content analysis method. The validity test of the research was carried out using the triangulation method. The results showed that the human resources of the Jambi Kecil health center had not met the standards, the cleaning staff or caretakers at the temple were sufficient in quantity but had not been assigned specifically to implement standardization of sanitation for tourist attractions. Funds for the implementation of the program from the Public health center come from BOK, while the tourism management has not prepared funds for implementing sanitation. The facilities and infrastructure of the Public health center are adequate, but the sanitation facilities in the temples are not up to standard. There is no policy that regulates STTU. Examination and assessment of sanitation in the temple had never been done before. When a sanitary inspection was carried out, it was found that the Muaro Jambi temple did not meet health requirements, namely 42.63%. It is hoped that the regional government will make regional regulations regarding the application of STTU and tourism managers will start implementing standardization of sanitation as a necessity. Public places can potentially become places for disease transmission and environmental pollution, for example, tourist spots. Muaro Jambi Temple is one of the cultural heritage complexes of the largest Hindu-Buddhist temple complex in Southeast Asia. It is also the most visited tourist spot in Muaro Jambi Regency.

Abstract

Background: Evaluation of cross-sectoral control of refillable drinking water depot is a strategic role in protecting consumers to obtain standardized drinking water quality. Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the factors in the control and management of refillable drinking water depot in the working area of the Muaro Jambi District Health Center. Methods: The method used was a descriptive qualitative approach, which is to understand the phenomenon of the research subject holistically. Results: The results showed that the evaluation conducted by the health office was not optimal, most of the refillable drinking water depots in the Puskesmas working area had not been inspected. This is influenced by limited human resources in monitoring and evaluating each refillable drinking water depot, lack of socialization and education to refillable drinking water depot businesses and the community regarding the importance of consuming quality-assured drinking water, and especially the lack of awareness of refillable drinking water depot businesses to pro-actively meet drinking water quality standards. Conclusion: The lack of optimal cross-sectoral control of refillable drinking water depots is influenced by human resources and socialization and education programs, along with community awareness. It is expected that there will be more intensive integration between the health center, health office, and village officials who play a role in monitoring and evaluating the management of refillable drinking water depot.
