Abstract

TPA activities at the Al-Amin mosque had been inactive for a while, therefore the KKN team wanted to revive TPA activities in the Nangsri Kidul hamlet. Parents in Nangsri Kidul welcomed our intention, so our group immediately discussed the continuation of TPA activities with the RT and Karang Taruna members who were in charge of TPA activities. Until finally the TPA schedule is determined. TPA activities are held twice a week. The TPA activities were attended by children from the early childhood, elementary, to junior high school levels. The activities carried out were in the form of guidance on reading Iqro'. In addition, other interlude activities are often held so that children are more interested in participating in TPA, such as exchanging gifts, drawing, coloring and writing hijaiyah letters.

Abstract

Padukuhan Gadingan is an area on the slopes of Mount Merapi, precisely in the Argomulyo village, Kapanewon Cangkringan, Sleman. Padukuhan Gadingan has very large and fertile land so that most of the population works as farmers. In our project here, we want to conduct training on making a fertilizer sprinkler that makes it easier for farmers to spread fertilizer, the name of the tool is a simple fertilizer sprinkler. Many farmers are elderly and prone to illness, there are still many farmers who fertilize manually without using tools and there is a need for innovative tools to help farmers make their work more effective in agriculture. The aim is to increase farmers' knowledge and understanding of new innovations, utilizing simple tools that do not require large costs to assist the process of fertilizing plants. The methods used are socialization, training, and face-to-face mentoring and the results foster knowledge and insight to the target audience, namely farmer groups in the Gadingan hamlet, especially elderly farmers.

Abstract

Padukuhan Gadingan has quite a lot of tourism potential but there are still many people who don't know about this tour. With these problems, the UMY KKN team carried out community service by implementing a digital tourism village to promote the village. In our community service project, we socialize Kumparan and create social media accounts for Karang Taruna, the names of the social media accounts are Instagram and Kumparan, with social media accounts it can help to disseminate art and tourism activities in Padukuhan Gadingan so that it can developing and enlivening tourism and activities at Padukuhan Gadingan with digitalization innovations is an effective renewal strategy in promoting various information or potential that exists in each region.

Abstract

Elderly (elderly) is very vulnerable to health. The elderly have physical problems and need more care. The number of elderly people continues to increase from year to year. Along with the increasing number of elderly people, the government has formulated various policies for elderly health services that aim to improve the health status and quality of health for the elderly in order to achieve a happy and useful old age in family life, society in accordance with their existence. Supplementary Feeding (PMT) is an activity of providing food to toddlers in the form of food that is safe, of good quality, and contains nutritional value according to the needs of children. POSBINDU and also PMT are routine activities held at Padukuhan Gadingan every month to monitor the health of the elderly and help support nutrition in children. The purpose of this community service is to introduce infrared light therapy devices and invite the elderly to try therapy with these tools, and also help provide supplementary food (PMT) for toddlers in Padukuhan Gadingan. The methods used include surveys, the preparation stage, and finally the activity implementation stage. The targets of this infrared ray therapy activity are residents of Gadingan Padukuhan in general, as well as the elderly in particular. The target of PMT activities are toddlers in Padukuhan Gadingan. Community service activities by providing infrared light therapy have a positive impact on residents, especially for the elderly. This can be seen from the testimonies of residents who have tried therapy, they say that the pain they felt before was reduced after they had therapy.

Abstract

Padukuhan Soka is one of the hamlets that are in the administrative area of Candirejo Village. So that information is needed in the form of administrative maps and public facilities that can be used as a support for the Soka Padukuhan in managing their households. The purpose of this community service is to map the Soka Padukuhan as a basis for regional development in the Soka Padukuhan area, Candirejo Village, Semanu District, Gunungkidul Regency. The methods used include surveys, preparation stages, map making processes, temporary print outs, permanent print outs, and map handover. Community service activities at Padukuhan Soka produce village maps containing geospatial information that can be found in the area. This information is in the form of administrative area boundaries shown on the village map. Therefore, the presentation of the map needs to be updated over time to adjust to the latest conditions in Padukuhan Soka. In development planning, the map is used as material in managing the Soka Padukuhan area so that it makes it easier to find out the administrative areas in the Soka Padukuhan.

Abstract

Dissemination of disaster response at Cangkringan Muhammadiyah Vocational School located in Argomulyo Village, Kapanewon Cangkringan, Sleman Regency. The area is not far from the Mount Merapi area, so information is needed on how to respond to disaster issues related to prevention, mitigation and preparedness. This activity was carried out as a form of UMY KKN 2023 practice in community service, especially in Argomulyo Village. The goal to be achieved in the implementation of this activity is to be able to convey information related to how to prevent, mitigate, and be prepared for a disaster that occurs. Another goal is to instill awareness in the community about the importance of early vigilance and preparedness to reduce the risk of a disaster that causes loss to the community. The method used in this activity is the socialization method by first making direct observations with the Principal of SMK Muhammadiyah Cangkringan. The targets of this service program are students of the Cangkringan Muhammadiyah Vocational School and the organizations in the school. The result of this activity is the dissemination of information and disaster management steps that can raise student awareness so that they can form a disaster care group, an organization engaged in the field of disaster.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the use of the Elimination and Choice Expressing Reality (ELECTRE) method for selecting and evaluating online courses. The pairwise comparison method determined a set of criteria and weights, including course quality, instructor experience, accreditation, student engagement, flexibility, technical support, and cost. The study used a mixed-methods approach, which means it combines quantitative and qualitative data. The ELECTRE method was then applied to rank five online courses based on their suitability for the participants' needs and expectations. The concordance and discordance indices were calculated for each course, and the net flow was used to determine the ranking. The results showed that the ELECTRE method can be a useful tool for participants in choosing and evaluating online courses based on a set of tailored criteria and weights. Future research could investigate how the results of the ELECTRE method can be combined with other methods to enhance the accuracy and validity of the ranking. Overall, the ELECTRE method provides a useful framework for participants to decide which online course is best suited to their individual preferences and goals.

Abstract

The effective allocation of educational resources is crucial for enhancing the quality of education. This study explores the development and application of a decision support system (DSS) using the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. Various entities are evaluated based on a set of critical criteria. Using the TOPSIS approach, entities were systematically ranked, offering a clear directive for optimal resource allocation. This study provides a significant tool for resource management, offering a transparent, objective, and data-driven process. However, DSS should complement other qualitative and contextual considerations in the decision-making process. Future research directions include the integration of temporal data, broadening the set of criteria, and the inclusion of machine learning for dynamic decision-making. Ultimately, this study underscores the value of systematic and data-driven processes in resource allocation, contributing to the improvement of the quality of education

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pemanfaatan Digital Marketing Sebagai Media Promosi Pada UMKM Rujak Simpang Jodoh”. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memecahkan persoalan mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing sebagai media promosi bagi para pedagang UMKM. Penelitian ini berfokus pada media promosi UMKM Rujak yang berada di Simpang Jodoh, Tembung, Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif eksploratif  dimana hasil dari penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan permasalahan strategi promosi pada UMKM Rujak Simpang Jodoh. Penelitian ini di lakukan secara praktis yaitu dengan menguji dan mengevaluasi kemampuan suatu teori yang di terapkan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Video promosi dirancang mulai dari pengumpulan data berupa informasi mengenai Rujak Simpang Jodoh. Setelah itu penulis memasuki tahap praproduksi yang meliputi penentuan konsep, plot, dan storyboard yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan video. Setelah proses pra produksi selesai, maka tahap produksi dimulai, dan langkah selanjutnya adalah pengambilan gambar (berupa film) menggunakan kamera ponsel Android dan tripod. Hal yang dilakukan selanjutnya yaitu proses pasca produksi yang meliputi editing video, editing audio backsound dan narasi. Video yang sudah melalui proses editing dapat di implementasikan sebagai bentuk konten promosi dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penulis menemukan cara yang efektif dan efesien yang dapat digunakan oleh para pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan dagangannya, yaitu dengan menggunakan media sosial. Media sosial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Snack Video dan juga Youtube Short. Media sosial ini dipilih karena mudah untuk digunakan dan tidak memerlukan biaya produksi yang mahal.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul “Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Sebagai Media Penyajian Konten Edukasi Stunting Untuk Ibu Hamil“. Stunting merupakan masalah kesehatan global yang serius, terutama pada ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media penyajian konten edukasi stunting pada ibu hamil serta efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang stunting. Perkembangan social media saat ini banyak memberi kemudahan untuk masyarakat dalam melihat dan mengetahui informasi secara online. Social media merupakan sebuah sarana untuk bersosialisai satu dengan lain yang memungkinkan manusia untuk saling berinteraksi tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Berhubung dengan semakin banyaknya pengguna social media saat ini, membuat kehadiran situs social media dapat dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai macam kegiatan dalam berbagai hal, salah satunya dapat menjadi pendorong dalam mendukung dan memaksimalkan pola pengenalan edukasi pencegahan Stunting pada Ibu hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi yang berfokus pada kesehatan (Healt Education) dengan memanfaatkan social media sebagai media pengenalanpada Youtube, Instagram, TikTok, Snack Video dan Facebook yang di mana edukasi ini di implementasikan dalam bentuk video animasi yang dapat lebih muda diingat dan di mengerti masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode terapan yang di tujukan untuk mendapatkan solusi dari masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Februari sampai dengan bulan April Tahun 2023 di Posyandu Desa Tanjung Siporkis. Hasil dari penelitian pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai media penyajian konten edukasi stunting pada ibu hamil memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Konten edukasi yang disajikan melalui media sosial dapat dengan mudah diakses oleh ibu hamil, memungkinkan mereka untuk memperoleh informasi yang relevan tentang stunting, faktor risiko, dan langkah-langkah pencegahan.
