Abstract

The madrasa committee is an independent institution formed by educational institutions to have a role in improving the quality and services of education in the form of direction, support for both educational facilities and infrastructure, and supervision of the implementation of education in each education unit. The madrasa committee plays a role as an Education Advisory, Education Supporting, Education Mediatory, and even controlling the implementation of Education itself. We must carry out the policy of "Merdeka Belajar", because this is a mandate from the government that all education practitioners in each education unit are required to implement "Merdeka Belajar" policy which is then poured into the "Guru Penggerak", the education practitioners are through the program in each education unit. Therefore, madrasa committees must be present and support the policies of this program. In this research method, the researcher used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological descriptive type. The informants in this study are those who the researchers consider to know and are related to this research. The results of the study show that: 1) Madrasah committees have the duty and responsibility to make madrasas a progressive educational institution, 2) The potential and strengths of madrasas must be able to be explored and maximized so that later madrasas are no longer the number 2 educational institution but have become the leading choice of the community, 3) Madrasas become centers of excellence for education because educational institutions in the form of madrasas present more menus and scientific variants when compared to educational institutions in the form of schools.

Abstract

Children are a trust for every family, so that they are educated to carry out religious teachings well and behave with good morals, respecting mother and father. Therefore, the morals taught by parents at home must be strong. This moral cultivation has a power that is difficult to eradicate. Therefore, moral teachings in the household play an important role. Therefore, both parents should know the rules of education so that in the future they can give birth to children who are good in their religion. The problem formulation in this research is the role and factors of parents in shaping students' morals to have good morals. The approach used in this research is qualitative. Data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation data analysis. The data that researchers have obtained in the field is then carried out in a reduction and display process and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the role of parents in moral formation is going well and the parents of the students are very supportive of the school. The inhibiting factor is that people put too much pressure when teaching their children so that the children are confused about what they are doing. The implications of this research are as follows: 1) Strengthening the Role of Parents in Education, 2) Collaboration between Madrasas and Parents, 3) Strengthening Character Education in Madrasas, 4) Religious Education at Home, 5) Socialization and Strengthening Positive Values.

Abstract

Islamic education is an integral part of the identity of Muslims, therefore, an effective marketing strategy is needed to build progress and a strong image of the institution in society. This research aims to explore the marketing value contained in the Al-Qur'an and apply it in the context of Islamic education to strengthen the image and reputation of the progress of Islamic educational institutions. The research method uses a literature study approach with a focus on the Koran as the main source. The research stages include identifying relevant verses of the Koran, collecting in-depth Islamic literature, analyzing marketing values ​​in the Koran, as well as comparing them with modern marketing principles. The analysis results show that the Koran contains ethical values ​​such as honesty, trustworthiness, justice, and concern for consumers which can be adapted into Islamic education marketing strategies. The implication of this research is the preparation of marketing strategy recommendations based on Al-Qur'an values ​​to build a positive image and reputation for Islamic educational institutions. This study is expected to contribute to developing an understanding of the application of Al-Qur'an values ​​in the context of marketing Islamic education as well as providing practical guidance for decision-makers in utilizing the spiritual heritage of the Al-Qur'an for ethical and effective marketing purposes. The implications of this research are: 1) the importance of recommendations and testimonies, 2) teaching transparency and honesty, 3) service and quality, 4) community and social solidarity.

Abstract

Pendidikan Islam moderat menjadi salah satu jalan dalam membentengi siswa terhadap berbagai paham radikal.Pendidikan dan pengajaran tentang Islam moderat menjadi penting diberikan pada anak-anak yang belajar di bangku Madrasah Tsanawiyah sebagai bekal membangun pemahaman Islam yang penuh dengan toleransi dan kedamaian.Penelitian ini berusaha mengungkap bagaimana MTs Imam Syafi’i dan MTs. Nyai Hj. Ashfiyah mengembangakan kurikulum pendidikan Islam moderat di Lembaga masing-masing serta bagaimana penerapannya. Menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh data sebagai berikut :Pertama, pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam moderat di kedua madrasah tersebut adalah dengan berpegang pada asas awal pendirian lembaga pendidikan yaitu berhaluan ahlussunnah wal jama’ah dengan berpegang pada organisasi nahdlatul ulama’.Sementara penerapan kurikulum pendidikan Islam moderatnya dengan pengajaran dan pembiasaan.

Abstract

Pesantren layaknya rumah sakit, yang banyak menampung orang ‘sakit’. Begitu banyak orang yang butuh ketenangan jiwa. Untuk itu, pesantren sangat pas dan cocok mengobati tipe-tipe penyakit yang seperti itu. Inilah tujuan awal dibangunnya pesantren, pada masa "Wali Songo". Nuansa sufistik tidak akan pernah terlepas di dunia pesntren selama pola hidup santri tatap dalamkepatuhan dan kesederhanaan. Seiring perkembangan zaman, pesantren tidak hanya mengajarkan hal-hal vertikal (hubungannya dengan Tuhan), tapi juga mengajarkan ilmu sosial, sastra, dan budaya. Pesantren mulai terbuka dengan ilmu-ilmu modern. Hal inidapat merusak tradisi keilmuan pesantren, jika tidak segera diantisipasi dan dicarikan solusinya. Terbukti, ketertarikan santri terhadap ilmu keagamaan mulai menurun. Tulisan sederhana ini akan membahas problematika yang muncul di dunia pesantren, dandapat diambil benang merahnya sehingga pesantren tidak hanya sebatas nama, tapi tetap sesuai dengan tujuan dan rute operasionalnya.

Abstract

The preaching pattern of the Tablighi Jamaah Group in the Gate of Salam land has its own charm for researchers to study and research, the aim is to find out in depth about the work patterns of the Tablighi Jamaat in carrying out their da'wah activities, the research method used is to use a qualitative approach with a phenomenological type, informants in This research is about tablighi congregation leaders and members of the public who researchers consider to have knowledge about the tablighi congregation movement. The results of this research are preaching from house to house, making mosques and prayer rooms prosperous. Meanwhile, the objectives of the Tabligh Jamaah group's da'wah on the ground at Gate Salam include: a) Islahunnafsih namely improving oneself from all forms of bad deeds to become good in everyday life, inviting everyone to be close to Allah SWT, namely by inviting other people to be active in ubudiyah activities, namely praying together in the mosque, increasing the amount of dhikr and prayer to the Prophet and even imitating and practicing the deeds carried out by the Prophet's companions through exemplifying the characteristics of the prophet and his companions. and so forth. Harmony between society and the Tablighi Jamaah group in the land of Salam Gate, Harmony between the Tablighi congregation and the Pamekasan district government with the Salam Gate program, according to researchers, there is a connection between one another, because their ideals and desires are the same, namely the realization of an Islamic society.

Abstract

The implementation of the PAI learning model based on Islamic values to increase students conceptual understanding at UIM needs to be researched and explored scientifically, considering that PAI is the foundation of Islamic education to produce graduates who are by the Islamic management of the UIM Institution and have the ahlussunnah waljamaah bent. However, in reality, phenomena are presented that are often not by Islamic rules and teachings, this is the reason why this research is necessary to carry out this research. While the research approach used is qualitative phenomenological, the data sources in this research are UIM residents taken randomly by researchers such as students, lecturers, and employees. The validity of the data is to convince the researcher that the data obtained is valid, the researcher uses the concept of triangulation. The research results show that the Islamic Values-Based PAI Learning Model is carried out holistically in the learning process, which does not only focus on conceptual understanding and material but also on students themselves and the application of Islamic values in real life. Meanwhile, the impact of students' conceptual understanding has a positive impact on religious concepts and the ability to relate these concepts to the context of everyday life. Meanwhile, intensive interaction between lecturers and students as well as space for discussion and reflection in the learning process makes a significant contribution to the effectiveness of the Islamic Values-based PAI education and learning model. The implementation of the PAI learning model based on Islamic values can be used as a reference for lecturers and curriculum managers to improve the quality of Islamic religious education at the Islamic higher education level. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the design, implementation and evaluation of the digitalization of the financial system at Al-Amin Prenduan Islamic boarding school in Sumenep. The data were gathered from key informants i.e. the Board of Kyais, finance officers, students, and their parents, using a qualitative descriptive approach. Secondary data came from institutional documents. The findings show that the Kyai Council was consulted during the development of the digital financial system, which took into account both payment and economic needs. The transformation included the development from the Pondok Payment Application (APIP) to the Al-Amien Financial System (AFS). Implementation involved cashless transactions via interbank transfers, facility provision in each unit, and financial restrictions on students' daily allowances. Santri’s parents also participate in monitoring through the Student Information and Administration Systems. The evaluation process includes regular meetings by the financial supervision team and field studies to enhance technological efficiency and adaptation.

Abstract

Transmission of the Tagline Bismillah Serves in Improving the Human Development Index (HDI) of Sumenep Education Policy Perspective. The location of this study, the researcher took the location or object of research on Sapudi Island, Nonggunung District, Gayam, Sakala and Pagerungan Districts, Sapeken District, and Talango. The type of research used is a qualitative research method, this research seeks to obtain information in more depth on the focus of the research. A research approach is a research plan and procedure that consists of steps based on broad assumptions as the basis for determining methods in data collection, analysis or interpretation. This approach is descriptive. The results of this study in 2018 showed that the HDI of Sumenep Regency was 0.16 points lower than that of Pamekasan. However, in 2019, the HDI of Sumenep outperformed the HDI of Pamekasan by 0.28 points. The difference between the HDI achievement of the Sumenep Regency and the HDI of Pamekasan is relatively small, namely 0.88 points in 2022. Sumenep Regency's policy can increase the level of welfare of GTT and teachers who are critical-constructive and strengthened by Education Regulations (Perbub/Perda), so that they can improve the welfare of education and get the Human Development Index. This study shows that the transmission of the tagline "Bismillah Melayani" contributes to Sumenep's HDI through education policies that are oriented towards service, equal access, and learning quality.

Abstract

Reading comprehension remains a critical challenge in primary education worldwide, with many students struggling to grasp and analyze written texts effectively due to the lack of engaging and adaptive learning tools. Despite advancements in educational technology, there is a noticeable gap in the development of innovative, technology-based media specifically tailored to enhance literacy skills among young learners, particularly in fostering deeper comprehension abilities. This study aims to produce technology-based waterped media and to determine the effectiveness of the media in improving reading comprehension skills. Research and development refers to the steps developed by Borg and Gall. The subjects of the field trials involved 34 students and two grade V teachers. This study's data collection techniques and instruments used were questionnaires, scales (media validation and material validation), and tests. The data analysis technique in this study is divided into several stages, including preliminary study data analysis, data analysis in the media development process, feasibility and effectiveness of media developed through trial results. The study showed that technology-based waterped media could improve reading comprehension skills in the "very good" category. The effectiveness of the technology-based waterped press can be seen from the test results using the independent sample t-test, which shows a significance value of 0.501 or a sig value> 0.05 so that there is a significant difference between the results of reading comprehension skills between the control and experimental classes before and after using technology-based watered media.
