<![CDATA[This study analyses the effect of leadership and training on employee performance by mediating work motivation. This research was conducted in January - October 2022. This study uses a quantitative approach; the sample; chelation in this study was 120 employees of the Directorate General of Islamic Education, with sampling using random sampling techniques. The data obtained through the questionnaire was then managed and coded using Microsoft Excell. Then the data is processed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is assisted using the Smart-PLS 3.0 analysis program and SPSS by conducting validity and reliability tests. To get the conclusion that there is a positive influence of leadership on employee performance, leadership on work motivation, training effectiveness on work motivation, training effectiveness on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, leadership on employee performance through the mediation of work motivation and performance effectiveness on employee performance through the mediation of work motivation. ]]>

<![CDATA[Critical thinking skill is a cognitive process involving one's mind to integrate its knowledge in analyzing information and determining solutions to existing problems according to data and facts to produce the right decisions. This study aimed to determine whether emotional intelligence and self efficacy affect the critical thinking skills of XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 41 Jakarta in ecnonimics subject. This research is a quantitative research with survey explanatory method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 84 class XI IPS SMA Negeri 41 Jakarta students. The data collection for emotional intelligence and self efficacy using a questionnaire, while the critical thinking skills using an objective assessment test. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students critical thinking skills, self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students critical thinking skills. Emotional intelligence and self efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on students critical thinking skills. The results of this study imply that students emotional intelligence and self efficacy can improve their critical thinking skills]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. This research conduct at PT. XD Sakti Indonesia. The population is employees belonging to grade 2 (non-staff); The sample was taken, 200 respondents. Primary data and analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that compensation and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening. The findings of this study prove that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, which can further improve employee performance. The independence of employees in performing has not been able to show their ability according to their duties and responsibilities, which is caused by the lack of employee confidence.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan serta memberikan usulan perbaikan kepada manajemen perusahaan. Pada penelitian ini variabel yang dipilih menjadi prediktor kinerja karyawan adalah rotasi kerja, komunikasi organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan perbankan di wilayah DKI Jakarta dengan 240 responden yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai sampel. Metode analisis dari penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.]]>

<![CDATA[MSMEs' crucial role in Indonesia's economy is garnering more attention. However, the rising number of MSMEs without a corresponding improvement in human resource quality poses concerns. The lack of financial literacy hampers their growth. To foster business development, MSMEs require coaching and training in financial management. A joint effort between the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Cibitung Tengah Village in Bogor resulted in a financial management training and an accounting application tutorial for MSMEs. The program encompassed preparation, implementation, evaluation, reporting, and publication. Following the training, MSME owners in Cibitung Tengah understood the significance of financial management and learned to utilize accounting applications for streamlined financial recording.]]>

Therefore, a human capital strategy is needed to improve the quality of human resources. This study uses a systematic literature review approach to analyze human capital strategies for improving the quality of human resources. The data collected through Google Scholar and Mendeley.com was analyzed, summarized, described, and concluded. This research has contributed to providing guidance for organizations or companies to develop a human model strategy. The limitation of this research is that it only uses limited references collected from the search engine used so that researchers in the future can research more deeply about human capital strategies for a certain sector or several sectors.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, perceived usefulness and easy of use on interest in using QRIS on MSMEs in DKI Jakarta. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The population in this study are MSME players who are registered as members of JakPreneur and use QRIS as a means of payment. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 22. The results of this study indicate that: (1) financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS, (2) perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS, (3) perceived easy of use has a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS, (4) financial literacy, perceived usefulness, and perceived easy of use simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in using QRIS.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the direct effect of learning motivation and peers on the interest in learning of students in class XI of SMAN 36 Jakarta. This study also analyzes peers in mediating the indirect effect of learning motivation on students' interest in learning class XI of SMAN 36 Jakarta. This study uses quantitative methods by using primary data through distributing questionnaires to 180 students of class XI of SMAN 36 Jakarta. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) or known as SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of learning motivation on the interest in learning of students in class XI of SMAN 36 Jakarta directly. In addition, there is a positive and significant indirect effect of learning motivation on the interest in learning of students of class XI of SMAN 36 through peers as a mediating variable. These findings suggest that increasing students' motivation and building a supportive peer environment are essential to increase students' interest in learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of attitudes and individual characteristics on entrepreneurial intentions among students at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. In this research, the Proportional Random Sampling technique was used which resulted involved 399 active students from the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, class of 2019, as the research sample. The research method employed in this study is quantitative research with a survey research design. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with IBM SPSS 27 software. The results of this study indicate that attitude has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions among students, and individual characteristics also have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Additionally, both attitude and individual characteristics have a simultaneous effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. <![CDATA[This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta in East Jakarta during the pandemic with a survey method using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The data used in this study uses quantitative data using path analysis. The population in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta for the 2019/2020 academic year with an affordable population of all students of class XI, totaling 324 students. The number of samples used were 72 students taken from class XI IPA 4 and 5 who attended SMA Negeri 22 Jakarta. The results of this study are as follows: (1) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' economic learning outcomes. (2) Learning Creativity has a positive and significant effect on students' Economic Learning Outcomes. (3) The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on students' learning creativity. (4). The quality of online learning media has a positive and significant effect on learning outcomes through learning creativity as an intervention.]]>
