Abstract

ABSTRACTPotency effort for micro, small and medium-size enterprises in Indonesia very potential to be developed in the effort absorbtion of labour and at the same time prosperity public. The many small business emerging in when crisis to give indication that Indonesia chartered investment counsel potency still need to be developed furthermore. Its the expansion is till now unable to be pushed by innovation factor and usage of information of technology. Effort for small and medium-size enterprises in Indonesia can be developed in: First, expansion of real soul and entrepreneurs character. Needs more entrepreneurses in Indonesia borne by pushed by vision and innovation. Second, skilled expansion enlarges business; small business activity which there are having to constructed and developed. Third, direction and excellence expansion competes nation. Interaction and the relation of the existing inter-states more influenced by chartered investment counsel factor. Therefore to can become pre-eminent nation and considered, hence Indonesia must soon finds and develops excellence of its the core.Keywords: Economic Resourses, Micro Small and Medium-size Enterprises.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purposes of the research are: (1) To know description for working environment, interpersonal interaction, and job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. )2) Test empirically influence of working environment towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (3) Test empirically influence of interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. (4) Test empirically influence of working environment and interpersonal interaction towards job satisfaction at Head Office of Perum Damri Jakarta. The method of this research was simple random sampling, that taken 80 employee at Technique Directorate, Operational Directorate Financial Division, Human Resource, and Administration while data collecting by using questionnaire and cultivated using SPSS 17.0. The result of t test for working environment is 2,745, and the signification is 0.008. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of t test for interpersonal interaction was 2.391, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment toward job satisfaction. The result of F test is 5.471, and the signification is 0.000. This shows that there is an effect between working environment and interpersonal interaction toward job satisfaction. The result of R2 is 0.313 or 31.3%.Keywords: working environment, interpersonal interaction, job satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of training and creativity on business development at the industrial village of small and medium enterprises, Pulogadung, East Jakarta. The research used survey method with correlational approach. Data were collected using questionnaire distributed to 33 business entities.Data were analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results revealed that: 1) training had a significant impact on business development; 2) creativity had a siginificant impact on business development; and 3) training and creativity had significant impact on business development simultaneously. Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of workload on job satisfaction and job stress well on employee performance. Staff from East Jakarta Integrated Services Implementation Unit, 65 respondents were sampled. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hypothesis testing results show positive and insignificant workload on performance, the positive and significant workload on work stress, negative and significant work stress on performance, positive and significant job satisfaction on performance, the positive and significant workload on job satisfaction. This study shows an important influence on research on job satisfaction and job stress; this also shows that job satisfaction and job stress function as intervening variables between workload and employee performance. The findings of this study prove that the workload needs to be indirect to employee performance through job satisfaction and better work pressure. The next researcher can study deeper by using other media and similar objects.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah, pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB, dan juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh budaya sekolah serta gaya transformasional terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan alat ukur skala likert yang telah diuji kesalahan dan kehandalannya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terbukti bahwa ada pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 9,6 %, adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 62,2 %, adanya pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK sebesar 24,0 %, adanya pengaruh positif budaya sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK sebesar 20,3 %, dan adanya pengaruh positif gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap motivasi guru SMK sebesar 67,1 %. Dari hasil analisis data pada penelitian ini maka penulis menyarankan agar Kepala Sekolah seluruh SMK di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB agar memperbaiki budaya sekolah, menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, serta terus menerus memberikan motivasi kerja kepada para guru-guru demi meningkatkan kinerja guru SMK sehingga tercipta sekolah yang berkualitas baik siswa maupun tenaga pengajar di Pulau Lombok Provinsi NTB. AbstractThis study aims to prove the influence of school culture, the influence of transformational leadership styles, the influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province, and also to prove the influence of school culture and transformational style on the work motivation of SMK teachers in Lombok Island, NTB Province. Data were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale measuring instrument that has been tested for errors and reliability. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results of this study are proof that there is a positive influence of school culture on the performance of SMK teachers is at 9,6 %, the influence of transformational leadership styles on the performance of SMK teachers is at 62.2 %, there is a positive influence of work motivation on the performance of SMK teachers is at 24,0 %, there is a positive influence of school culture on SMK teacher work motivation is at 20,3 %. There is a positive influence of the transformational leadership style on SMK teacher motivation is at 67,1 %. From the results of data analysis in this study, the authors suggest to Head Masters of all SMK in Lombok Island, NTB Province to improve school culture, apply transformational leadership styles, and continuously provide work motivation to teachers in order to improve the performance of SMK teachers so that schools that are good quality students and teachers on the island of Lombok, NTB Province.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecanggihan teknologi dan penyebaran informasi yang begitu cepat pada saat ini menjadikan karyawan mudah memperoleh informasi akan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di pasar tenaga kerja. Akses yang mudah menjadikan banyak karyawan mudah untuk berpindah kerja dari satu organisasi ke organisasi lainnya, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan keterikatan karyawan yang kuat kepada organisasi tempat karjanya. Faktor kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap keterikatan karyawan dengan lingkungan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada perusahaan transportasi PO Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 276 karyawan, selanjutnya dianalisis data dengan menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan menggunakan program AMOS 20. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan, dan hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Saran dari hasil penelitian adalah agar manajemen lebih memperhatikan kebutuhan karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Lingkungan Kerja, Keterikatan karyawan. ABSTRACT The sophistication of technology and the rapid dissemination of information at this time makes it easy for employees to obtain the information needed in the labor market. Easy access for many employees to move from one organization to the others, therefore we need good employee engagement for the organization on which it belongs. Leadership and work environment factors become factors that affect employee engagement. This study aims to prove the relationship transformational leadership to employee engagement with work environment as a mediation variable at the transportation company PO Puspa Jaya Bandar Lampung. The sample in this study amounted to 276 employees, then analyzed the data by using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using AMOS 20 program. The results of this study conclude that transformational leadership and work environment are positive and significant to employee engagement, and the results of the analysis also show that work environment is unable to mediate transformational leadership towards employee engagement. Suggestion from this research is management must be gift attention to employees on their duty. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Work environment, Employee Engagement.

Abstract

Many companies in this era of openness and globalization offer products and services with relatively the same characteristics. This condition creates increasingly high competition in the business world, causing the business world to become very competitive, a business climate that is always changing and uncertain . This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables in Mandiri Inhealth companies. Determination of the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling method . The sample in the study amounted to at least 154 respondents but collected 206 respondents were analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee engagement , there is a direct effect on employee engagement on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior , there is a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, there is no indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through employee engagement mediation , there is an indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to examine wher work environment influences employee turnover intentions at PT TSA. In addition, this study also examines Job Satisfaction and Motivation as an intervening variable as mediating role toward influence of Work Environment on employee turnover intentions. In some literature found that variable Job Satisfaction and Motivation variables cannot mediate influence of Work Environment on Turnover Intention, refore researchers want to reconfirm it once more.This study uses entire population of 256 workers at PT TSA outlets as respondents. In this study re are 5 (five) hyposes to test direct effect and 2 (two) hyposes to test indirect effect through analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. n in mediation test researcher uses Sobel test to test significance of effect of mediation found in research model. results of hyposis testing state that all hyposes made on research model are accePTed.
