Abstract

Many companies in this era of openness and globalization offer products and services with relatively the same characteristics. This condition creates increasingly high competition in the business world, causing the business world to become very competitive, a business climate that is always changing and uncertain . This study analyzes the effect of servant leadership on employee performance with employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior as mediating variables in Mandiri Inhealth companies. Determination of the sample using proportionate stratified random sampling method . The sample in the study amounted to at least 154 respondents but collected 206 respondents were analyzed usingStructural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the study are there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on employee engagement , there is a direct effect on employee engagement on employee performance, there is a direct effect on servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior , there is a direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance, there is no indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through employee engagement mediation , there is an indirect effect of servant leadership on employee performance through mediating organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to examine wher work environment influences employee turnover intentions at PT TSA. In addition, this study also examines Job Satisfaction and Motivation as an intervening variable as mediating role toward influence of Work Environment on employee turnover intentions. In some literature found that variable Job Satisfaction and Motivation variables cannot mediate influence of Work Environment on Turnover Intention, refore researchers want to reconfirm it once more.This study uses entire population of 256 workers at PT TSA outlets as respondents. In this study re are 5 (five) hyposes to test direct effect and 2 (two) hyposes to test indirect effect through analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22 software. n in mediation test researcher uses Sobel test to test significance of effect of mediation found in research model. results of hyposis testing state that all hyposes made on research model are accePTed.

Abstract

Leadership is an important factor in an organization's work in keeping the organization running to achieve its goals. In an effort to increase employee loyalty, every organization needs to test the level of organizational trust. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee loyalty, and organizational trust as a mediating variable. The sample in this research is all employees in the regional secretariat office of Wakatobi Regency. The sample in this study used convenience sampling with a total sample of 250. The data analysis method used in this study was structural equation modeling (SEM) using Amos version 24. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a negative effect on employee loyalty on the probability value of the test results which are above 5% 0.805 and the critical ratio (CR) test results -0.247. shows that leadership has a positive effect on organizational trust, the probability value of the test results is (0%) and the critical ratio (CR) is 7.964. shows that organizational trust has a positive effect on employee loyalty on the probability value of (0%) and the critical ratio (CR) of 5.896. the mediation variable above shows that there is an indirect variable influence with a coefficient of 0.05 and the estimated standard inderct effect value of 0.867

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable work placement, organizational support, on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable on the performance of government employees, non civil servants, cooperatives and small and medium enterprises. The sample of this study was 129 respondents using the sampling data used in this study using a Likert scale questionnaire and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the AMOS version 22 program. SEM was used with the aim of confirming using confirmatory factor (CFA). The results in the analysis prove that work placement has an effect on employee performance of 3,851> 1.96, Organizational Support on employee performance of 3,962> 1.96, work goals on employee performance of 5,320> 1.96. As well as the significant influence of Work Placement on Employee Performance through work as a mediating variable, and the influence of Organizational Communication on variables that affect employee performance as a significant influence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (2) Mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. (3) Mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Lembaga Pelayanan Publik TVRI. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan penyebaran kuisioner, yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 19.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya Lingkunagn kerja yang kondosif akan tercipta peningkatan kepuasan kerja. (2) Motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Artinya motivasi yang tinggi akan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. (3) Lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; besarnya pengaruh adalah 34.9%.This study aims to: (1) To determine the effect of the work environment on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. (3) To determine the effect of the working environment and motivation to work together on employee job satisfaction at the General Directorate of Public Services TVRI. The analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression. Sampling was done by stratified random sampling technique, while the technique of data collection is done by distributing questionnaires, which are then processed using SPSS 19.0. The results showed that: (1) The working environment has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that a conducive working environment will be increased job satisfaction. (2) Motivation of work has a significant impact on job satisfaction. This means that high motivation will be able to increase job satisfaction, (3) The work and motivation to work together to have a significant impact on job satisfaction; the influence is 34.9%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze compensation and training on employee performance through satisfaction variables. This research uses a quantitative method using the SEM Lisrel 8.8 Program analysis tool. The number of respondents was 105 employees of PT. Sumber Harapan Abadi (DataPrint). The sampling technique in this study was purposive non-probability sampling using the Isaac and Michael method approach. The novelty in this study is the positive effect of compensation and job training on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. The results of the study stated: 1) there was a positive and significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction. 2) there is a significant positive effect of training on job satisfaction 3) there is a positive and significant effect of the effect of compensation on performance.4) a positive and significant effect of training on performance.5) there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on performance 6) there is a positive and significant effect of training on performance. 7) the positive and significant influence of the effect of training on performance through job satisfaction.

The article aimed of analyzing the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as mediation or intervening. It studied at he Public Sector Institution in Jakarta. The population of this study were 642 employees of Instansi X, consisting of Civil Servants (PNS), TNI soldiers, and members of the National Police, ranging from non-echelon to echelon I/equivalent levels. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). The questionnaire was addressed to Instansi X civil servants from non-echelon to echelon III levels. The results of distributing questionnaires obtained a sample of 200 respondents. The research method used a quantitative approach while the data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with the Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS) version 24 program. The results showed that perceived organizational support and organizational justice had a positive and significant direct effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. The results of this study produce a contribution to the development of literature regarding the effect of perceived organizational support and organizational justice on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational commitment as mediation/intervening, as well as adding theoretical contributions to predictors of the emergence of organizational citizenship behavior of employees in the government sector which are still rarely found. Abstract

Critical thinking skill is a cognitive process involving one's mind to integrate knowledge in analysing information and determining solutions to existing problems according to data and facts to produce the right decisions. This study aimed to determine whether emotional intelligence and self-efficacy affect the critical thinking skills of XI IPS students at SMA Negeri 41 Jakarta in economics. This research is quantitative research with an explanatory survey method. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample of 84 class XI IPS SMAN 41 Jakarta students. The data collection for emotional intelligence and self-efficacy using a questionnaire, while the critical thinking skills using an objective assessment test. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills, and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' critical thinking skills. Emotional intelligence and self-efficacy simultaneously positively and significantly affect students' critical thinking skills. This study's results imply that students' emotional intelligence and self-efficacy can improve their critical thinking skills
