Abstract

The purpose of this research are: 1 ) To know description and how picture level job stress, compensation and job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 2) To know the influence of job stress tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 3) To know the influence of compensation to job satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 4) To know empirically the influence of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. 5) To know how far the contribution of job stress and compensation tojob satisfaction atPT Tri Megah Makmur. This research is using descriptive and explanatory survey analysis. This research is taken to 70 sales employees atPT Tri Megah Makmur, While the data collection technique was carried out by spreading kuisioner, which are then processed using SPSS versi 21.00.The analysis shows that: 1) level of compensation and job satisfaction are on a lower level, while the job stress are high. 2)Job stress have negative effects and significantly on job satisfaction. 3) compensation havepositive effect and significantly on job satisfaction. 4) job stress and compensation significantly influence on job satisfaction. Abstract

In this study, the goal is to test empirically the effect of recruitment, selection and motivation of the employee performance at Datacomm Diangraha Company. The samples used were employees of Datacomm Diangraha especially the engineers with the total number of respondents was 126. The analysis used a linear regression, this research examines four variables: Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Motivation (X3) as independent variables, and Performance employees (Y) as the dependent variable. Partial test shows that the recruitment effect of 0175 (positive and significant) on the performance. While the selection is also influenced significantly by 0347 on employee performance. And further motivation for 0295 was a significant influence on employee performance.Measurement model analysis in this study showed that all variables have met the criteria of validity and reliability, while at the structural model analysis shows that testing of hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 supports the hypothesis proposed. The resulting model of the independent variables and the effect on the dependent variable is Y = 16,408 + 0175 0347 X1 + X2 + X3 0295. The study concluded that the recruitment, selection and motivation affect the performance of employees with the results affect the performance of 95%, while 5% is determined by other variables. Abstract

As a provider of battery products under the ABC brand name, PT International Chemical Industry always strives to improve the performance of its employees in order to maintain existing market share. However, the problem faced in this study is about the quality of employee performance during the 2015-2019 period, during which the employee's performance did not comply with the standards set by the company and inconsistencies occurred which resulted in not achieving the company's production targets, even though the company had completed policies regarding company performance standards. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of reward, and work environment, on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research is quantitative in nature using multivariate analysis with SEM LISREL tools. Withdrawal of population using census techniques, the sample of respondents is permanent employees totaling 420. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect of reward on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of the work environment on job satisfaction, a positive and significant effect of reward on job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee performance, there is a positive and significant influence of job satisfaction variables on employee performance.
